This is from an alleged coach who says it's "all about social groups, high social value, pre-selection, and little else":

You have to be comfortable being around groups but they don't have to be random groups but rather groups you create, of people you hand picked.

For you guys reading this who have similar issues, all that cold approach+ self-improvement will do to you is a temporary confidence boost and then you'll end up banging your head against the walll when results don't come.

I know it must feel comfortable to only a approach a stranger then if you mess up move on..etc. But this won't lead to success. No matter how much effort you put.

It bothers me that the idea everyone else suggests--day-game and approaching--may be a blind alley, as suggested here.

I am naturally awkward guy, misanthropic and this is not flexible. No dances. No social circle. No bars and clubs. (Hobby clubs is a maybe.)

I want to be taken at individual value, which I have a lot of (introverts provide singular value; extroverts provide "mainstream" value, which is not the only kind.)

As I have developmental disorder, it means I have to be what I am already. I happen to be an introverted guy who's overwhelmed in groups and essentially "erased" by the very nature of group dynamics. Those of you who suggest social circle, pre-selection, and groups--read that last sentence a dozen times, so it will sink in, and you will stop saying "but that's the only way!" sorry, it's the only way for YOU, not for me. There ARE other ways that work just as well.

So that means what I should do is approach on a 1-1 basis. I'm positive this will work. Of course, I need to man up and approach--and since I get IOIs sometimes, I can go with warm approach which makes things easier. I don't see why anyone would disagree on this. That coach is wrong. I believe I can get good results within just 20-50 approaches.
