What do you gain for speaking to her? Most likely nothing I'm assuming. Not gaining friendship, not gaining tools, not gaining networks, not learning new skills. Sounds like all you get for talking to her is 1. Problems 2. Conversation you don't care about 3. Ego stroking 4. Higher phone bill 5.. extra stress to the point you reached out for advice. I lift alone no matter what. Lifting is my place to escape I don't bring anyone with me. I hate lifting partners and always have. Personally preference. My personality type in general is I'm someone who likes to be left alone.

I think that's a little much. Only need about 30 seconds to 1 minute breaks for Core. That said I don't even train Core, compound lifts are enough for me.

Depends on your training type to. Not uncommon for power lifters to take 5-10 minute breaks between sets. But they're incredibly focused. Most don't even bring their phones to a gym. These people obviously ain't the problem I'm referring to. The problem I'm referring to is the pussy cucks who hardly lift wasting gym equipment. I don't mind using a phone in between sets. But if your break between a set is over 2 minutes it becomes a problem. I seen a cuck texting in a squat rack while doing curls before. Not barbell curls he brought dumbells to curl in the squat rack. Couldn't believe my eyes.

This. I don't even like people who lift with their friends (If not about their business). I constantly see people talking, giggling, chatting up girls who don't like them, etc instead of getting down to business.
