It's not symmetry that makes beauty. It's proportional sizes between each facial feature. A big nose on an otherwise beautiful women, no matter how symmetrical, is ugly. If she asks you to do something that is "extra work" for you (more than something like pass the salt or pass the phone), then you say "what do I get in return?" But if you don't wanna be that tough, then ask her for favors that are of similar value.
