Is it even possible with depression

Try this, no excuses, and assume the words "TRUST ME!" are at the end of each. I challenge you to tell me it doesn't help your depression:

Go non-dairy.
Do yoga everyday
Train, especially cardio
Cut calories, unless you're underweight.

Most of that is free and its all cheaper than meds. I'm not advocating you stop taking medication but you'll probably find that the above means you don't need things like SSRI's. Good luck my dude.

It's possible, but much more difficult for some peopl. I know a depressed guy who does well with women he has a girlfriend now, but he is a fairly functional guy in spite of his clinical depression. Another friend of mine is depressed and he absolutely sucks and is full of negativity and excuses, he struggles to even approach even when I encourage and push him.

If you relate more to the second guy I recommend work on treating your depression first, become functional at least and then work on women.

If you're on the other hand just having a frustrating period and your inner critic is going off, then I suggest nothing other than "in time you will do better, keep on taking action and applying feedback" if you really need help get a dating coach.
