I can tell you that those news statements are BS. I even watched the EEOC chief say that on the news. You have to file within 180 days from the time that you were discriminated for them to even talk to you. DEI policies have been around for decades not less than 180 days. This means that men who were discriminated in the past have no recourse. If they were really serious, they would change the statues of limitations to at least 10 years. Don't believe the hype! But unfortunately, there is a difference between what politicians and government officials say in the media and what occurs in real life. She only replied that we were going to have a meeting with my supervisor this week, but since I quit, it never occurred. I honestly did not want to stay there, the gaslighting was too much.
