She just replied to my message and said she was the one being social awkward, and that she thinks we click great as friends regardless of course, but it's just that I'm a biiiiit younger than her (emphasis on the 8 years, different stages in life).... So fuck well it seems she turned me down really, otherwise she wouldn't of said friends specifically.

Confidence to approach, have a calm convo without freaking out should be good goals!

You have to show interest that you want something sexual rather than just being friend, she wont take the initiative, go - be blunt and forward straight on

So I want to imply I have sexual interest without actually saying it - and then proceed to frame her as the one having sexual interest in me if I understand you right, this is how I proceed?

I'll have it in mind, trying to gradually increase the hints! I'll return with an update after I've interacted with her

Useful - thank you!

Why is it a bad idea? Implying she has a sexual interest was the intention considering she's well 4 years older than me.

Got the perk of using facial expressions and especially eyes to convey the "going to fuck you" when appropriate timing.

Thanks for the reply to begin with, appreciated. As you said, it surely can be useful to have a few trustworthy girlfriends although I do have several and she is aware of the fact of me being tight with lots of people aswell. So I don't need her in that sense, and I could overthink this scenario for too long of course - but I'll have to take a next step in some way and see what's up. Any thoughts?

we've talked, although he's definitely not as serious as I am. He has no plans of approaching her in school - if anything he'll toss a message when we graduate (he's shy himself, looks make it up for him). So I do have an upperhand on that side, but my issue is still her - not so much him - if she has interest in him, she has - he can't do much about it.

whilst South Park provides good inspiration for many things, this is one not one of them - I've tried to no avail.

something along of those lines, just to add up, we're 19 and she's 17 - and I'm positive she's not in it for a threesome hehe, perhaps some attention - but that still leaves me with the question of knowing which one she is into and if it'd be worth making the move on her

you guys have a point, I'll take the tip and go for that - although I am still unsure of finding the appropriate timing. Guessing I'll have to do it despite knowing she'll be feeling awkward in the situation.

I don't know her at all, we goto the same school which is relatively small - that's it. So I guess I'll be going with the "Hey XX, can I borrow you for a second?" and then initate conversation from there. Although I am still worried of her reaction, she's even more shy than the usual shy girl that is being talked about in many other reddit posts I can imagine (cuter too, probs) and I don't want it to backfire on me. How should I reason with the aforementioned thoughts to ensure I don't do anythi…

I am sorry if it came across as I've already made up my mind, I'm merely leaning towards the snapchat idea and that's why I was tossing my arguments hoping for an easy explanation on why not to. But I do like your idea of just boldly approaching and telling her friends I'll borrow her for a second, although do I adress only the girl or her friends aswell? as in *Hey, can I borrow you for a second? * with charm and smile in the move

instagram bio is what you see what you see on the first page of her profile among her pics, my gut feeling is that she won't regard people snapchatting her as creepy, due to having her snapname right there - but I should still approach in real life to begin with?

We definitely know of eachother and our existence, and she probably knows I has some interest due to friend making a fool out of me. Would using the snapchat method still be a creepy approach despite her having her snapchat name in her instagram bio? I forgot to mention she probably knows I have some interest, she won't make a move on it though considering she is so shy and awkward, I'll have to be the one making the approach in some way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
