That is probably wise. Thanks for the advice, I'll try to be man enough to take it... I can't say the same for if after all I meet him in public and he's foolish enough to think I'm going to take crap or provide narcissistic supply to his ego when I'm no longer contractually obliged to tiptoe around him. I will try to keep my own ego in check thank you for your level headed insight.

See I think I inadvertently outshined him, not by outperforming him but being of a much higher SMV. And now he orchestrates my beta ads co workers into taking pop after pop, their mob mentality being the source of their confidence where even he as the alpha when I'm not around don't take any shots while working one on one. Yep what I thought. Problem is the guys a fair bit more skilled in this field than I am... If I can see a clean shot to the jugular that doesn't get my hands dirty I'll take it but I'm going to start looking for jobs... I can at least publicly destroy his ego on the way out, to a fully fledged narcissist that's about the worst thing you can do.

I'm reading a book on sleep science atm Night school by Richard Wiseman I can't remember the numbers but getting less than 7 hours a night consistantly ages your brain a lot faster like ~50% *citation needed

I have know idea but I actually try to induce it quite often because it can sometimes be awesome , outer body experience , hallucinations. It's basically when you become afraid it spirals and gets fucking terrifying. All I know is I've been on zma for 2 weeks and has sleep paralysis like every other night which is up from once a fortnight

ZMA gives me more vivid and memorable dreams so I love it. It also seems to make me 10x more likely to get sleep paralysis but I think that's also because I've somehow made a habbit of getting sleep paralysis?? It's fucking scarey at times but even then I kinda like it it's fascinating like a whole part of existence which most people have never heard of

I am on a 100 day streak and I would definately say yes. You can expect higher testosterone, more confidence , lower voice , eye contact comes easier, you will walk a little taller and have heaps more energy.
