I know I'm necroing the shit out of this. I'm an old man and was asleep for 2 years, woke up on the keyboard drooling with this post open in front of me. I just want to add something. don't tell me you find me attractive in the first words. Use this time to tell me something new, to spark my interest. When you tell me "hey, I think you're pretty" you're stating a fact to me and the only response to that I can come up with is "thank you". Do you find this an interesting conversation? Any skilled …

It's to be expected from an absolute beginner. They usually struggle with basics such as even getting the woman to stop and listen to them. Then they struggle with keeping her attention for longer than 20 seconds...It's how it goes. The upside is that the 50 haven't taken him long since conversations are very short. Truth is you will usually have an abyssmal success rate when starting out much like you are terrible at any skill when starting out. My violin used to sound like a dying cat for 6 mo…

Respect for being so honest! This is a bit fucked up to read though to be honest myself. Men are treated and used like a commodity without feelings you can lead on or dump at any point, you let your insecurity about your looks make or break your dating life and you like the guys who chase women after they do that to them. I guess I'm trying not to judge you too much since you provide valuable insight and I realize it took you some courage to admit this but I just have to say that this was a dist…

First of all, I 100% agree with you that dancing is great as a man! But one question: As a man, being able to dance is a great skill to have, especially as you get older. Why are you saying it is especially great once you get older?

Yea, I've never been any womans physical type before, as I've never really had any woman consider me attractive before either. You didn't understand what I just wrote. You can be a woman's physical type but she won't feel anything for you because you don't have other attractive traits. If you have attractive, masculine traits then they feel attracted to you even if you don't match their ideal physical type. You need to understand this or else you'll be stuck. And besides, I am 100% sure women we…

So the first thing you need to understand that attraction works differently between sexes. Men are attracted to women primarily visually so as a man it's easy to presume it works the same way in reverse, but women are way more complicated. They can feel attracted to you if you pull the right switches even if you aren't particularly their physical type, and after a while it is even possible that you grow on them and become their type so that they will look for men looking similar to you in the fu…

Then you are reading the wrong post - your learning needs to focus on how to make a charismatic first impression, become a decent conversationalist and enchant people (all of those being general social skills that will benefit you in any situation), flirting and triggering attraction so they agree to a date. Until you've learned these skills you are only overloading your brain by taking in too much information about further steps. It makes you easily overthink things. Focus on what is most relev…

Have the same issue with chinese women. They don't flinch, they don't pull away, the conversation stays normal, even if they do not want to be touched at that moment (which chinese women usually don't in my experience). It's confusing as all hell, outside of the Asian cultures I have no problem with this at all.

Ah, okay. I hope the coaches helped. There are a large number of fraud coaches out there but some really worthwhile ones as well. You will learn to love the front stop in time, but I can imagine it working horribly for you since it's the most difficult to pull off on foot. Requires the most guts, the most calibration and awareness and amplifies the negative effect of your errors such as getting too close, looking mean and sounding malicious. You need to work on other areas for now and once you'r…

Okay, on the one hand I get the feeling that you're just looking for confirmation of your assumptions about women and yourself (based on the video mainly) and on the other hand this comment makes me reconsider that you may be trying to improve yourself after all. I think that heartbeat I'm hearing or whatever it is makes it really hard to watch for me. I only watched the first two for now. The way you approach needs an overhaul. Approaching with a bike is advanced. It's harder to make a strong stop and get the distance right. Try being on foot for now Your way to stop her can come across as threatening. Your voice startles the women (both in tonality and words) and the way they react shows me that your body language was not open-friendly, either (no, it'…

I don't know what you expect if you have a long list of male dominated hobbies. I'm sure you could find one that isn't and that you would be interested in doing even without the women there. You can still meet women while out and about in grocery stores, cafes, libraries. Only the direct approaching on the street part is quite extreme, as you call it. But that's one of the best for getting more dates if you wish to keep your hobbies the way they are.

