“Hey, I’m trying to get some good shots of nature and I’ve got work in ten minutes, has anything caught your eye here? I’ve never been here before”
/r/seduction26/12/18 09:49 AM

Being tall does have its drawbacks dude. Lack of confidence can kill any positive quality you otherwise have. Yes it’s definitely a plus point but just standing there like a beacon isn’t exactly proactive. EDIT: It sounds like you’re mixing me up with someone else. I’m not complaining about being a virgin for life.

Are you asking me or OP?
/r/seduction26/12/18 12:54 AM

Sorry, yes they are. A little poorly punctuated.
/r/seduction25/12/18 06:25 PM

I'd recommend watching RSD Foundations, Transformations and Blueprint Decoded. Think of it as training for your self-esteem dude. You get out what you put in.
/r/seduction25/12/18 06:19 PM

Don't worry about that for now, if it's not going anywhere by itself then just politely excuse yourself in a friendly way. Your goal here is to become comfortable approaching women, worry about the rest once it feels normal and less intimidating to you. Just remember you're not looking for approval, you're not looking for a number, you're not even looking for attraction at this point. It's all about you and overcoming your approach anxiety. That's literally it and it WILL work, it always does.

Huh. I haven’t heard of that last one. I’m using MoodKit too for negative thoughts which has a basis in CBT too :) I’ll check out Solution Focused Brief Therapy though bud, thanks

To be honest, I've always had trouble sleeping but this hasn't apparently detracted from my sleep at all, if anything I've found I get to sleep pretty fast with it on, at a low volume. I'll switch it up and see if it makes any difference

Yeh I can't disagree with you there. It's certainly no substitute but can be fun when you're at home I guess :)

Way ahead of you there lol, I remember when it was released. I still have the entire set, from Foundations to BPD :) how the mighty have fallen...

I'm referring to NLP on the self, not on others (hypno-game). I do believe in it completely but who knows, maybe it's my belief in it that makes it work :D and you too mate!

Try this, no excuses, and assume the words "TRUST ME!" are at the end of each. I challenge you to tell me it doesn't help your depression: Go non-dairy. Do yoga everyday Train, especially cardio Cut calories, unless you're underweight. Most of that is free and its all cheaper than meds. I'm not advocating you stop taking medication but you'll probably find that the above means you don't need things like SSRI's. Good luck my dude.

Totally. Met a lot of girls that think "aloof" and "thundercunt" are the same thing. Trust me, they're using it for validation too and are often the most insecure.

I'd mostly agree, although its still a game, just one where you have to compete with "wnt sum fk" and "lol wut u doin tnite beautiful?". Not really hard to stand out in conversation from that but you'll just get buried in low-effort punts from dudes trying to get a marriage visa.

...fuckin' dying over here....
/r/seduction25/12/18 02:22 PM

You asked her if she has an STD while you were inside her? Fuckin' winning dude! Smooth!
/r/seduction25/12/18 02:22 PM

This is all awesome advice and something you should definitely do but I don't think its the complete picture. I know of a good few "henchbros" because of their inner insecurities. Also, the danger here is to become so focused on your appearance that all new insecurities develop like dysmorphia and stuff. To reiterate, definitely do this stuff, seriously (I'm doing it right now) but it's not a silver bullet. EDIT: When I was a teenager I was RAKE thin and I'm 6'6" so I didn't hold it well AT …

Yoga. I can't stress this enough, it should be a legal requirement. lol anyway, don't try and run before you can walk. If you're ridiculously nervous its because you're placing too much value on the outcome rather than the process. Set yourself a goal to just approach 10 women a day with no intention beyond talking to them, even for like 2 minutes (remember, it's the approach that's your problem so tackle that before the conversation/social skills). Be friendly, have an angle (I'm an amateur p…

Wait, what? Why don't they work? Cultural conflict?
/r/seduction25/12/18 02:04 PM

I have to say that's a new one to me but probably not that uncommon. Do you find that you struggle with other areas of your life that you can't control?
/r/seduction24/12/18 10:50 PM

I might just be tired but I don't understand the issue here, I've read your post twice. You're saying that the reason you are a virgin is because you don't feel in control of your hormones and that puts you off?
/r/seduction24/12/18 10:37 PM

No I get it mate, don't worry you didn't come across cocky

OK. Is this situation you've described in your post unusual to you then?

Meet her somewhere public and take it from there. Even if it fucks up, hot girls usually have hot friends. Having hot female friends is the some of the best and most accessible social proofing you can get too. I approach girls with that in mind, it really helps. Oh and, of course, you do actually end up meeting awesome people. You might not be bangin' them but having a wide social circle is awesome, for obvious reasons.
/r/seduction24/12/18 09:49 PM

I like the ending but I would just play it a bit cooler than that and take it as read that she was flirting with you, she was, no need to ask (validation-seeking). I don't think a lot of girls would respond well to being put on the spot like that and it kinda suggests that you not in-tune enough to pick that up on your own. By all means, tease her about it at the time but if it's a week later it's a big risk that could blow it. I wouldn't even refer to it at all, unless she asks. It was just a…
/r/seduction24/12/18 09:45 PM

I'd say yes she most likely was and....well, you're gonna have to approach this one pretty coolly. Can't really offer much more but I'd say if you're solid on your next interaction then you're golden my dude.
/r/seduction24/12/18 09:38 PM

Forgive me, not judging you here but your post doesn't really go into the depth needed to answer that question. Hormones play a huge part in decision making, especially with impulse, but it doesn't TOTALLY guide you. If it weren't hormones that made you attracted to sex and girls etc. then what else would? It's like getting mad that it's the battery that makes your phone light up, and not something else. It's not really a question that needs asking, much less one that should cause you so much em…

Thats called being "inside your head". I know it's old-school but RSD has some good material about this.

I can second this completely. Success with women should be a symptom of your lifestyle changes, not necessarily the end result. This proactive approach is an irony in itself; the less you crave the attention of women, the more you are likely to get it. So you're a virgin; there's non-virgins that get laid way less than you probably will. A non-virgin as a bare minimum is someone who's had sex at least once - there's a plethora of non-virgins that have ONLY had sex once. I lost my virginity at 16…
