A plethora of studies have shown its capacity for physical dependency, even in animals not in the primate kingdom. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/06/17 03:10 AM |

Anxiety lowers your social status.I do not agree with that assertion. Also, why are you worried about mental illness if those are the only two things that matter? | /r/TheRedPill | 03/12/15 12:34 AM
Anxiety lowers your social status.Having a mental illness doesn't inherently lower your social status. Look at someone like Robin Williams for example. What lowers your social status imo is if the way you act is different from the social norms due to it. While it is easier for people with no change in their cognition, there is nothing perceived as different if a mentally ill person acts the same confident way as a normal person acting that confident way. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/12/15 09:14 PM

First time benching 225Definitely can do it with metal plates. Try to lower the bar as much as possible for dropping it after the rep (while maintaining proper lower back form) instead of letting go from the peak. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/04/15 04:15 AM
First time benching 225I understand that feeling! Got a new max today (215*2) and plan on joining the two plate club next week. Keep grinding! | /r/TheRedPill | 29/04/15 04:10 AM
