Unbelievable!

Porn is about sexual pleasure. The thing you're describing, desiring semen plays a role. But similarly, men desire to give semen. The point is, neither can achieve the thing or the "end-result" they desire by watching porn. By watching porn, your mind slowly gets perverted, whether you're a man or a woman. So in society it should not be seen as hot or innocent for a woman to watch porn. Just because masturbating to pornography has one negative effect exclusively for men, losing their semen, this…

There is injustice in this world. We're not all on the same boat. We live in a pluralistic society and people have different ideas about right and wrong and that's okay.

You're mixing up reason with consequence. Men who watch porn don't desire to waste their semen, they desire sexual intercourse. They lose their semen as a consequence. It's the same for women. We're talking about sexual arousal, which isn't a conscious decision but an urge. If women would consciously desire semen, they wouldn't search for it in their laptops would they? I don't get what your point is. You think it should be more acceptable for women to watch porn because they long for semen? I a…

Look, I'm not telling you how to live your life. Enjoy your life! I really mean it. If you think you don't have to submit to a man, don't do it. Maybe just keep in mind that it's not all about control and dominance, but that there's a reason why we've had this stereotypical form of love for a long time. I know for a fact that a lot of women miss letting go and having a stable man with them. There can be no talk of "our" grandparents, because there are several cultures all over the world, but to …

Don't know how to explain this to you. I treat a woman well and I do things for her and she likes it, but she sees it as given that I act this way, not really giving me anything in return. Putting on a mask with the side eye on feminism, hate against men. Expecting to be treated like a princess but only faking her interest, seeing the whole thing as a game. Not being in touch with her femininity and putting herself on the same level as me, when I clearly go out of my way to treat her well. Virtu…

That's exactly what I asked myself some time ago. What do women think the world would look like if men were the way they want them to be? I'd reckon boring, dull, lifeless and dysfunctional. And they have no understanding for the fact that we're different.

Also, apparently it‘s allowed to joke about men in a vicious manner with underlying hate. More than that, it’s promoted. Girls commence doing it early in life.

It‘s not a joke. Stop playing it down. The evil tone and underlying visciousness is clearly noticable. Also, not all women would express it like this but there‘s definitely a trend of growing hate against men collectively and almost every woman takes part in it

I've signaled to women that I can lead many times. Did they like it? Yes. But they always had their other eye on the feminists, always comparing the two sides: "Can I gain more power with this feminist mindset? Is this man still useful or can he be replaced?" Like a collective disease spreading in every woman. I found it pretty sad to see how this affected literally every single woman that I knew.

I don't know what's become of this subreddit, but definitely nothing good. These photos carry similar energy of all those commercials that try to feminize men. There was a time in my life when I did a lot of team sports with men and we were outside and laughing our asses off. I didn't want to be held from a woman like a teddy bear. Yes, I did want affection from a woman but not in the way this post suggests. When corona came a lot of traditionally male things disappeared. This post gives me an "…

I don't care you've never seen a guy say that to you. Doesn't affect anything I said before. You don't see "women dominate access to hobbies", I never said anything about that so I don't know where you get your ideas from

/r/MensRights05/02/26 02:24 PM

You don't understand it. Men do things creatively and women demand access and then they destroy all the fun. It's not about women having certain hobbies. It's about women sticking their noses into the way we like to do things and demanding "equal recognition" or "equal representation". Then they enforce their regime and forbid us to come up with our own ideas if those might be seen as offensive even in the slightest from any point of view. It's like a mother telling her sons not to play with sti…

Nothing about my comment is hateful, nor anything about that guy's comment who said he likes to be around white men. You seemingly desire to create an "equal" society that ultimately is more feminine than masculine, and that's oftentimes the case when someone has an inner resistance towards masculinity.
/r/MensRights03/02/26 05:17 PM
0

I was replying to both of you. The problem with most people today is that they get offended at every little thing someone says. It's a feminine fear that has gotten out of control. This is exactly why we need male spaces. To share our thoughts without people getting emotional every time a certain word / phrase is being said.
/r/MensRights03/02/26 05:11 PM
2

The thing is that the woman's mind is like a cobweb where men get entangled and it causes confusion. That happens once you treat a woman as "equal" to the other men. She becomes controlling, kills the fun and draws too much attention to herself.

In today‘s day and age every little thing someone says is immediately labeled as ultra offensive, so I‘m not surprised you act like this. I didn’t say I want the internet to be a space where exclusively white men gather. I just pointed out what kind of audience you were talking to back in the days, and what kinds of memes were shared.
/r/MensRights03/02/26 08:03 AM

I mean, we had female spaces and male spaces. When you were in your group, you made nasty comments about the other group. Then you found your female partner and thought "what a bunch of idiots these men are". It was very simple.

Well, chicken vs egg, doesn't matter because once you're fully given the space to unfold yourself video games will be boring. If you would really function how you're supposed to function, do you think you'd rather watch a movie or live the movie? All these things (books, movies, video games) are largely (not completely) there because our lives / our society is boring.

