Hi u/turdmogrol, While I'm suspicious of your post and believe it's "gotcha" post, I'll respond to you with the rationale here. Most of us here have opted to remove ourselves from the love / relationships with women for a variety of reasons. It's not the easiest task given 1) media pressures, 2) societal pressures like from family, friends, women and 3) hormones. Imagine being a smoker who has had multiple hospitalizations due to lung issues, heart issues, etc and now you're trying to quit the h…

Women's only scholarships eventhough women are the majority of college students Being a woman being a +1 in hiring in that age demographic, where generally demographics are equal Women being preferred for an overwhelming majority of customer service jobs (which are a huge CoR expense in Software / Tech)

She has made it very clear to me that she wants to be with somebody and grow old together. Do women at this age really think they are going to “change” guys my age? This quote really stuck out for me (and was also completely brushed over as "he doesn't know what he wants"). Someone needs to tell the world that women don't make the rules, especially not for older men who have been there and done all that.

I saw an Instagram (yes I know) post of a black father arguing against Critical Race Theory at a PTA style meeting. He was basically saying that he wouldn't be as successful as he was if white people didn't want him to succeed. He then proceeded to say that things like critical race theory would just be ingraining black and white students with hate from a young age. This is what every Opinion piece on HuffPo, Wash Post, CNN, and women's blogs have been doing for the last few years with their bul…

Yes, it's unfortunate. More unfortunate is that I expect it to get worse before it gets any better. These lefty scumbag politicians do all this under the guise of doing it to make the world a better place for women. And the "weak-minded" but angry women eat this shit up...

Another often overlooked area of this whole custody inequality debate by feminists...mothers alienating / badmouthing the fathers during divorce. It's part of the reason why i laugh out loud when I see women on AITA, Relationship Adivce, Infedility urge men to NEVER badmouth the childs mother in the event of a divorce. These tactics and their outcomes are almost like instinct to some women at this point...

"I probably had $100,000 (£71,000) in my bank account when I quit shooting porn and now I'm a multi-millionaire." For reference, she's 24 years old. She got into porn in 2016 and quit at the end of 2017... So at 20 she had $100,000 in the bank and at 24 she's a multi-millionare... because of porn. If Donald Trump used his dad's money to become wealthy, Lana Rhoades used porn to become very rich at a very young age. But... apparently ""The industry I did not get paid s***." I can't explain it either. Probably sex drives being fed continued positive re-inforcement? Saw a few friends that I haven't seen in a year due to COVID. Every single one of them asked me "Do you have a girlfriend?", followed by "Are you dating?", followed by "Why not?" I told one of the guys that I just bought a $500 Tumi backpack (I needed one) and he was shocked. Then I told him, "Hey remember that girlfriend that just cheated on you and broke up with you? Interesting story here: I'm about to get treated to a nearly ~$XX,000 (comped) vacation by my work and they are allowing +1's. Several male co-workers (who all know i'm single) have been telling me to go "find" a girl to take with me. Why the FUCK would I do that? I worked my ass off to get this and i'm not about to share it with a random girl that I "find" and try to tempt with this vacation.

Interesting... I follow a lot of these tips every single time I step in Uber. Hell when I was in Management Consulting, I'd often end up flying / taking a train to very urban parts of major cities. 24 years old, not huge, white, and wearing a suit. I got threatened and very awkward questioning so often that I started dressing like a street kid to avoid it. It worked... Women are just as sexual as men. But women literally own the sexual marketplace. This person can go to grocery store tonight with a mask on and find a replacement for this dude. She's just not willing to because she knows she can't do better. It's funny how back in the day when men were the "selectors" in the market, they would be called "chauvinists" for doing the shit women do today with reckless abandon.

Everyone's a racist. Black, White, Latin, Asian, Middle Eastern. I'm a white living in Los Angeles, and the hate Latino's have towards Black people and vice-versa is hysterical giving the clownshow we see in the media. Sorry my man. That sounds pretty familiar. The Devs at my tech company also experience similar levels of burnout. My perspective from a Business function (Corp Strategy & Dev): You're an engineer, you're a the commodity that I get $5,000 if I recruit. I think society always had a soft spot for women. >Then we stretched academics in the humanities to include topics that are basically made up by women. >Then more radical research on those made up topics got published. >Then social media gave shitty women the platform to not be outstanding citizens. + The problem is that we praise them for it on every step of the way. I was put in a very precarious position. My very pretty and fit ex girlfriend looked way worse with her clothes off than she did with them on. The biggest thing was the body hair. Nipples, the cleavage area, tramp stamp area, and worst of all she had a lot of hair along her belly area. Like it was a globe of hair, and it was sharp. She had way more body hair than I did. I also worked at the Big 4. What's hilarious about the diversity bullshit there is... go talk to most of those women who are SC's, M's and SM's. A very VERY small portion of them want to be partner. Like 90% of these people are just waiting for their Beta husbands to knock them up so that they can retire to the SAHM life at 30. They get handed their promotions, and for what? So they can just fuck off once they spit out a child.

