Yeah you're right. I won't get with one of those girls until I actually talk to them and spit game. Because I actually don't really talk to the girls I am attracted to cause I am so scared of rejection cause I have this belief that "damn, if I don't get with those kind of girls then I am not attractive enough" and it stops me. Would I still have the same doubts tho? I mean, if I get with those girls then I would feel good about myself.

Well, I feel inferior cause I don't look the stereotype that "hot girls" like you know? I have a pretty boy face and don't look manly. I'm not "good" with girls cause I haven't been with a girl that I truly wanted to be with. So I feel like I'm not "good enough" even if girls I am attracted to check me out and stuff like that, but that's different than being in a relationship/having sex with.

I will! I wanna improve in all those aspects daily! If I had my dating life in check then my life would be amazing!

Well good cause 1) I can make friends easily! Seriously, once I got confident in talking to people it seemed like I'm charismatic AF. People approach me to talk to me. I have tons of friends this year and tons of people that know me in my college. 2) Confidence: I'm confident with people, girls but not hot girls (girls I'm attracted too). I "fake it" sometimes. 3) Lifting is my passion man! I'm trying to make a career out of it cause I love lifting so much.

It's kinda a cycle for me. I haven't had any successes with hot girls so I think something is wrong which causes me to feel like I don't deserve one. The last girl I was trying to get was, in my personal opinion, was a perfect ten in my eyes. She dated one of my high school classmates who is ugly AF. Seriously. I ask "how tf?" And then I start questioning myself lol. I just need ONE success to prove to me that I'm actually deserving for the type of girl I want. Then everything will come easily.

Well honestly the reason why I'm not is cause I don't approach. I don't. I went from being a "loser" to now having confidence to actually approach and it's slowly getting better. Today gave me hope tho. One of my friends who's average/ugly had a date with this super hot Latina. So it's all about approaching and doing work I guess.

Again I didn't mean to make it sound like I was whiny but I know what you mean man. I'm grateful for what I have but I just need to use it. Even guys who "have it all" gets rejected right? Yeah I gotta put that into my head when I get rejected.

Yeah you're right. I didn't mean to make it sound like I'm whining but guess I was. The reason why I lack confidence is because I never been with a girl I wanna be with and I seem to have "bad luck" with woman. Plus I haven't had sex in two years. Yes I get stared at and checked out but I guess my only problem is not approaching and gaming. Just gotta shut the fuck up and just approach.

Yes! That is exactly the cycle that goes on in my head. I have been seeing a professional but on and off because it's my schools therapist. What else can I do right now in order to increase my self-image/self-esteem? I don't want to be dependent on medication or therapy. How can I get into my head that looks don't matter so much to woman or that I have hope that I CAN get a girl that I am attracted to? THAT is the reason for my low self-esteem. I am ambitious, have goals in life, good family and…

I'm 21 years old. Ok, I admit it. It's true, I do tie some of my happiness in someone else because I would feel great if I was with them/her, I never been with someone who I really like and enjoying to be with and it makes me question if it's because I AM not good enough. I had sex before with two girls but I felt like I just got lucky except of wanting to sleep with me because WHO I AM. I am stuck thinking about this girl who I can't get out of my head and I am getting depressed thinking that I…

I just turned 21 years old about 2 days ago. I live in UT, USA and I say small because its not a huge city BUT the universities in my area are HUGE so about 45% is college students. Yes I am improving myself EVERYDAY, or at least try to. I love to read, go to the gym (I am obsessed about lifting), right now I am going to school BUT still trying to figure out what I want to do (kinda miserable in college). Yes I believe it's my attitude because I know that I am not ugly, I am above average so I h…

Thinking about the positive traits do help a lot and its crazy how much the mind controls a lot so thats why positivity is key, but when doubts kick in then it sucks. Maybe you can provide me some tips?

Well I guess I don't know how to attract the girls that I want. I don't know if I am not trying consistently or if I don't really know how to attract girls. For example at a party I asked a girl for her phone number and the conversation was going great and what not but she hasn't text me back so yes being rejected. Maybe I have to keep trying? I have an interesting exciting life and all good qualities but it's hard for me to keep that attraction? It be great if I knew someone who could be my men…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
