What I meant is to disband the EEOC and create a truly effective government agency with real teeth. But is probably not going to happen.

I can tell you that those news statements are BS. I even watched the EEOC chief say that on the news. You have to file within 180 days from the time that you were discriminated for them to even talk to you. DEI policies have been around for decades not less than 180 days. This means that men who were discriminated in the past have no recourse. If they were really serious, they would change the statues of limitations to at least 10 years. Don't believe the hype! Our society has been deeply ingrai…

One thing is that when you try to set boundaries or be assertive with them in the workplace, they are quick to say that your tone is aggressive and so forth.

I was also aware of what you shared. But unfortunately, there is a difference between what politicians and government officials say in the media and what occurs in real life. For one, the EEOC has tight deadlines like 180 days to file a claim. Most men that were affected under the DEI years are probably past the filing deadline. I was deeply disappointed that the EEOC is apparently greatly underfunded and overworked for what the EEOC rep shared during my interview. IMO, this government organizat…

When are men going to start marching for better treatment?

In the military a woman that has consensual sex after one drink can claim rape, if they do desire afterwards,

Like those men that claim to be women, swinging their schlong in the women's locker room. No problem. Sighting of trans woman's penis in YMCA locker room sparks tears

IMO most women are terrible witnesses. They tend to distort reality, omit important details not convenient to them and usually place their feelings into facts. it's so rare for one to take any ownership for the decisions. You point out something they did wrong and you must be a misogynist for making them feel bad about themselves. It's like children with privilege and not an ounce of accountability.

The majority of incarcerated and homeless population is male. Women live on average longer than men.

I believe is much deeper than that. You see both men and women are not necessarily the same. Both men and women have biological differences, and they need each other in order to survive. This is what kept humanity alive for ages. What toxic feminists and misandrist teach women is that men are inherently bad and inferior to women. They encourage women to compete with men instead of completing them. It's part of an indoctrination to demonize men, destroy the family unit and create division between…

Most misandrists are feminist and so forth. What about all those female teachers raping their students?

Double standards all the time. men always get blamed for the relationship failing or problems. Not enough money, the man is slacking. man works all day to make money... he is neglectful.

Most women don't come to terms with the reality until they hit the wall.

While in the US Navy over a decade ago. One female sailor while on liberty decides to have sex with three other sailors. Next day her shipmates are gossiping and calling her a whore. She tells the command that she was drinking and did not consent to having sex with 3 male sailors, even though she did. The 3 sailors get flown back to the US for court-martial and face time in a military prison for rape. The female sailor stays behind, and she is getting threats for being shady. She claims that she…

I served in the military and women in the military made false allegations towards me and got away with it. The US military is gotten so bad that a male giving orders to females could cause you your career, if you don't give them special treatment.

They have these things like a cake and birthday cards for employees. They conveniently forgot about mine. I really don't care but it shows how they felt about me.

Thank you for the advice. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders this morning. I already had a feeling they were going to bring up other crap like little admin errors I made or some other bs to make me feel like I was just whining and spin it around like I was the problem and had an attitude for standing up for myself.

I wrote plenty of emails to the General manager who is also a woman. She never validated my claims and did not even reply to my complaints. She only replied that we were going to have a meeting with my supervisor this week, but since I quit, it never occurred. I honestly did not want to stay there, the gaslighting was too much. In my resignation I let them know why I left.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
