I would say warm water isn't for everyone, especially if you live in a warm climate, such as myself. The heat used to give me considerable irritation which all but went away once I stopped using warm water. In this case, I suggest normal/lukewarm/room temperature water before, and cool/cold water after. Cold water also serves to sooth the skin without the irritation aftershave can cause. You say you'd love to discuss more about it but you're practically calling bullshit on every post that suggests it could be beneficial. You do you. I happen to find plenty of benefit in no fap and think most, if not all men would benefit from it if taken from the right perspective. But if that doesn't work for you, then hopefully what you do works for you. But it's hogwash to claim you want to 'discuss' it.
