Hopefully you get a decent judge. I got the misfortune of watching a friend have bogus charges filed against them and the judge automatically found them guilty (because he literally finds EVERYONE guilty) despite the fact that not only was there no evidence against the friend, but there was no evidence a crime was committed in the first place (simply a girl looking to cause trouble for someone she didn't like).
