Sounds like you're afraid of bombing. You're in for a rude awakening if you ever actually start approaching. I'm apart of a group of pickup guys. Most are terrible, but a few of them are actually really good. I've seen that even the guys who are good, bomb. Give yourself permission to fail. Approach and bomb with nothing canned for awhile. You will soon realize that it isn't as big of a deal as you thought. Then start looking at pickup material. Reading a bunch of pickup shit now isn't going to …

Yeah but that's in Austin. Do you know anything about Dallas?

No. A town of 10,000 is terrible for learning pickup.

I recommend you read Magic Bullets by love systems. It's a good book on the basics of Cold Approach pickup. Don't memorize any of the lines in the book though. Just think of them as rudimentary examples. You can find PDFs of it relatively easy with a Google search. Another company, RSD, is great when you're a bit more advanced, but they don't give a lot of basic technical advice that you need when you're new. They pretty much want you to pay for a boot camp. So after you've been approaching A LO…

I've personally never done that, but I would imagine it's more of a nightgame type of environment, (lots of people in small area, alcohol, drugs, partying). I would imagine you could use a lot of situational openers about whoever is performing.

Forewarning, I'm pretty rusty right now, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I did cold approach hardcore when I was 16-18 ((at least a thousand approaches though I never kept count, 8-10 makeouts (from clubs) and a few lays (from social circle, not cold approach)) and then stopped for a few years. I'm just now getting back into it (sober addict here). Malls you're better off just going direct "hey I thought you were cute and wanted to meet you" or some variation of that. No matter what you …

I would keep cold approaching, because it gives you killer verbal skills, improvisation, and outcome independence, but also build a social circle through hobbies, work, school, etc. You might or might not meet your future wife through a cold approach, but cold approaching definitely gives you an edge in general.

Nightclubs/ bars for night game. (Recommended) Malls/ shopping centers for day game. Do you live in a decent sized city or a town?

You don't have autism, then, simple as that. If that's true, you were "at proper development level" regarding social interaction and knowledge of dating mechanics. I wasn't at proper developmental level at 15. I just started taking action at 15. I still don't know if I have it or not, but starting at 15 I became obsessed with learning the nuances of social interaction and not only did I read a lot about it, I was constantly forcing myself into interactions. From what I've read, autism is a spect…

I misunderstood. I thought you were looking for a pep talk. I generally just approach groups of girls with a high five or fist bump, then I say something general like they look like they're fun, or that I like their jacket or some general nonsense. I don't like explaining why I'm approaching them (at a nightclub or bar at least. I will explain myself for daygame). I just act like it's completely normal. I'm pretty direct though. I don't really approach mixed sets, though I really need to start d…

Nah going out solo is pimp. If someone asks you, just say that your friends are running behind or stuck in traffic. Minimize time between interactions and stay in set as long as possible and no one will even notice you're there alone.

You have to take massive action and approach a lot. Field experience is king. It's all mental masturbation if you're not willing to go out and fail enough to get good.

You'll have that haha, but it's not common. Just make sure you're always respectful, and realize that no girl owes you a conversation. However, the majority will at least be polite, and some of those will actually like you.

Yes I do feel a lot of those, but the anxiety part is actually the least of it at this point. The thing is I started doing cold approach pickup when I was 15, so I don't know how much that made permanent changes to my brain (23 now but I did stop approaching for 4-5 years). I approached hundreds of people and I think that has allowed me to learn how to read social cues a lot better. I can read social cues decently well, but I feel like I'm behind other people, like it takes me much longer to pro…

By developmental disorder do you mean you have Asperger's? I believe I have Asperger's, but I've never been diagnosed. Regardless I made huge amounts of progress through cold approach, and I have actually improved. You have to be willing to push your boundaries and do things that make you uncomfortable if you want to make progress. Think of every interaction as a learning experience and baby step yourself. If you have never done an approach, start by asking people for directions or what time it …

Define creepy? There is a lot of mental loops and over thinking in the "seduction community," but really it's all about becoming the most charismatic version of yourself. I go out to bars and clubs and force myself meet and interact with new people (yes mostly women) in order to achieve this. I'm not trying to play manipulative games to "trick" women into having sex with me. I'm actually trying to become a more attractive man and improve myself. A lot of pickup guys are coming from this paradigm…
