Solid advice but it seems even more difficult to make an approach now. I know rapport is important but its soo important to build it up in a clothing store of all places. It just seems like these girls are busy or trying to get away from you.

Also since when is this sub called Seduction For Men? Oh wait it’s not. Oh yeah? What does your last approach look like? I'll wait...

Possibly. What's your worst?

if I saw a man as old as you hitting on my daughter I'd knock your lights out. No need for the violence. You'd hurt yourself old man.

You might have too high expectations of where you fit in looks wise, I’ve seen it happen with so many guys. Claiming they’re an “easy” 8 or 9, but in reality they were just average. What do you mean phenomenal shape? How’s your face structure? r/truerateme is a good place to start.

I've dated women who worked on TV. I know where I stand.
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:21 PM

Why are there women in this sub? This is clearly a male issue. And yes! I'm not gonna take a lecture from the privileged side of the species. Day game is fucking hard and painful. Something you know little about. How many guys have you gone up to who have looked at you with disgust and walked off? Exactly. When you have real advice you can make your own post.

“Might have been 18 (…)” I can't believe in 2022 I have to spell this out. She might have been 18 or older...Couldn't tell from 30ft away or even when we were face to face. The implication is not that because she might have been 18 that I thought she was somehow older.
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:09 PM
0

I'll approach who I want and where I want as long as they look 18 and above. The onus is on you as a mature woman living in a civilized community to respond with yay or nay in a courteous and decent manner if the approach had the same intention. Now, if you say no and you are still pursued by the same guy then we are in creep territory.

So if it was legal would you have sex with a girl that’s 16, what about 15 ? Where is the line drawn. Are you trolling or just stupid? Serious question. THE LINE IS DRAWN AT 18.

You said it brother. A lot of "I would NEVER do that...because I've never been given the chance, but I would NEVER!" type of people.

Firstly, 34 but thank you for the compliment. Secondly, wasn't at a mall. Out getting coffee with a friend. Thirdly, good money habits and a very well paying job give me a lot of free time.
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:01 PM

But you are kidding yourself if you think you are cool and passing for younger than 34. I am not and I do pass for younger. Look about mid 20s, but I certainly don't look like a teenager myself.

If you want avoid this situation again I would suggest you only approach women who at least look 25. How the fuck am I supposed to know what a 25yr old looks like. I have dated a 36yr old that looked like she was 23 and I have dated a 22yr old that looked 30. The spectrum on looks and age is vast.

That's what I love about progressives. You treat women like equals suddenly its unequal and or predatory. lol
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:20 PM

Down vote it, but if it was your kid or sister you’d have issues with it No, I would have an issue if He was told no or not interested and THEN continued to pursue her. Stop white knighting. Women can fend for themselves just fine.
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:18 PM
5

HAHA Why is this thread turning into a discussion on ageism?? What is wrong with 18??
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:17 PM
3

Exactly. This whole thread is turning into a back and forth about predatory dating. God...as if I go out to prey on the young.
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:16 PM
-4

Why? I trust women to be mature enough to tell me they are not available. If I have made an error of judgement fine I will walk off. I am not actively seeking teenagers. Women today dress and act far more mature than their age. If you have a compass or some sort of app I can use to avoid this issue please let me know.
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:14 PM

Its not like you can tell from a far. You commit, go in, and when you are face to face you realize whats what. At that point you are in. As long as she's legal there should be no issues.

"Older women" is a phrase that on average usually means they are women that are taken and not as attractive as women younger than you or the same age as you. I have been in this boat where I ask these questions only to peal the layers of the onion back to realize its because younger women are typically more attractive, fertile, and more difficult to approach.

