Not at all. A lot of German, Italian and Polish communities still speak their native language here in Brazil and no cares. Actually, in some cities, they are among the official languages of the city. That being said, I think Mexicans in the US should learn English - but that's only because Americans tend to segregate people already, and the language barrier makes it even worse.
