thats my point... the legal rights are rediculous, for instance murdering multiple people by manipulating others and is allowed to live his life not having to worry about shelter or food when a lot of people have those worries very real to them. thats my opinion though.

ugh john oliver, dont trust what he says. he has an agenda every time and says a couple mins of facts then a disproportionate amount of time for jokes on it. theres a reason why he never made it in the uk as a comedian. aside from that he doesnt have a clue abount american issues as hes not american (im british living in the usa so im not one to speak out, but im just a guy on the internet stating my opinion. not on live tv)

hence why contesting the convictions over and over need to go, if you fail contesting it once after the verdict for a death penalty crime you should be done. theres no reason to have people on death row there for years.
