There is this girl I have had interest in for several weeks in school, she is one of those shy cute girls that avoids attention by any means. Always using the protection of her girlfriends to escape any unneccessary attention, and rarely taking up any space.

 

Due to this I am having a hard time to find a good method of approaching, atleast without putting her in what I know will be an awkward situation for her when her group of friends are around (approximately 8 girls) and thus lowering my chances dramatically.

  I am 19 and she is in two classes below me, meaning we have two entirely different schedules and therefore I rarely see her either, which means I am left with these opportunities - and for those saying just wait until she walks off someone by her own or with perhaps 1 or two friends, I haven't witnessed it happening yet.

 
I do believe there is some interest from her part aswell, I recently made the move to follow her on Instagram (not too bold, my friend already follows her) and she does know I exist, as she likes my pictures regardless if it's of me or of another female friend I'm taking a drink with. Interest or not, she knows I exist - though I have never spoken to her.

 

How do I handle a situation of this nature from here? She does have her snapchat included in her Instagram, would it be okay to casually send a snapchat to her of myself and hope she takes it with ease and initate conversation there? or should I make the bold move of approaching her whilst in her comfort zone of friends despite knowing she will be uncomfortable as hell?