I work at a tech company and can confirm that women get free passes in jobs. We rushed taking a product to market a year ago. Very ill-prepared. Ran into a mess of issues. The thing is, those two particular examples are part of the "old school" of wrestling where they'd hire hot chicks and try to turn them into wrestlers. Nowadays they basically exclusively hire indie wrestlers or wrestling fans to be the woman wrestlers. The thing is, a lot of times these girls aren't very good looking (compare Sasha Banks, Bailey, and Charlotte to Trish, Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler), so they make-up them at drag queen levels to make them look more attractive.

Funny thing about women: They don't want to make their own exclusive things better, but would rather invade the male exclusive spaces. Sororities and frats basically do the same thing for members. Generally, i've found that once son's are older, fathers tend to be more understanding to hearing son's out and thinking through the logic. This is actually terrible for men. A lot of the bullshit feminist terms you hear about (mainsplaining, [negative word] masculinity, fragile male wtv, etc.) are coined and considered "acadmic" because women come up with them as part of their bullshit research. On the surface, these subjects (psych, sociology) are pretty interesting but make less sense and get more bias-y at deeper levels. Because of it's current liberal nature, it's very easy for women to go deeper into it. If you think AWALT is …

It's a tricky one brother. On one hand there's more men out there seeing this, but on the other hand I feel like they're trying to systematically break down the self-respect part. The level of in-group bias that women have is mind-boggling and in constant display on that sub.

Here's the best line: While I love my husband and am attracted to him, he's not like a male model or anything so I really don't understand why these women are fawning over him like this. And with this, you know she's just being insecure and fragile lol. Like literally, the entire argument goes to shit when she says this.

This still makes no sense to me. No man I know walks alone regularly at midnight. Even my biggest friends who are scrappers don't do this because of the perceived dangers. I actually shit myself walking on the street alone at night - both in California where I live now, and in shithole crowded Manhattan where I lived before. Sounds more to me like Women don't understand the consequences of actions, and when they do they complain about it.

One of the biggest lessons I learned (which ended up being a factor in me being MGTOW) was that you should always be worried about the male friend. Remember, that women have more social, dating, and sexual capital than men do. It doesn't make sense to give them the benefit of the doubt that they wouldn't cheat. I'd continue doing what you're doing now. Eventually those feelings will fade to indifference and you'll become happy spending time with yourself! Good Luck friend!

Oh my god. That's horrible. We (humanity) need to do a better job of educating military men on the dangers of marriage. There's a whole culture in the military about their spouses living life while the men are away - something about Jody's.

I'd encourage you to figure this one out on your own. I work in Tech and the most successful tech startups are those that solve a problem that a large market has. I posted recently about several recent experiences i've had at a new job. But no, I don't think they're all cheaters. I do, however, think that the modern average western woman can cheat on her boyfriend very very easily; and they are aware there's a strong social sentiment that women cheating means the man "couldn't handle her", which can be used as a moral defense mechanism. Most 5's can get with an 8 and 9 these days; and tons of people have poor willpower

This is not a MGTOW issue. We don't do relationships. I'm suspicious of you calling this a "MGTOW" issue and will be reporting this post. No. When you reach my age (28), you start to realize how many times in life older people have warned you against doing something bad. I've done those things (smoking, ditching class, not trying your hardest in school, etc.). I was a dumb kid back then, not anymore. Marriage is even worse than those things as an onlooker. I've witnessed 1) older people telling me not to get married 2) older people trying so hard to seem happy but dying on the inside and 3) my friends that are only recently marrie…

What's worse is it all comes down to Vince McMahon's and Vince Russo's absolute inability to keep it in their pants. They signed Johnny B. Bad (Marc Mero) and fell in awe of wife (Sable). They basically ruined Mero's career by deciding to make the hot blond trophy wife into the star at his expense. On an episode of Raw before a PPV match with Steve Austin, they had Sable do a wrestling move on Mero and Austin later said ~"Well, there goes that match. As much as I dislike TRP for it's main idea being focused around women, I can't help but feel bad for this guy. He seems to have a legitimate grievance here. This poor guy was a victim of 2019 angry woman AWALT. Classic case where woman rejects guy and gets angry when he finds someone else. In the past, they would just pout and talk shit. Yeah man, this is a bit of a coin toss in my opinion. On one hand, it's been only two months and i think it's incredibly unreasonable to assume you'd get into an LTR immediately (you are a man after all, you actually have to work for it). On the other hand though, you batted the wasp's nest with your response. It becomes a lot easier to go your own way when you don't broadcast it and let people try to sway you.

