The regular TRP shit-test dealing tools apply. Agree & amplify. When someone throws something your way, agree with it and add something to amplify it to absurd levels. -man ur a fatass - i know right? could barely get out of the bed this morning or something of the likes. https://heartiste.wordpress.com/2009/08/13/relationship-game-week-agree-and-amplify/

Don't run. It's a misconception that you need to run if you want to lose weight. It's actually a bit counterproductive in your state, because you are overweight and running is high-impact activity, which means that the force of you with all your weight impacting the ground is absorbed by you knees. Just walk. If you want someone with authority behind this read these blogs form Lift-Run-Bang. (also follow him on fb, he's spewing gold all the time. Thanks, that's a nice overview. I think I'll try to do some php, js and html/css after finishing the current course. Also I will have to choose as specialization later on in my school which comes as a new language. Two major options are C# or iOS programming, I guess that's swift. I know some plain C from CS50 and if C# is anything like that (lower level, quite powerful, pointers, etc) then it might be a pretty interesting option. I don't know shit about iOS though besides having an iPhone, but …

Any advice on what is the most useful thing to invest time is, maybe being able to find start working with? I heard php,js,css are something good to start with, but I'm not sure.

I'm actually a year in in my CS education, I've been messing around with CS50 before that and I'm just wondering how people start working, because I still don't think I have enough skill to do anything useful. Gradual changes are changes that stick. You started lifting, that's good. Get obsessed with it. Get your diet straight. It's absolutely crucial part of the whole lifting thing. Find hobbies, learn to play guitar, learn to code, read books. Get obsessed with that as well. Pussy will take the backseat and as it goes in life, when you stop trying to get some and live your life it happens. I know the feeling though, it sucks, but you need to defeat the pain and move forward. Also, don't spend time a…

Arnold also started out with a strength routine. Hell, he was weightlifter at first, then started powerlifting and bodybuilding. Stick to SL, get a strong base, when you reach intermediate strength, adjust your training to what you want. But you won't do that without adding muscle, that's for sure.

Didn't check this account for a while. Could you tell me more about what you are doing and what is happening? I used to do LG but I didn't stick to it long enough. I'm doing strength training, but mass gain and fat loss are always something I want to achieve. So what do you actually do? Workout days more carbs, less fats, lotsa protein. Non-workout days less carbs, more fats, lotsa protein? Are you actually losing BF and adding muscle, i.e. have a steady weight but getting leaner? Cardio?
/r/TheRedPill22/09/14 04:55 PM

Paul Carter says that LG is not really optimal if you want to put on muscle, but it's decent if you're cutting. And, hell, I trust that guy. Do you know any examples, not from leangains.com, of people with decent muscle gain and LG type of diet? For the record I tried it for a while and didn't see any noticeable results, but maybe I didn't stick to it for long enough.

I think he meant overall. He was lying on the floor thinking about stuff a lot. But that's not the point. Lift weights, son. www.stronglifts.com Also, you're going to be sore as fuck from your pushups. The thing with training, you don't go all in. You need to adjust, and at first you need very little stress to adjust. Do too much and it's harder to recover. And I'm not talking muscles only. Your CNS, your tendons also need to recover from physical activity. Your best plan would be start lifting. Start slow, right like the program tells you. And watch your diet. Yeah you can do that for upper body exercises, squats and deadlifts should be fine with a regular bar. You should be able to rep at least one plate(60kg/135lbs) on deadlift. I know the kind of pain that's limiting your movement. If it won't pass after a few days probably go see a doctor.
/r/TheRedPill25/06/14 04:26 PM

Stronglifts get you started with just the bar. If you can manage that, and you should on everything maybe except overhead press, then do it. It's the fastest way to get stronger. If you can, hovever, rep OHP(Overhead Press) with empty bar at least once then keep at it, if not use dumbbells until you can. I also started with empty bar on pretty much everything and now I'm a long way ahead. The program is designed that way, so your body would get accustomed to working out and you would learn the f…

Different strokes for different folks. If you enjoy doing the things you mentioned more than lifting weights, then by all means keep doing that. The important part is that you do something, enjoy doing it and get some kind of improvement from it. Yeah, everyone should really approach lifting the same way we do with TRP. Be interested in it, practice it, thrive to be better at it, but only share stuff about it with like minded people. Otherwise it becomes a bit cringy. Non-lifters will never appreciate your double body weight squat anyway, cause they don't know what it feels like to do it.

Money and career always helps. Women love money. And you're talking as if the only way to be happy is to have a woman and a family. I'd say take the job, start working out, eating healthy, dressing better and see what happens. You have nothing to lose at this point. And yeah, being short doesn't help, but it's not the end of the world. There are plenty of short chicks. Also, fun fact, my friend is pretty short, but he always goes out with taller girls. I agree with the author. Although I also kinda agree with you. Let's be honest, likes are external validation. We have shitload of threads about /r/gonewild on this topic. They do that shit because they feel validated, and I've seen plenty album names about how the attention these chicks got made them happier so they came back for more. BTW this is not exclusive for women, there's also a sub like that for guys. I would even say that it has a similar effect to alcohol. U wot m8? you might say, bu…

The articles message is pretty BP. Women should respect their husbands just because they are their husbands. Respect is earned, how can she respect someone who's not worth respecting. Also RP is not about how things SHOULD be, that's MRA's and feminists. RP is all about how things are.

Being TRP doesn't mean you should be an asshole. No one said it should. Why are you even talking about it? Stop trying to convert Betas and Omegas into Alphas. Most people are naturally Beta or Omega. The harsh reality is the best a Beta or Omega can do is get leftovers from Alphas it is the law of nature. No one is trying to convert anything into anything. TRP is just information and you do with it as you please. If someone feels like he should improve his life - he does it. If he doesn't feel …

Guess what? You just failed a massive shit-test, and will probably will never have another chance with her. Can't completely agree with this. I've slept (and made out heavily) with one chick on two separate occasions without having sex. Did bang her the next time. It was her first time also, maybe that changes something. But yeah, I see where you're going with this. Once me and my friend brought two foreign student girls with us back to my place and neither of us gotten any. It would be pretty h…

I have a friend who's Auschwitz mode and he's pulling better looking girls than me, although I've been lifting for 2 years now. It's not all in the muscles. Learn how to dress, it will improve your self confidence. And learn how to game. Read the sidebar blogs. And remember: PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE are key.
