Pay attention to this way of thinking. This is the voice you’re using to lie to yourself to feel better when you avoid doing hard things. We all have one. This is yours. Don’t listen to it. If this were true, you wouldn’t be bothered by this problem at all.

I’ve been there, except I didn’t jump right into a relationship. I took the time to face and resolve my own insecurities first. It may or may not be too late to save your current relationship, but I also don’t believe in anyone being “the one”. There are several “ones” that will work for you. Either way, look into your past. Probably your childhood. Figure out the first time you felt that insecure feeling. Who made you feel not good enough when you were a kid?

Which idea hurts more to you? Being rejected and ridiculed? Or dying alone knowing you were too afraid to act?

Agreed. I tell my clients to stay away from online communities for this reason. When you’re learning, you don’t know the difference between good advice and bad advice. By the time you do know the difference, you don’t really need it anymore. This sub follows the pattern of other online seduction groups. Lots of guys with limited success pretending to be experts for attention and ego boost. Some guys give good advice. The new guys don’t know who to listen to and everyone just argues while trying …

Flirting with customers can be okay depending on someone’s job. For yours? I would only recommend it if you don’t care about the job at all.

It’s a genetically programmed reflex in men that isn’t useful anymore. It used to prevent our ancestors from getting killed by another tribe or man for moving in on someone else’s woman. That rarely ever happens in the modern world, but our genes haven’t changed as quickly as our society. You can override this reflex in a couple ways. Approach and start talking before the reflex has time to settle in. Be faster than the reflex. Most important- Repetition and practice. It will become muted with a…

Good, this should be cake. Once you get ten, do another ten. Don’t worry about the outcome. Just do it before you have time to think about it.

That’s based on your own interpretation of “true self esteem.” This is the type of philosophical discussion that distracts from achieving a successful mindset. You’re splitting hairs, and it’s not helping anyone.

Great question and observation. Yes, part of outcome independence is definitely a direct manifestation of self esteem. For example, a man is more likely to be confident he has other dating options if he thinks highly of himself. He won’t fear rejection because he believes he can get another woman. I mostly focus on this part with clients because it’s more practical and can be achieved through actions. Another side of outcome independence is about how a man defines his happiness. Does it come fro…

This sounds like a bait post. There are so many other subs that seem like a better place for this question. Since we’re talking about your boyfriend and p*ssy, your boyfriend is being one for doing one thing and saying another. I also wouldn’t tolerate snooping through my phone without asking. Is that what you’re doing? It’s untrustworthy behavior. If my woman wants to look through my phone, she can ask me any time and I will hand it to her. I have nothing to hide.

This is a very deep topic and can’t be fully captured in a single post. I’ve written several chapters on this. I’ll give you a few high level topics to think about. You’re right to focus on this type of confidence. It’s the kind that makes every day more enjoyable. It’s also the kind that women want when they say they like confidence. This is the kind of guy that doesn’t need to show off his confidence. He can do the “loud” confidence when he wants to. But he doesn’t use it as a crutch. The bigg…

Or to better sum it up: Don’t give a f*ck about what other people think. Is it legal? Yes? Good. Is that my dating preference? No. But I have better things to think about than someone else’s age gap and so do the rest of us.

I’m trying to fix this problem by writing an actually good book. I agree, there’s a lot of BS out there. I’ve also found good material that I’ve paid for. There are a lot of guys out there who are either pretending to know what they’re talking about, trying to get famous, looking to con people out of money, or some combination of all three. Some know what they’re talking about, but they have different styles of game and teaching. When you aren’t successful, you have no idea what the good advice …

Stopping this will not increase your attractiveness or success on any direct way. However, I found it did two positive indirect benefits. First, I was more motivated to do what it took to get the real thing. Second, I enjoyed sex more. Health, diet, and exercise directly affect your attractiveness. And a million other benefits. Social skills and practice make a massive difference. Treat every encounter like practice.

You’re wrong about me, and that’s okay. I have no idea who he is. My main goal on this sub is to be helpful and encourage others to support each other. There’s a lot of negativity here, so I encourage positivity.

Well, literally anything else that comes to mind. Usually it’s a lot less about saying the perfect thing and more about how you say it. Have fun with them. I’m about to make up some stuff now: Pretend you’re showing up for the date she asked you out on. Warn her that your friend told you that all girls who order that flavor of coffee are crazy. Whatever. If you’re really out of ideas, ask her for a female opinion on something.