You are a woman I am assuming? Imagine you are at the gym and all 225lbs and 11%bf of me comes over to you with a grizzled beard and interrupts you to engage in a conversation about your position on deadlift stances. This constitutes a good approach to you? I have spoken to plenty of women and whilst many of them say they love to be approached they have almost unanimously agreed that the gym is not the place. That doesn't mean it can't be done it just means you have to be more tactful than "Hey.…

Its just an example of women not knowing what they want so you as a guy need to play the numbers game.
/r/seduction14/09/22 06:53 PM
2

Read carefully what I said - there is a tiny fraction of women who want to be approached at the gym by a guy to ask her questions about deadlifting or to ask if he can work with her. I think you are smart enough to know that has no traction.
/r/seduction14/09/22 06:52 PM

Other than approaching a guy you like I'd say lingering eye contact and hair flicking would do the trick. Sorry to say but most men are clueless. Apps work really well for women and by "work" I mean you will have matches galore.

AHHHH GOD!! This is the 5th comment like this. To those who are not in tune with common sense I am tacitly referring to those times where there are openings and she does not look obviously preoccupied. I do not mean approaching her if she is at a funeral or a wedding or if she is crying or if there is a man around her or if she is with her kids. I am referring in general to scenarios where she is open and available such as walking down the street, in the starbucks, in the grocery store etc. The …

Best experience was when a man pulled up to my car and air dropped his number to me. How is that even possible?
/r/seduction13/09/22 07:13 PM

He could’ve asked to work in with me and then talk about how busy the gym is or how he normally doesn’t come at this time, or ask why I’m doing sumo over conventional, etc. anything to open the conversation. No guy will do this because very few women are open to these kinds of requests. Most of the time for a man coming in direct to a woman helps let her know intention and also prevents you two from wasting each others time. Otherwise, he might be there talking about sumo deadlifts for 30mins in…

Absolutely! Its important to take responsibility for our outcomes too. What signs do you give off that lets a man know he can approach?
/r/seduction13/09/22 04:11 PM

Well there's the problem Hahaha I live in the north. People are frigid up here. Down south the people are friendly and welcoming. Women are very open to being approached.
/r/seduction13/09/22 04:10 PM

For example, one time at the gym, I didn’t realize I was using two different plates on my deadlift, and that sparked a conversation with a guy who was nearby. What if the plates were not different? What should he have said to speak with you then?

Its not a lot of men! Its a small minority that do it outside of bars and clubs. I go out and I watch people. I study them. I analyze people. In the last year I have seen two approaches and that was by my friend who has brass balls.

/r/seduction12/09/22 09:23 PM

Yeah, and what if I want to be with liberal and progressive people? lol That is great! But if you have been paying attention to the western world the definitions of those words have been corrupted. What you are looking for is a down to earth pragmatic woman. We all are.

i've actually only did this at gyms and it's worked a few times, At the gym? How did you do it? I hear the gym is a tough environment.
/r/seduction12/09/22 05:35 PM

Reddit is not a good random sample of the public. I find it to be very liberal and progressive so I wouldn't put too much stock into those opinions. From what I have seen and the women I have spoken to they really like when a guy approaches them.

I’ve noticed that a lot of my fear is that people around me are going to think I’m weird or creepy. SAME! This statement highlights a lot of my issues. There are no mental tricks other than pushing through it and getting more approaches in, however here is something I tell myself: Think of the top 10-20 people you know and see on a regular basis. Your friends, family, co-workers, barista at your daily coffee shop etc. How many times have you gone day gaming and seen any of these 20 people? I'd a…

Hey OP, thank you for the well written and detailed experiences! Definitely worth the read. Did you every day game? Cold approach? Or only picking up women in bars and apps?
/r/seduction12/09/22 04:29 PM

His advice is solid, one thing I would add is dressing slightly different from most bros and like a grown man helps me a lot. Fascinating point! How would you differentiate yourself through attire? In Winter? In Summer?
/r/seduction12/09/22 04:26 PM
1

If the guy didn't have hobbies he would be boring and women would lose or never have interest in him. If you read between the lines you can tell OP has concurrently improved himself to get to the point where he can sleep with 50 odd women a year. It doesn't sound boring at all! He sounds like a fascinating man or at least erudite enough to write something as cogent as he did.