Your hygiene doesn’t have anything to do with status A guy who isn't taking care of himself at all radiates the message that he's got a bad social reputation. Far and wide. Also there are several dozen factors playing together in attraction which means this is but a small part. Every little advantage counts. Muscles do not equal fighting skills They don't have to. Women only have to perceive you as someone who is able to protect them and their offspring which, evolutionarily speaking, is of valu…

But when a girl doesn’t give in too easily, I fucking value that. I know that she doesn’t give in easily to other guys also. That she knows her worth. It’s hella sexy! This is not necessarily the case. She might have had a one night stand the night before with a guy she only saw short term potential with, and could have that on the regular, and then play hard to get with men with boyfriend potential - and furthermore that might very well come from a place of deep insecurity where she's afraid of…

I wasn't talking about ease of options, at least not in the sense of how "intimidating" they look - I mention this nowhere and I have no reason to because in my experience hot women often react even more favorably to getting approached than mediocre looking women. Except in Argentina, where there are hot women everywhere and they love to shoot men down. But that aside. The thing is that we cannot read minds and the reaction depends heavily on the woman. The guy can approach two women of equal lo…

That depends on the type of learning you are most receptible to. I learn very well with audio and combined with the fact that pronounciation is key if you want to impress natives I can recommend Pimsleur Spanish courses. But you need more to complement them because while they excel at teaching conversation (pronounciation and training yourself to quickly come up with responses in the moment), the vocabulary and any grammar beyond the basics is lacking. So get yourself a course that teaches vocab…

Most people in Spanish speaking countries can somewhat converse in English. But approaching them in Spanish goes a long way. A simple "Disculpe, ¿entiende Inglés?" is a good start already. Translators come in handy sometimes, too, I use them to flirt with people from Asian regions or others who usually don't know English well. But the best thing you should do is learn proper Spanish. There are so many Spanish speaking countries and a foreigner (esp. if you're white) who can speak Spanish is a do…

I believe that can be sexy to you but it can be borderline terrifying for others. The problem with these things (and approaching in general) is that some people will always like it and others will be appalled. So it is important to be especially careful with what you guys described. Big and intimidating is what only few women fancy - most want to feel safe when approached. Even if an approach is executed flawlessly, there will be women who just don't like it. And while that is okay so long as it…

Good response. I feel the need to say this because some other commenter(s) here suggested absolute low value garbage replies. It is pretty obvious who gets it and who doesn't. I suggest rephrasing the date request into a statement, though. A simple "Let's..." is more effective. Offer an alternative date/time option and let her choose.

Looks are not that important on their own but what they communicate is. Fashion, physical value and grooming communicate social status, important. A relatively muscular body communicates ambition and the ability to protect, both very important masculine traits. Women don't care about what men look like nearly to the extent that men do, but women care all the more about what the men's looks communicate. Either way, you still have to look good. The reason is secondary. Take care of yourself.

The park! If you love nature like I do. Or instead of reading a book at home, I take it to a cafe - works in the evening as well. Or I just ride my bike around the city. A bit more difficult to stop women, but it's fun and a good workout.

Not the guy you replied to, but: On what evidence is based your stat ? It checks out with my anecdotal experience and statistics as well. That is if you do the approach correctly, in other words without scaring her or coming across as a salesman or totally sleazy. And even if your statements were true, we could find just as many positives on online dating, night game or social circle game. I don't - Winter is my daygame hiatus season. It depends on where you live, though. I use Winter to focus on things I otherwise wouldn't have time for. Ah you mean the number of active contacts they have at the time. Yep, I agree in that case. That's why men should go out and approach, approach, approach to level the playing field. We need to work hard for what many women get by default, but it is what it is.

competition is REALLY HIGH (maybe 10-20+ men for each girl?) In what hell do you live where that is the case? When the dating sites & apps publish their man:woman ratio, it is usually between 6:4 and 7:3. I'd be really surprised to see one where there are 10 or even 20 men for each woman. But yes, the rest of the point is correct. Competition between men is fierce.