And it only gets better as you get older. I was at a friends birthday event the other day sitting next to a recently married friend. I overheard them trying to very quietly hide an argument. This is such simple logic that feminists and their allies don't understand. Man has to work and put in (sometimes) infinite effort to get women. Woman has to ... to get men This is why women still slut shame other women. And part of the reason why it's totally unreasonable to use the "past is the past" or "she chose you" as means to shame a guy for being uncomfortable with a womans extensive sexual exploits.

I clicked on one post of a bodybuilder girl on IG doing these crazy ab workouts. The next day, there were ~25 posts of "squat life" girls all over my explore tab. This shit's annoying as fuck and also very interesting given that if when I watch a male bodybuilders demonstration of a workout I dont get spammed with a bunch of male bodybuilder videos. Very fishy

Yeah, god damn, it's always like one of those things in life where it might take me making a mistake to learn, but I can't afford to do that here. Will continue working towards keeping it strictly professional and work-related. Thank you!

Actually that's a great point! I have noticed this as well.

I assume this is a video game reference (sorry for my ignorance, friend) - and in the situation I outlined in OP, i was able to finally navigate away by saying "I just want to play video games and chill". Thanks!

This is a nice suggestion, definitely what they want to hear, but inevitably leads to the problematic scenario outlined by myself and another poster above regarding the "matchmaker" who doesn't understand/maliciously neglects the concept of value.

Ughhhh what a terrible, yet all too familiar situation. Insulting, offensive, devaluing, you get it.

Generally, this is my response in more formal situations (where let's be real, I shouldn't even be asked the question), but it still leads to probing. Might be a symptom of what society has done to women. Me saying something like that should trigger a response akin to "Oh okay, this dude clearly has some issues, I should just leave him alone". Instead, it leads to probing... probably out of petulance, entitlement, and constantly telling women they can have whatever they want. There's also some f…

Personally, i still feel bad for him. Not letting the kid attend his dads wedding is horrible. Dumb bitch knew exactly what she was doing. You made sure to record the breaking of the news to the kids father that the kid can't attend his fathers wedding? What a certified CUNT. He should've known better, but I am also a man of emotion/passion and I can sympathize. And if you want to feel worse for him (and for the way society at large is regressing) go check out some of the comments on r/nba. Go r…

Lol its actually interesting how the "money" reason is pretty accepted by both genders. Even the women will scoff but still agree.

I've thought about doing that too, but I'm usually with friends or family at these sorts of things and you'll either have the a) friend with gf who needs to share everything about his friends lives with her or b) the family that will start probing and continually ask. I appreciate the insight though!

Ahh man I don't know about that one, especially these days. For context I'm 28, generally considered good-looking (if a bit short at 5'9), with a 6 figure job and skinny. I've tried that once or twice, and was directed to one of either a) the fat friend, b) the single mom, c) the "party animal" or d) all three! In short, my experiences with even just the first part of that ("haven't met the right girl yet") have been bad. Thanks for the advise though!

Women can be very shortsighted, and this provides the ultimate weapon to combat this exercise. Any non-obese 3 can make herself up to be a 5, wear skimpy clothes to be a 6 and get the attention of an 8. Then they think the 8 that just fucked them wants to date them, and when they don't, and the girl realizes that the 8 can have sex with much prettier women, they turn into the toxic women on social media that we see today. It's a vicious cycle. While it feels good, I would strongly refrain from d…

I always tell my friends that relationships are like hard drugs. The high is incredible and the comedown can be the worst emotional pain you've suffered. The high doesn't stick around and the comedown can effect you for years, maybe even forever. Staying away from it can help establish a happy medium with very limited volatility. It's also helpful to remind yourself of how low the lows have been in the past for you or for others. Think of a friends bad breakup, or a celebrities mistake with horr…

Yeah - I just feel like they're just sheep. If the media were to all of a sudden do a complete 180 on the whole "women being en vogue" thing that their on now, they would also do a complete 180.

Thank you. Therein lies the problem with the red pill: A real friend would certainly thank you for the warning, but bros before hoes is much easier in theory than it is in practice, especially when you're unwilling to take the red pill. And really, all I want him to recognize is that it's not HIS place, he's just rented from a landlord who happens to be his gf. It's a stellar deal for her. Live-in bf that pays for my mortgage for me. Idk the details of his rent vs. his mortgage but I'm like 99% …

As for the girl hooking up with you, has your friend also hooked up with other girls in the past? I'm actually fairly certain that she was a virgin when they met. I only made out with her while drunk at a party. He's probably had like 4-5 partners. He was always more "promiscuous" in that sense. Always had all the apps downloaded, always wanting to get at girls when we went out. I appreciate your thoughts!

No - this was maybe 3 years before they met. I will update the original post.