I used to say the same thing and then I realized it was me making excuses for not manning up and approaching women I found drop dead gorgeous.

Good for you my man! What was the one piece of advice that allowed you to approach women with confidence?
/r/seduction12/09/22 01:51 PM
1

Got a massive boost in my confidence and I lost my virginity afterwards. The girl who I lost my virginity to was wrapped around my finger cos of the techniques I learnt. What techniques would you say helped you the most? It's actually easy to approach, especially if you're in a good mood. Girls feel that vibe and want to be a part of it. Always go in with a good relaxed and positive mindset. Great advice here!
/r/seduction12/09/22 01:11 PM

With regards to your issue though - have you already gone out approaching with others in general? No cold approaching. Only really really warm approaches.

Brother you are preaching to the choir! Been to Washington state, Florida, Vermont, Maine, Idaho, and NH. Plus international travel to east europe and africa. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever been is Massachusets! I also hear terrible things about Connecticut, NY, and NJ, but Mass is without a doubt the worst. I know guys that were infantry and did two tours in the sandbox who would rather do another tour than go to massachusets and or boston.

Maybe you and I should team up then lol For me a big thing is not approaching in areas I frequent because I don't want to be "that guy". The guy that approaches women at the grocery store for instance. I suppose if you do it sparingly and you are suave you can do it. I can do this!

I've learned that friends hold you back. Most guys don't have the mindset that you can approach women anywhere at anytime so their energy begins to ruin the process. Apart from psyching yourself up and getting in the right mindset you now have to convince them its possible. Even worse they come up with these bizarre techniques on how to approach and what to say that has low probabilities of working: "Don't tell them they are beautiful or pretty - they hear that all the time." "Go to a bookstore …

Having a job, nice clothes and smelling good honestly is like the bare minimum to survive in society, let alone pick up women lol Not sure if you've been outside lately but the standards are low...way low brother!
/r/seduction07/09/22 01:28 PM

The complex answer depends on whats holding you back. Some guys worry about not knowing what to say. Some have crippling anxiety that literally prevents them from doing it. Some are afraid of rejection. Anxious about the rejection which is why I like warm approaches.

A busy man is an attractive man! When you are busy you can't text all day and so it creates this feeling that she has to work for you a little. It also creates mystery. Women love mystery! The wonderment of what you're doing and whether or not she can join you in your life is very attractive to women. If you a…

Change your attitude. Not every situation needs to be a pick up. How about just being more social with the cashier: "How's your day going?" Compliment the barista: "I like the color of your nails." Seduction is the art of having meaningful conversations that you as a man steer toward love and romance. This could happen anywhere: car wash, library, grocery store etc.

wrong again. online dating is HUGELY different from cold approaching or any kind of real life interaction. TRUTH! It's not even reality as far as I am concerned.

I look back to a time when I approached a woman in the street who then told me that what I was doing “doesn’t work”. NEVER ask a fish how it wants to be caught! You find the fisherman with the most tuna or the biggest tuna and go speak directly with him about how you can catch tuna too!

Well put! My two focus areas are: 1) Improving myself EVERYDAY! Women love a man who is busy, capable, accomplished, and authentic. I don't do the hard things for the girls. I do them for me! I love it. I love the drive. I love who I have become. In turn I've noticed they love me back. 2) BE SOCIAL! Seems broad but its just that. Spend time with friends, family, social circle, or anyone who sends you an invite. Explore the world and those in it! You are bound to meet your female partner in crime…

Read, read, and read some more!! Improve your vocabulary. Secondly, sit at a coffee shop and just watch people and practice instantaneously commenting on them in a way that is somewhat humorous but expansive in a way that defeats the regular bullshit like "Hey, you look nice." How about: "I saw you walking past in your sundress looking like you just jumped off the page of a modelling shoot and I wanted to say hi." Get creative with your language. Don't call yourself a dish washer at a restaurant…

