Hmmmm I'd rather building a network of alphas than being surrounded by betas. Finding people with similar mindsets, aspirations, ambitions and goals.

That's what I figured for Canada, from my experience in Undergrad, what happened in UofT and etc. As obvious and logical as it may seem I haven't given much thought to correlating the political orientation of a state/province with the likelihood of a school having similar culture. Good advice!

Trying to learn some jargon: what do you mean by spam approaching?

I added some more context in the thread. Thanks for the advice so far. As well don't worry about me, I'll keep on lifting. I 100% agree that me being way skinnier than him made me an easy target for bullying and probably got him more laid due to social proof. Here's the facts even if it displeases me.

Although I'm not shredded, I would say that I'm more fit than the average chump. As for fashion, I think I'm on point. But definitely, I don't feel like I own the room when I walk in. That's a feeling I'm really looking forward to get. I know it can be vague, but how do you go about having the feeling of owning the place when you enter other people's frames (in this case, the dynamics of the appartment).

Actually I'm angry at myself because I haven't yet be able to be disciplined enough to workout and eat healthy enough to be fit, which would not only raise my smv, but would make my life so much better. This is in my control alone. Indeed, I'm projecting insecurities as you say because my self-awareness hurts.

I'm not sure I get what you mean with the sjw comparison, but I did pedestalize women in the past, and now it's quite the opposite. I feel it's a kind of narcissistic psychological defense mechanism (they're trash and they're not worth my time) interfering with my innate need to fuck mixed with some pent up anger of not being noticed by girls I find attractive (due to low SMV) and having a hard time being discipline with working out and healthy diet. Just re-did the SMV test, I scored 5, and it …

Taking it one step at a time, that's how I started last year and it was working pretty well. Thanks for the good reminder there!

I didn't think about the relevance of other people in self-improvement. How to choose the right people to open up and talk about my struggles with? I don't wanna be a bitch to hang out with, actual bitches are there for that. Thanks a lot for your advice!

If I were a teacher, I'd definitely do a sex-ed/life-ed class for men so that they can learn trp!

School clubs/Student Representative Council! Great way to meet new people in school. Also if you want to improve on public speaking, social skills and network with amazing business people, subscribe to a Toastmasters Club!

I think your situation is about weighing the gains and losses you could make from calling the police. Not about revenge (or crushing your opponent). In my opinion the stuff she stole is not expensive enough to be worth suing for and it's gonna catch up to her eventually. But if you consider the fact that she and her bf proceeded to trash talk you on social media to the extent of affecting your work life (slander), you have a good shot to sue. And in the same time you put a shitty drug dealer in …

Why paying for tiddies when they're all around the place, waiting for you to pick them up once you've raised your SMV by lifting, eating well, and improving your social/game skills? I used to go once in a while with my friends and it was fun. For my friends' 18th birthday, we brought all our friends and chicks from school and we've collectively paid him a hundred dollar dance. Good times, both guys and girls enjoyed watching the whipping and whipped cream goodness. But I think what made it work …

Currently you seem to be quite active in the party scene. Why don't you take a break and invest that time to find new passions like learning how to DJ, play musical instruments, traveling (road trips with Airbnb are pretty cheap. Invite your best friends and experience the world. And you can also go out at night when you get the desire to hunt). Anything that rocks your boat.

Like you said, hinting a break up was a huge mistake. I'm not sure how you will build the relationship after she goes. If she had ideas of breaking you, you just gave her the perfect opportunity to do so and then jump pack into the cock carousel. If she truly cared about you she would've asked her friends to include you in the trip (given that you can afford it). Demote to plate and look at her behavior, or just next my friend.

I get what you mean. Violin can definitely more of a niche market than guitar. A good example for that is the guys from 2Cellos. They're doing good old rock songs with Cellos: it's original and it sounds of awesome. But requires insane musical talent. Pour Some Sugar on Me by Def Leppard is the first song that came to my mind when it comes to making women wild. Easy to play as well. And Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood! Also I've noticed that being DJ works really well to raise your SMV. You …

I personally play guitar, but I've realized since then lots of people do too. But not violin. I think violin is more unique, and if you master it and make it super original (like electric violin in rock bands) it can grant greater greater ROI. And violin is way classier than guitar imo

Can relate with that statement. But for me it seems that my drive plumetted because I've done it for too long. Can it be the case? Or is my low drive caused by my anger phase? (and hence should keep nofapping and going to the gym)

Feels weird since technically it would make sense that rewiring your brain to only reward itself with dopamine when I get an actual girl (rather than fapping) would increase my motivation and the control I have over my sexuality. But right now, like you said, I feel like an Asexual being, driven by nothing but the desire to complete my university studies while women are crawling everywhere and obviously want my dick. I feel fucked up. Thanks for the feedback man.

Views are quite conflicted on this. Some say it works wonder while some agree with you. Personally, I remember when I fapped several times a day I would fall sick some days after (cold). I was goddamn addicted, but now I feel like I'm no longer a sexual being, like sex is useless, women are a waste of time and etc. And somehow I know rationally that TRP is more about understanding what women really are, and then playing the field in consequence (without BP Disney fantasies). But I feel my subcon…

I have never tried microdosing, but since I'm a strong believer in not taking drugs, I would recommend hitting the gym + daily meditation instead. Healthy bodies and healthy minds go places.

I've always been rather awkward or cold socially, but I know that after I'm done meditating or working out, I'm much more open of a person and at ease around people if this can be of help. +smiling too. I naturally tend to keep relationships at a distance, so when it's time to get more personal (especially with girls) I often lose my shit and start either being super awkward and/or cold, like my subconscious was letting no one cross my inner intimate barrier.

I just edited, specifying that I'm in a school club (so everything is super loose and studies come before club activities). She's not a very productive member of the team and often has excuses for not doing work. But I guess I could use some diplomacy... no? (Btw I don't have the power to fire someone on the spot I have to through the president, woman president unfortunately)

For someone who lives in Canada as well, I gotta say that our standards for education has fallen dramatically. In any levels of education I have been, that is, High School, College (cegep) and now University, students who suck at school almost always find their way around failure: either the teacher makes the following exams easier, looses the correction criteria, or students negociate to boost the grades if the grade is [40-49.9%]. And for the ones who actually are doing good? Well fuck you bec…

Hi 2cingle, "you can't lean on other people" is right, and that is why I am in single room in the first place; I don't have a specific gym program. I try to workout as much as possible, and this is what I do: 30min elliptical trainer to burn the excess calories and improve cardio, afterwards 30min of specific muscle training (shoulders, biceps, triceps, upper&lower back, etc.), and I finish with 10min abs. Since the beginning of the semester I gained 10-15 pounds, but I can see more fat than mus…

As well you may take the time to read some core RP books if you haven't already such as redpillhandbook.com and The Rational Male from Rollo Tomassi. In my case I found books helped me forge my mindset and my perception of myself versus women. If you are not fit, go outside and/or at the gym and do some cardio + lifting. If you are keep up the good work and keep socializing more and more everyday!
