Being a man is more than what you eat dude. Get over yourself. If steak helps you feel more manly, power to you. But there's more to being a man than that. Come on.

I love the enthusiasm but 25 reps of a 10rm? Either you got too excited or you're new in the gym. But excellent post.

It's not 100% about the pussy. That's pathetic. He's just disgusted by her behavior and it makes sense.

Depression is real. It can be just a matter of perspective but in most cases it's not. Can you just change your mentality about how your body feels under the flu? No, impossible. There's a difference between just feeling blue and clinical depression. It's not something you can will away. It's easy to shit on prescription pills for mental disorders but it's not enough. Sure there are people who don't improve off of Medicine, and that's because the brain is too complex to figure out in its entiret…

Yes, you're right. Best to blast and cruise. You can do post cycle therapy but you'll deflate from your gains eventually. You won't lose all of it, but once you have that taste of God mode it's hard to go on without it. It's psychological.

It's silly to use steroids without research. You need years of dedicated experience in the gym and a solid understanding of nutrition before you proceed. And even then you'd have to understand you might need to be on the juice for life. You can definitely get huge/buff but it takes years. Results don't happen overnight. And the discipline of weightlifting can't be learned from roids.

You'd be best to look at r/steroids and browse forums and do your own research. I highly recommend you don't get on the juice unless you've had a few years of rock solid training, understand nutrition and REALLY want this. Of course there are people who dabble with steroids but it's not worth it. It's dangerous. You need to be prepared to needle yourself weekly for life. Sometimes your body won't be able to produce test by itself after using. This is one of the biggest risks/commitments.

There are men out there on the lower end of test who are 6ft+, ripped and overwhelming. Don't you dare waste time worrying about details like that. Years of correct hard work will better than any worrying will.

Trying to increase your testosterone without steroids is useless. Eating a balanced diet, frequently exercising and whatnot will maximize your test. But supplements are useless and if there are noticeable results it's placebo. Don't waste your money. If you want a real difference take steroids.

Thanks for the reply, I'll check the videos out. And read the sidebar. Just wanted a quicker, succinct answer.

Okay. That's great dude. Then don't worry about them, they've just automatically become undesirable to you. Just next them. I don't see every woman in our society trying to become a bodybuilder, this seems to be a very minor issue with a tiny % of the female population. Just get with girls you actually like?

This premise seems a little hypocritical. Do you think pro (and I mean pro as in olympia-level athletes) bodybuilders get to be 280lbs of lean mass and pose around in thongs on stage for women? No! They have their own dreams and aspirations. I'm assuming you're addressing women who use steroids to go past their female limits. Women CANNOT turn into those "gross" bodybuilders without steroid use. Go to subreddits r/athleticgirls or something. I'd rather society not "shame" women into trying to li…

Thank you for this. I'm on the same boat, on day 72 and have been losing my resolve. But you're ideology is identical to mine. I only want to have pleasure with a woman, not me.

What's better than eyeing up a girl and then she smiles back? Not much man. As soon as as that happens I wait till the right moment and approach with a smile and a hello. After a little while though I get the vibe of no interest and I immediately back off. Idk

Shit, I have a massive circle of friends and a solid 3-4 girl friends.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
