lol did you read my update? And I'm clearly not because as of today I'm suddenly in the upper 220s.

No, they're not the issue in that I already do all of that. I'm mostly confused as to why every time I cut I need to either go below a 1000 cal deficit or do extra exercise (cardio) to see results. It's very simple math, which is why I do it everyday

Well clearly not, but I shouldn't be sitting at 230 consistently for three weeks

Well because like I've said several times already, I'm consistently lifting 4 days a week, lifting heavy. I count my macros both with my fitness pal and by calculating it by myself at the end of each day to make sure it's correct. No one wants to believe that I'm doing it right and not getting results because this is brought up so often and it's always that the person isn't training right or dieting right. I'm just as dumbfounded as everyone else here. I updated my OP, check it out.

I'm just trying to get cut. To drop about 35lbs. I eat meat and veggies and eggs, mostly steak and chicken, some turkey too. I can assure everyone here that my diet and training are not the issue.

I eat 200-220 grams a day

lol I know, and that's why I'm asking here and concerned at all. I should be getting results. I could easily lower my calores to 1500 a day and I'm sure it would work, but that shouldn't be necessary. I'm leaning towards the idea that I wrecked my metabolism in the past by going on a year long diet of about 1000 calories a day and doing a ton of cardio. I get that a ton of people say they're doing it all right without getting results when really they're not doing it right, but I actually know wh…

I know I'm doing it all right (I also know people say that a lot while actually doing it wrong), I'm gonna bet that when I ate 1000 calories a day and ran long distance to cut a ton of weight in highschool that it wrecked my metabolism

I understand that, but the whole starvation thing doesn't really happen until you hit lower body fat percentages. Right now I could easily cut like this and when I'm around 18% is when I should slow down, because if I kept it up then I'd never be able to hit 7%

I mean the sarcasm is cute but I'm actually trying to find out something important to me. I'm in a deficit, I've done the math myself, I've had friends do it, I've used online calculators as well. If I'm eating 1000 calories under maintenance and not losing weight then clearly there's an issue. Anyone and most everyone says "oh well you're not in a deficit then"the

6'2" About 23% bodyfat 450 deadlift 330 squat 300 bench

If that's the case then I have a fucked metabolism because my calculated calories to cut fat haven't been working then.

I'm actually pretty strict. I understand how you would come to those conclusions. On a heavy training day I only do a -500 deficit, rest days or training days that aren't as hard (any day that I don't squat or deadlift) I'll eat closer to 1000 under.

I'm on keto now

Lol im pretty sure 2000 calories a day is a deficit for a 230lb dude when 3300 is my maintenance

Thank you for the direction, you're right I only have a few months until I finish anyways. When you say there's easier ways to make money, what do you mean?

If I did it over again I'd have enlisted right out of highschool

That's how I feel but I can't imagine it being practical unless my plans all fall through and I end up trying to get some kind of managerial position at a store (which after certain amount of years does have a decent pay).

It's more that I have other goals and passions that would interfere with it, lack of money to get started, as well as learning. I'm currently working on one of the biggest parts of it so it's not like I'm just dreaming, but I hear what you're saying

Well got an interview just now, so that's a good start. I'll continue cutting and working on social skills too

I would do keto as well. I'm in the same boat with similar stats. I'm currently doing psmf to speed it up but from experience keto will make you feel 10x better too

I can squat 3 plates, 20% bf cutting down after my bulk, and I haven't been laid since I broke up with my ex over 4 months ago and don't see it happening until I cut down, I also don't care to until I have a job. I think I see what you're saying. I guess I don't fully understand what the red pill is about no matter how much I read

I think cutting down and growing the beard will be all I need for this, that's good news though because I've been worried when I get to my 30s I'm gonna age like milk
/r/askTRP15/09/17 04:25 PM

Well I did try yesterday and completely destroyed my 3 months of growth. I used clippers with a 4, that's about the length of my beard when it's cleaned up. I ended up with two patches of baldness. I shaved it all clean after that

I think I've realized that we do this, freeze up on more attractive girls because of insecurity and inferiority. So we either need to do just that, acknowledge that they're all just girls and literally the same or spend more time makin ourselves better. I say lift and fuck a ton of average bitches until it gets boring, that Hb9 will be just another hole to fuck after you have a huge body count
/r/askTRP10/09/17 04:01 PM

lol I guess just like failing with weights from time to time I gotta go out and embarrass myself and face the anxiety like a man then. I'm gonna read up on that stuff And yeah, I originally started lifting because I just really wanted to see how far I could push myself and what I was capable of. After I was the biggest in my circle I realized it helped A LOT with getting laid but none of that was something I initiated it all just sorta happens because they wanted it more than I did. I kinda feel…

I'm in. The same boat. Literally exactly the same word for word. My passion has been lifting. I need a money to buy the things I want, so I'm trying to get a job. That should help me meet people and get out more and discover new stuff. But just like you, I have no idea what hobbies or passions I can do. Lifting is great, but so few people I know are into it. As far as your lifting, do starting strength or stronglifts 5x5. Figure out your daily caloric maintenance and macros and then add 500-1000…

Before I knew any redpill stuff, I once did a soft next on this girl who tried to friendzone me. I had no clue what I was doing but it just felt right to me. I went after other chicks and the first girl went kinda crazy trying to get my attention. The more I read here the more truth I see from my experiences

This is solid advice. Thanks man, that's what I'll do

I do need to go to my doctor anyway, so I'll be asking about all this, but would you happen to know what they do? Is it a blood test of sorts?

I will definitely read both of those. Thank you man

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
