“people and society” don’t care if men fail at all. As long as there are enough who are functional to keep the trains moving and keep paying taxes.

This hostile experience isn’t shared by me (single dude in my 30s). I do most of my stuff in public alone (runs, movies, walks, errands, gym, etc) by choice and feel no judgement. Think it may just be in your head.

The old religions are dead, along with their social and moral compulsions. Not marrying and not having children is a reasonable way to stay middle class rather than risk descending into poverty, on a median income. It’s simple incentives. Not getting married is viewed as an acceptable choice. Therefore appealing to marriage as the social default scenario holds little sway.

For every Bezos, there’s a DiCaprio or Woody Allen or Seinfeld who is cradle robbing. Even in Bezos’ case, he picked a woman who is thin, not grey-haired, and physically appears to be mimicking youth with her aesthetic. There are practical, social, and cultural considerations men like Bezos have to make when choosing a wife. He has an empire. In his situation, You can’t have your first mate be a community college stripper, even if she looks like a young Cameron Diaz.

Men today are more useless, fatter, and more addicted than ever before. There is no over abundance of men who have worked on themselves, as your post seems to imply.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 04:23 PM

It’s just pragmatism. Most adults only care about people who have some value to them somehow.

Agreed for the most part. A generation or two ago I would’ve been essentially forced into provider and father roles. Thank the Maker that bullshit is optional now. It’s better to be a strong man who values independence in today’s time than any other time in history.

How would he know any of these things until months into the courtship? Which is far past the tolerance most men have for waiting for sex. Sure some men wait. They are typically religious.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/21 12:31 PM
1

Sure. the general trend is men want sex earlier. The men most women want have options. Why would they choose the girl who makes them wait in the initial stages of getting to know them?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/21 12:03 PM
1

People equate more freedom = more happiness. This is 100% NOT how human beings work. More potential options means more anxiety and less faith in current identity as you may be investing in the wrong path. The structures which support the identity pathways which provided most men meaning (and most people generally) have been destroyed or are in decline- traditional masculinity, being a provider, protector, husband, father along with the death of religion, social community, and the rise of online …

Nothing is “wrong” with it. But since now men and women are expected to compete with each other in the workplace, there aren’t many men who can support a family and a comfortable standard of living on their income alone. it simply isn’t realistic for the vast majority of women to be a SAHM unless you get married to a UMC dude or become ipso facto concubine for a really rich dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/21 11:38 AM
3

Men do not know if you’re commitment-worthy unless they spend time with you. It is unlikely any attractive man with options would put up with no sex while seeing if the woman is worthy of commitment. He would simply follow his imperative and engage with sexually-open women. I only see this as viable within highly religious communities.

From your last comment in the thread- Per the teachings of the Red Pill we always act on this no exceptions. If we don’t it just means we’re lying about acting on because it’s in our nature is it not? No TRP doesn’t “teach” this. It claims women have a hypergamous sexual imperative. It never claims women “always act on this no exceptions”. So we’re all cheating whores? Lmao. Dishonest question.

Men have inherent disadvantages in the RMV/SMV landscape. The “wall” is not a creation used to counter-balance these inherent male disadvantages. It simply describes the dramatic falloff the typical woman experiences in intersexual power around 30-40 due to aging, childbirth, etc. There is no karmic balance. TRP is amoral analysis.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/21 11:15 AM

Ok, answer this honestly. If Troy had made a post here several years ago asking why there weren't more straight male escorts, would you have given him the same answer? And then if he went out, understanding what escorting was and grew the market to one straight male escort, would you then have conceded that you were wrong? I have no idea what your point is here. The market for male prostitutes is a fraction for what it is for female prostitutes. For obvious reasons everyone understands. I have n…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/21 09:56 AM

I read your post. It’s just wrong. The obvious answer is the correct one. There aren’t more male escorts in general (whatever that means to you) because there’s no reason for a supply of them to exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/21 09:45 AM

What? No it answers both. Less demand = less supply
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/21 09:36 AM

Then why are they also comparing themselves to unloved abused children, as well as saying "Well I guess you hate poor people that need things too"? Because those children are an extreme example of getting their literal needs met while having their non-literal needs unmet. This is analogy 101. You're seriously comparing sex to education? Really? I’m categorizing them both as needs which are not literal. So I suppose that qualifies as a “comparison”. Education leads the way to getting a decent job…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/21 10:59 AM

My comment is US-centric so keep that in mind. Women do not have to endure an “unforgiving diet” in order to have an attractive body. The obesity rate is over 30% and close to 60% are overweight. It is simply the default in the US to be fat. It requires active choices in order to be fit. It is not so in other cultures. I have very little empathy for fat girls who decry dating struggles as their number one problem is completely within their control.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/21 10:54 AM

When people say sex is a “need”, they are obviously using the word colloquially and not literally. Humans can survive without sex, but cannot survive without literal needs of nutrition, shelter, and oxygen for example. But humans can also survive without education, late 20th century sanitation standards, or any social relationships. People colloquially refer to these as needs. Sex falls into this category as well.

What do you find more important your partner giving you all the same things they used to give to their partners, whatever the things are (anal, kinky sex, being agreeable, providing for them, tolerating shitty behavior including abuse etc) or to be treated well by them? You just described how men would define being “treated well”. And no, these aren't the same things. To MEN, they are the exact same things. Your original point was men who wouldn’t want I see their family/loved ones become prostitutes shouldn’t advocate for it’s legality. An analogous moral injunction based on this logic- if you don’t want to see your children become alcoholics, then don’t support legalization of ethanol. Personally my position is adult humans can do what they want to their bodies.
