To your first question, no. I don't preach one thing is morally correct and do the opposite of that later. I'm having trouble understanding the second question, but I'm gonna take a stab at it. If someone tells me what to do, I tell them they are not my boss and that it isn't there place to do that (or something to that effect). I don't command 100% of the time, and you don't have to be an ass about it when you do either. It's all about tone. If you command them like you would your dog you may have a hard time. Absolutely. I don't treat them (people in general) like I would my dog. Instead of "Go get me some coffee", you instead say, "I need you to get me a cup of coffee please".