Possibly luck. I've had streaks where out of 100 approaches, 92 rejected me (either on the spot or after giving me the number), 8 agreed to date me and set a time and place and then cancelled/flaked/ghosted out of nowhere. Everyone has droughts and floods depending on luck. And I've had streaks like yours. I totally get it and rejection should be shrugged off. But I recommend doing it with a "Nice, she made space for the next one who has a good chance of being interested!". You shrug it off by reminding yourself that there are so many women and the next interested one has a good chance of being just around the corner. You keep that attitude positive and that's magnetic. Only very few women give proper dating advice for men as it takes a special kind of self awareness and reflection to really understand how it works for men. Since women can attract men passively (generally speaking), they give advice from their world view and that advice is the repeated, dreadful bullshit like "just be yourself", "just be nice", "stop looking, you'll find someone when you expect it the least" Of course it's not okay to dismiss your opinion based on your sex but men are rightfull…

watch me blow it right now That's good self humor but when it comes to your mindset, assuming attraction (or at least a good chance) is much more attractive than assuming lack of attraction / failure. You subconsciously signal it if you expect to be rejected.

With some people it really doesn't matter what you reject them with. They will lash out anyway. Some people out there are really insecure, both sexes, and their ego won't take that hit and instead they'll get very defensive. The rest of them, well, appreciate the honesty.

I'd add a show everyone here probably has watched already: how I met your mother. The obviously (for comedic effect) exaggerated pickup lines aside as they obviously won't work, one can learn a lot from Barney in my opinion. Being unreactive, persistent, deflecting, ambitious, not taking himself too seriously, not caring what others think about him, living in the moment and his abundance mindset are valuable traits and mindsets. His body language is usually on point to match.
/r/seduction19/11/19 06:42 PM

All “push”, no “pull”- Basically this is when you are chasing the girl and trying to “get her”, instead of two mutually interested parties hitting it off. Good text game balances “pressure on” with “pressure off” Isn't chasing "pulling"? Complimenting, escalating and things like that are pulls. Ruffling her feathers, teasing, not being too available - all these are ways to "push".

Precisely this, but you have to nail that part because it's easy to come across as rather needy and weird when doing this as a beginner. By all means practice it though! Well executed delivery will have a positive impact and set the interaction off on the right foot.

What's more, how desirable you are influences your status. Many women complain about men hitting on them all the time, desiring them so much that they drop what they're doing to try to impress her. Many of the women who complain to their friends about it actually love it. But once one begins to do it, they 1-up each other to display status. And if this wasn't the case with her friends group, which I believe: birds of a feather flock together. She's just friends with people like her which is comp…

I'm afraid I only have time to write short messages and don't usually post specific success stories unlike many other people here. You can't really talk at parties, that's correct. Body language rules the place there - you need body language and a high energy level. Comfort does not nearly matter as much as during daygame, but being sexual does all the more.
/r/seduction13/11/19 09:09 PM

That depends. Where do you want to approach? I don't have much experience with the party scene because I'm a calm, low energy guy. Daygame is my specialty, bars are okay-ish but I nope out of parties of any kind.

The advantage is that other (German) men usually don't approach women in that country. The disadvantage is the reason for that. Generally speaking, German women are harder to get but have less to offer than other women. When I approach feminine looking women in Germany they usually turn out to be foreigners - depending on the city you're in, you may be able to approach quite a few Polish, French and Russian women. They are more likely to know how to flirt, too.

It's true that in Germany the women are not even close to as receptive to interactions with strangers as people from, say, parts of America are. Especially in northern Germany people are very cold with a thick layer of ice. But it's still possible to do this. I've approached successfully in Germany, even Daygame. On that party you mentioned you should be safe to approach. Don't be surprised if the woman is surprised - people don't usually approach in Germany. Unfortunately German women are not r…

Peacock feathers. I like that expression. Actually that's surprisingly accurate. Human's peacock feathers are mostly status symbols. Instruments can serve as minor status symbols as well but with additional benefits as they not only signal status but also other attractive traits. Interesting how different minds work. For me intentionally trying to get rejected never lead me anywhere and I never saw any productive point of it. You're not supposed to come across as a street magician who can pull life stories of other people out of his ass because he "just knows somehow". You're supposed to be observant and attentive. So the question as to why you guessed what you guessed shouldn't even come up. You should usually tell her where you got that idea. I'd much rather keep it about her until she asks about me. It's easy to follow up with a statement after she answers a question. It'll be a statement about her or what she said, so it will interest her. As far as I'm concerned: if she doesn't ask, she doesn't care, so I keep it all about her. A simple "and what about you?" from her and I will happily answer my own question.

