I think the reason why marriages fail is because people can't be content alone, and then marry and when there's an issue they have no happiness alone or with the other person and so it explodes. No one should entirely rely on another even if they're married. I don't understand the people who HAVE to be married or even in a relationship even it it's horrible. My dad's one of those. Well, as your title says, emergency ex parte are for emergencies when there isnt time or it could put someones life in danger if the court doesn't intervene somehow. Contempt motions are more of your typical court cases where someone has to go through due process, much slower paced, and eventually leads to the kangaroo court we're all familiar with

Get statements showing the transfer and have an attorney file a motion for relief to get half of it allocated back to you. For sworn financial statements youll have to disclose bank account assets, etc, anyways. The problem is that lots of motions meant to stifle your ability to comply with the usual court orders and bog you down are easy to file and aren’t the same as a typical accusation (saying you killed someone, etc) that could get them in trouble for filing false claims.