“IT’S A TRAP!”
/r/seduction12/05/26 11:31 PM

Absolutely yes. It’s part of why I insist my clients get used to cold approach. You’re going to be in excellent practice when it’s time to meet someone through warmer methods. Maximize your opportunities and give yourself every advantage you can. The fact that you freeze means you are missing opportunities to practice and narrowing your options. The best at any skill got that way by being willing to do what others were not.
/r/seduction12/05/26 11:27 PM

Absolutely keep going. Yes, it feels bad. I’ve been there too. What would happen if you gave up? You’d just accept being alone or not having what you want in life? I decided that I couldn’t let myself die without doing the things I wanted. Getting women was one of them. Yes, it hurts to be rejected. It also hurts less than regret. Edit: I also accomplished all my dating goals after this and am very happy with this part of my life now. You can do it.

Agree. The conversation and lead-up to getting the number are very important to response rate. What you say to her in messages afterward matters too. I just saw a video this morning where some guy was annoying a girl and then getting her number. You could see it on her face - she wanted this guy to go away and he will never get a response from her.
/r/seduction12/05/26 04:37 PM
5

Okay. First, I suggest sending a message as part of getting her number. For example, you can do it by adding yourself as a contact in her phone. Give yourself a funny name that ties back to the conversation you had. Send a text to yourself from her phone as if she’s saying something funny to you. Conversation started. From there, you can send her some more fun banter. Then invite her to do something together. Be anything but normal. This is a particularly good opportunity to experiment with bein…

I have good news for you. You’re already doing the hardest part for most men. Keep that skill and never stop practicing it. It’s time unpack what’s bothering you. What makes you feel unworthy? What makes you feel bad about yourself? If it’s something about your present life situation, like your job or your fitness, do something about it. Really, I recommend always covering there areas anyway - even if you feel fine about them. If it’s something deeper than that, look into your past. Feel that un…

No. It’s not proving anything to anyone. It’s taking a chance instead of waiting for the world to hand you one.

I’m going to add on top of what you’re saying because you are correct that this needs to happen and is likely the biggest opportunity for improvement. Sometimes we have issues buried in our past that make us feel inadequate. Usually childhood issues. WHILE ALSO PRACTICING APPROACHES, dig up these issues. When you start feeling inadequate, ask yourself - when was the very first time I felt this way? Who made you feel that way? Your first gut response is usually correct. You’ll know it’s a problem…

Agree. Seems like people want to name everything these days. Never heard of indirect daygame but I know exactly what you mean by it. Direct = man. Indirect = boy.
/r/seduction10/05/26 01:40 PM

Absolutely possible. I’ve had some of my most fun nights that way. It was weird at first, but I got used to it like anything else.
/r/seduction10/05/26 01:28 PM

That’s one way to think of it, and is logically accurate. I think of it differently. I combine your first three categories into “unavailable” because the outcome is the same regardless of the reason. It helps us avoid wasting time reading female intentions because what she says, thinks, feels, and does can all be different. The last category (interested and available) is all that matters. We know this because she’s along for the ride every time we escalate to the next level. Good hunting.
/r/seduction10/05/26 12:26 PM

I agree here, unless you were very clear about asking her out before. In that case, no need to give her attention.

Had to look up black pill, which is just…wow. I never use the word cope, but THAT is cope. It isn’t doesn’t come naturally to a lot of people. It didn’t come naturally to me. It was very hard for me when I started. It’s not hard now. Pulling women is two things: a mindset and a set of social skills. They require a lot of practice. They’re also very worth it. Once you have them, the maintenance needed isn’t very time-consuming. Looks and genetics aren’t nearly as big a factor for men as people li…

Great question. The reason I said "experiment with" is because this is a skill that has to be practiced to get a feel for it. Everyone has a different style of doing this, and you'll need to find your own. That said, I'll give some Do's and Don'ts. For conversation, Do: - Make sexual jokes - Ask about her fantasies - Confidently and playfully hint at sexual things and let her mind fill in the blanks. Example: Smirk, look into her eyes and say "Hmm. You look like trouble." - Build and release ten…

First, I just want to say that you’re doing a lot of good things here. You’re getting dates, you’re having good conversations, you’re inviting girls back to your place. It sounds like you’re playing things very safe. Start taking more risks. Risks are required for attraction. Experiment with being more sexual. You will drive away some girls, but you’re also going to get more sex. Instead of 9 girls wanting to be your friend and 1 sleeping with you, you may go to 2 wanting to be friends, 4 wantin…

It can happen. But what’s going on in her head doesn’t matter as a man interested in women. We find out her interest when we get try to get her number, invite her on a date, etc. She stops that from happening? She’s not interested.