I...don't quite agree. There were so many subtle things I did wrong when approaching before my coaching which the coach all pointed out, told me what to change, and I saw immediate improvement. If you have a strong will and can take it, you should totally record the stats. It's easy to analyze them for self reflection and to try and nail down what change in your behavior exactly brought what change in stats. Large enough sample size provided, obviously.

Well to be honest it's a more pressuring opener so indirect might be way easier when it comes to "just fucking doing the approach already", but yes, direct is way, way more effective during the daytime. Slightly higher rejection rate but it's misleading because when you do indirect some people simply stick around because they're not aware of your intent, so some women with boyfriends will still keep talking to you until they sense that you want to date them. I'd rather not if I were you. Don't even subtly hint. Of course be honest if he asks, but it generally doesn't work the same way with men. Women get more attracted to a man if they see other women attracted to him, that's called pre-selection. Pre-selection doesn't work on men, though, if I'm not mistaken. It will probably be a bit...offputting. And in any case, pre-selection or not, OP should not directly tell a woman he's dating that he's seeing other women unless that woman asks. Pre-selectio…

Oh I'm aware that being "in the moment" makes social situations so much easier and smoother. I just don't see the connection to gaming. Looks like your contacts are unorganized. I put women I got a new number from into a contact category "new" or so, and move them into the category "solid" after they've replied and/or gone out with me. I also make quick bullet point notes about them so I can recall what our interaction was like before we meet again, because yeah, if you meet lots of women then you'll quickly get confused if you're not organized.

I think the answer to most is the answer to "How to be a man". Find your masculinity and develop it. You'll stop being a people pleaser, start becoming attractive, start becoming happier with the way you are (self esteem), get a more interesting personality. I know this is easier said than done but you just need to find somewhere to start. If you're up for it, PM me and I'll suggest a book.
/r/seduction11/04/19 02:47 PM

Oh that's good. What's your main sticking point? Do the women not stop to listen and talk to you? Or perhaps you are struggling with having quality conversation?
/r/seduction10/04/19 11:05 PM
2

Well, define "results"... when you're a beginner then a good conversation is already a great result! If you suffer from bad anxiety and your approaches aren't good then even the woman just stopping to listen attentively is a good result. At some point numbers start becoming your aim for results. Get where I'm going? Always set the bar for yourself at an appropriate level.
/r/seduction10/04/19 10:58 PM

Oh, if I understand you correctly you tried but were held back by approach anxiety for the 3 weeks?
/r/seduction10/04/19 10:53 PM

How many times have you tried? My first 70 or so were only rejections. Sometimes I rejected myself by bailing out when the set was actually not that bad and other times the women rejected me. But I'm doing way, way better now so I just want to leave this here as a "don't give up!"
/r/seduction10/04/19 10:05 PM

Yeah, the 50% figure smells like bullshit. I've had it happen to me before but it's really rare especially because it won't take long before I will get into a good flirt with a woman who doesn't lie to my face first thing and the woman I previously approached might or might not notice.

18-30, with the total single percentage being around 35% across brackets. It makes hits as the nation's "single city", like our single rate of approx. 1 in 3 is one of the highest you can get in this country.

Good stuff, only one thing I don't like: Telling someone to "just have an abundance mentality" or "just be confident" is like telling a poor person to "just have money". It's just not how it works. You grow confident in your dating skills by experiencing success in dating and you get an abundance mentality by having an abundance of women available (a direct result of effort combined with success). It's just not helpful to tell someone that they need to have something they only get by succeeding …

First the positive: props for approaching! It takes a lot of guts. If you work on it, it will net you success. Now the criticism: the approach wasn't good nor was the conversation. You overwhelmed her with questions interview-style, which made it a really bland and boring conversation. You didn't really make statements at all. A fun conversation also contains flirty behavior like playful teasing, and the "thank god" part was the closest you got to it...but still not close. I opened with "Hi, w…

Relationships tend to be longer in those Nordic countries I agree, it's like the ice is much harder to break (I've had the hardest time ever Daygaming in Germany) but people value the bond more and don't throw it away lightly. The problem is that with their thick ice shields and the relatively low number of singles (only less than 40% in my age bracket in my city are single), daygame is a bit of a pain. Then again, no one does it... but they're also a lot more relaxed about sex What do you mea…

I noticed it in Germany and Sweden, but I haven't been to many EU countries yet. On the other hand, it wasn't the case in Spain and England.

