1	Men need to understand Cluster B disorders No need to diagnose. Few traits are enough. So I am not saying we need to educate people on BPD/NPD per se. We need to educate people on patterns and traits. For example - if someone has extreme mood swings, rage, extreme fear of abandoned and thinks in black and white. I don't care about name of that problem. I want to know that it's not fucking normal, that it's a pattern of something toxic and that it's good to consider leaving. No, this people should not be destigmatized - what is important is to educate people on those behaviors because they are still not aware of them and cannot recognize it.