No. The dirty work is required and can’t be avoided. It has to be done at every stage of growth. You clearly understand that part, which is great and more than most men can say. That’s why I didn’t bring it up. You already know that. I’m trying to help you, not tear you down.

You got this! Start with saying hey to every random person you meet or pass. It will seem weird at first, but it’s fine. Don’t skip over hot women here. Just say hey with no conversation needed. Next start making conversations with strangers. Try for something like 5 per day when you’re busy or 10 on a day when you have a bit more time. Talk about anything that comes to mind. Random stuff, funny stuff. Ask questions about them. Compliment their cool shirt. Don’t worry if the conversation is well…

Read my comment again. That’s not what I said or implied. If the OP is doing “thousands of approaches” and the end result is the OP’s current state, they are clearly ignoring part of the puzzle. Separately, yes. Practicing and doing is always important at every stage of growth. You just get very limited results when you have nothing to back it up.

Looks are not the biggest factor in being attractive to women. Maybe what you’re trying to say is there are a lot of good looking men who aren’t getting women, which is pretty normal.

There’s an evolutionary reflex built into men that makes us freeze and assess the danger of approaching a woman. A long time ago, approaching the wrong woman could get you killed. Society has changed much faster than our genetics. We still have that caveman code in our DNA. The only way to beat it is to make it a habit to override that reflex. Eventually you’ll just do it and stop worrying about it. Women have a similar feeling right before sleeping with a man for the first time, but for differe…

The easiest way is to have more irons in the fire. Date multiple women. If you aren’t at that stage yet, then keep approaching and focusing on. Practice with other women. Eventually you’ll meet more women you’re into as well.
/r/seduction08/05/26 11:20 AM

I’ll just add that you don’t need to be a traditionally good dancer. You just have to have fun and let loose without worrying about what other people think. Women go crazy over my dancing because I have fun with it. Ask me to do a coordinated dance or salsa or something? Nope. Don’t have the skill.
/r/seduction08/05/26 05:25 AM

This is the correct answer. Cold approach is the best way to practice flirting and getting dates. If you can do that, you can do anything. Every other method for meeting women will still require you to make that first impression. Who do you think will do better when meeting a girl through friends or on a dating app? The guy who has lots of practice? Or the guy who doesn’t?

Great job. Keep approaching. Make it a reflex. There are SO MANY women out there asking why men don’t approach anymore. It’s a great time to set yourself apart.

This. Make it a reflex to say hey to everyone. No exceptions. It will feel weird at first. Then say hey to hot women. No agenda, just hey. Then start having conversations with strangers. Ask them questions. Talk about whatever’s going on around you. Start doing the same thing with hot women. Eventually you should make it a goal to start a conversation with 100 women. Eventually the words will start coming out of your mouth before you’re even really thinking about it. And that’s the point when yo…

It’s a big deal because you’re making it one. Go knock on her door. Walk around the block with her. Have a conversation. Go hang out somewhere else with her if she’s not busy at the moment. Exchange contact info if she is busy. Eventually you’ll decide rejection and awkwardness is better than regret. Or you’ll look back on this time when you’re older and kick yourself. Old people’s top regrets are of what they were too afraid to do. Not what they tried and failed. Good hunting.

The problems you list are definitely typical problems. You lost me at the solutions. You don’t need to buy a woman’s affection. Sure, you can basically pay for her to stick around, but that’s not really her being into you. And looksmaxxing is hilarious. Sounds like things aren’t working very well for you. You sound very focused on outer game without focusing on improving yourself in the rest of your life. Otherwise you’re just buying hookers and putting on an act. Women always see through it eve…

Good job. No need to focus so hard on your looks. You’re a man. Taking decent care of yourself is all that you need. Your beliefs about yourself, your social skills, and your ambition matter much more.
