2	I approached a girl for the first time today I can totally empathise with that hesitant feeling brother. Trying to become better at approaching women myself. But if Ive learned anything in these past couple months its that you miss 100% of shots you dont take. What happened in 2016 is water under the bridge but to get any better at seduction we need to see hesitancies like this as "post approach anxiety" and just do the damn thing. Cheers and good luck! 6	PUA skills will not compensate for lifting. My experience over the past first year.... I lift every day. I've been going hard as fuck for a while and im not huge but people call me "ripped, jacked" etc. But i experience hella flakiness. My social circle is also very small.