It's not about fighting a feminist, the point is that the whole world has leaned into this state where masculine women are normalized and men like masculine attributes in women. To me it's sickness. And it influences everybody, if you go somewhere or do anything

Pornography is definitely worse. Denying your kids access to pornographic material is good because pornography creates an artificial image of sex in their minds. To teach abstinence isn't good, but better than to allow your kids unlimited access to pornography without warning them of the risks and educating them. Overall, pornography is very harmful to children and teenagers (also harmful to adults) and to say otherwise is denial in my opinion. Can you use it and be in a healthy relationship? Ye…

You‘re absolutely right and the fact that a lot of people here are against you shows that society doesn‘t give room to men who want to express their feelings. We are being feminized, the "techniques" that work for women don‘t work for men (because we are different), they make them weak and whiny. Now that doesn‘t mean a man can‘t cry, but he should be allowed to express his wild side as well. Everything else is oppression.

How am I gaslighting your comment? You say I'm getting "it" as if your perspective was a universal truth. Just because I understand your viewpoint doesn't mean that I cannot have a different one. So just to make my standpoint clear again, roles are only to a degree a social construct. There are differences between men and women and I think the fact that most women are more drawn to arranging things and caring for someone than to providing and more extreme physical activity is one of them. It may…

What do you mean, I don't fully understand that study? It may be true that my understanding of social roles doesn't entirely coincide with the social roles of hunter-gatherer societies. However, your claims seem very unsupported. "The collected data on women hunting directly opposes the traditional paradigm that women exclusively gather and men exclusively hunt" is a conclusion in this study, but not that in many foraging societies women used to hunt as much as men. I'm not denying that my viewp…

I see nothing in my comment that contradicts the fact that women also hunted. That doesn't mean that men weren't stronger or did not have to protect the woman when she was pregnant or with a small child. In this article (https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0287101) various foraging societies were examined. 79% of those had documentations of women hunting. However, in 13 % of those women did not hunt intentionally. I calculated that only roughly 38 % of all societies…

I'm not saying pornography doesn't have benefits. But there are a lot of men who came in contact with it who wouldn't have become problematic individuals if they had no access to it. We definitely need to have more awareness for the negative influences of pornography because they exist. Also, it would be beneficial to reduce the amount of consumption because too many men are addicted, it drains their energy and it creates frustration.
/r/MensRights13/01/26 10:30 AM

Yeah of course but I'm saying that those excessive video games won't be necessary if they're given space in the real world to express themselves

Well, now you mention it, yes, it's kind of hard to define. It might help if we looked at nature and how a man needs to be if we would live in the wild. These might be some points 1) He is the provider 2) He takes responsibility 3) He is the protector 4) He has to face his fears 5) He needs to be physically active / do sports
/r/MensRights13/01/26 12:22 AM

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're saying.
/r/MensRights13/01/26 12:10 AM

Short term: Yes that could work. Long term: Only a functioning society where everybody has their place works as a solution. Then again, how would that society be organized? And is it worth it to sacrifice individual freedom for "the greater good"?
/r/MensRights13/01/26 12:06 AM
5

Isn't the answer to this question obvious? Men are one half of the society and by addressing their problems I want to improve society. I'm sure you have talked to someone about the problems women face before. Did you only want to help women in that moment? If that is the case, then I have to say that my aim is not for one gender to be happy, but for both.
/r/MensRights12/01/26 11:53 PM

1) It's not the only outlet for sexual energy. You can very much release that energy without watching disturbing and perverted videos. 2) Pornography has a negative impact not only on the sexuality of men, but also on their view of life, their emotions and their mental well-being. I'm not the first person to talk about this. So ultimately pornography is a destructive way to use your energy, sexual energy is life energy. Creating a more social environment with acceptance for typically male types …

I'm doing that. But I want other people to do that too. I'm genuinely worried about this society. I don't want to be a lone wolf with this, I want to see my city become a place where energy is flowing, not a shithole where everybody seems bored and depressed. Thank you, but I'm really interested in a fix for this society as a whole, not just myself. I'm not from America, but I personally want to enjoy every moment of my life, which means meeting cool people at the grocery store, going to events,…

Yeah that's what I meant, women have special needs and men do, so to speak. The difference is, men know this and are more sensitive to a woman's needs. Women just ignorantly and selfishly expect men to behave like them.
/r/MensRights12/01/26 10:32 PM
6

No, by not fully developed I mean not being given the space to unfold their energy or their genius, but rather being held back by society in subtle ways. Sorry, I'm not a native speaker. By the way, I count myself in on this, I'm not excluded from these societal influences of course.

I believe that men, if they were brought up wrong, tend to be more aggressive, or their aggression manifests more severely, so that they will cause destruction and physical harm to others. Women are a lot more abusive psychologically and in subtler ways
/r/MensRights12/01/26 10:01 PM

It's a general observation of how men behave today as opposed to a few decades ago. You can see that they got stuck somewhere, not fully developed and unable to use their capabilities. I know that it's very cryptic, but that's just my observation

Maybe she is right from a certain standpoint, but I suspect she only repeats what other people say in order to feel smart. Maybe there is some truth to what she says, but it doesn't matter as she probably doesn't have a solution for the problem. So in the end, it's just endless talking without any effect. That's what I think is going on.

Women receive actually more support than men do. The details are complex but our whole society is engineered for the female human-being and we are a product of it so we don‘t even realize what we‘re losing as men for the past decades
/r/MensRights24/09/25 09:41 PM

Yes. I've always wondered why so many men seem to be so stupid in this context. Choosing masculine women, defending women senselessly, simping for women in most embarrassing ways. They have no sense of awareness at all. As for a society where women lead, it's impossible with our current system and unnecessary on top of that. We had male-dominated societies for thousands of years. Women lack the understanding for leadership, they cannot lead and make others feel comfortable so that everybody has …