It really depends on the culture. If you live in America, absolutely a lot of people are down for it. I've had huge success there. In certain parts of Europe...where there's no "hookup culture" and people are super relationship oriented, you're not going to score a lot.

He has a point. In psychology, it is important to make self affirmations that are actually true, which you just haven't internalized yet. Works the same way with "mindsets". If you approach enough women it will be pretty clear that every once in a while, one will become very rude and upset even if you didn't intend to trigger her. And that is the point when your "mindset" will stop working because your brain will be like "hold on, I have strong, recent experiences that contradict your statement.…

Depends on your country, I guess, but in my city the age bracket I approach has only 39% singles. So the majority have a boyfriend, just the way it is. Then there are liars who will say it without meaning it, which may inflate the number.

You weaseled out of a rare opportunity and now feel ashamed. Maybe hurt. But pain is an excellent teacher. What is important now is self reflection. Analyze what you should've done differently, how you should've taken action, visualize it and decide with unshakable determination that you won't repeat this mistake. That next time, you will make use of the opportunity presented. That's how we grow wise. That's how we grow strong. Per aspera ad astra 😉

You're going to mess up a lot more opportunities but looking back later you will thank your past for the valuable life lessons. What lesson are you taking away from this scenario? I'm also asking because it isn't really clear from the text what mistake you made except not making a move.

Awesome! I'm so happy for you! You really deserve it for the effort you put in. This takes such determination to do. Thanks for telling me about this, it's greatly motivating and informative. I think "testing every part of someone as a person" hits the nail on the head... Do you mind talking to me about your experiences for a bit? First: I'm wondering what culture you live in. I've been daygaming a bit and some cultures are way more open towards being approached on the street than others. From m…

Hey, I'm not OP but can you elaborate? I'm interested in knowing how your journey went (how hard or easy it was for you as a beginner, your experiences during interactions, how much success you had at 10/day rate and so on). By "talk to girls everywhere you go" you mean daygame, right? I'm interested in your experience on this specifically.

Somewhat fair point to raise, though those surveys are just that, surveys where people can lie. Also, as far as I remember baby boomers had, according to the surveys, a lower count than millenials. Keep in mind that I avoid approaching women in bars/clubs (which I usually avoid going to at all). I rather do that in my everyday life. And until I was shown the opposite I used to believe most women (and men) tell the truth about their count. So I doubt it's confirmation bias. But again, all your po…

It depends on the culture, though. Where I live, native women (and people in general) are cold, unemotional and don't look at each other. However, foreign women send me IOI and when I'm abroad, it feels like I'm in a different universe. Long story short, I cold approach native women because they don't show interest before that.

To be honest, I feel that's becoming more the norm than not...of course she will say 5, but her friends for example could reveal some disturbing numbers. Last year a woman told me her count was 5, one of her (inebriated) friends told me about said girl's "wild times", "partying habits" and how she hooks up a lot while traveling. Her number was probably closer to triple digits than not. Honestly, when they say women claim a lower count while men exaggerate theirs, it's often true. The woman had 5…

I'm sure this is the case in pretty much every country to some extent, but some even more than others. Where are you from? I'm from Germany and am told by the women that men can't flirt to save their lives and are boring as fuck on dates. When I was in Poland and Spain, the feedback was different. So it depends on the country somewhat.

Well then it seems that at least the moderators of various subs do. It goes so far that if you post to this sub, you can get autobanned on some of the feminist subs (which is why I first thought it unwise of you to post this with what seems to be your main account, but you might not frequent the subs that I mean). And if that doesn't happen then you get banned as soon as you disagree with their circle jerk about rape culture or patriarchy.