We need to define a Maslows Hierarchy of Needs for dating. Base level requirments - Hygiene Level 2 - Have friends that you can go out with Level 3 - Dress appropriately or somewhat fashionably Level 4 - Say "Yes" to as many invitations and hobby invites as possible - EXPOSURE!!! Level 5 - Start practicing game - Can you start a conversation with a random guy? Level 6 - Move into the female realm. Can you compliment a girl? Level 7 - Can you begin a convo with a girl Level 8 - Can you approach a…

Cite your sources and expound on this statement please? What about this sub is leading the fellas astray? Because I see many success stories being posted. A lot of genuine guys here trying to make genuine connections in a world that is becoming more and more atomized via technology.

So, in an average 2-hour daygame session I might do 20 approaches, get 10 numbers, and 3 dates. What do you think happens with the 7 numbers that don't materialize into dates? Do they ghost or were they not interested initially but too afraid to say so?

Social circle is great! Now, what if all your friends are men and some are gay? For the past several years nothing has ever come of this even when I ask a friend if his gf has friends there is next to no action taken to help a "brother" out. lol Gay friends are just as useless. Any time spent getting to know a woman as a friend is time wasted trying to get more dick therefore their lives are almost completely devoid of women. Advice?

Women are not a monolith. There are general characteristics they like but the number of smoking hot gym girls I see with dumpy or dopey looking guys is hilariously high. They either want someone they are safe with, someone to control (because clearly they are leading that relationship), or they themselves are intimidated by the muscular Chad types, so their self worth may not be as high as you think. And a million other reasons on top of this: Family member could be sick, dog could've died, big …

Out of interest what is your conversion rate for - #of approaches -> Receiving numbers? I am just interested for benchmark purposes.

Zenos paradox. The more you ask the further away from the kiss you will be.
/r/seduction30/09/20 02:29 PM

The only reason I emphasize it is because those non-IOI sets can be laden with rejection and I am still not comfortable with rejection en masse.

Very optimistic Hold onto your optimism before they make that illegal too!

James Tusk always says when walking the streets to scout out the IOI's. I like this idea and yes they will most likely be subtle. What women think are signals are just noise to men. Strong eye contact with a smile is the golden ticket to Willy Wonka's factory, but eye contact only is second in my books followed by a third action being brief eye contact and hair flick. The last one is soo quick you have to actively be seeking it out. Think coffee shop. She's sitting there have a mocha late whatev…

To be fair I’m also getting better at noticing iois that lead to good numbers and dates on approach. Can you elucidate on these?
/r/seduction30/09/20 12:57 AM

Reading this is actually really motivating! You write well and you write about the process, which completely avoids focusing on the goal. I think the latter can cause you to fall into depression if you are rejected too often. One question - did you look for IOI's or just approach blindly?

And here is the great thing about group approaches: 1) She will feel more safe (as you said) so she can be more relaxed and personable - even if she has a bf the interaction will be pleasant. 2) Many times her friends will love this and in some cases, not all, they will actually be your greatest asset - essentially your defacto wing girls.

If you're going out dancing (or trying to - your words) then I can definitely walk up to a girl after a look and start a convo.

Great philosophy and mindset! Where do you go out alone? I am thinking of doing some solo day game myself.
/r/seduction24/09/20 07:26 PM

Focus on process not outcome. Do not let the respect you have for yourself be dictated by others. This is incredibly tough because we are social creatures but repetition will help! Keep approaching!

Same with everything in life: Money, food, cars, children lol

Fuck that. Go into her home and ask her out! Seriously, this one is tricky.
/r/seduction24/09/20 07:22 PM

Great outcome! In future if you see hesitation just say to her "Look, why don't we do this: give me your number, I'll message you, and if you want to come out then come out and if not then it wasn't meant to be." The "...give me your number..." part does sound demanding when its written down, so make sure you butter that bread thick with cordiality.
