A thought that plagues many here but that we were never able to articulate is now written down on a silver platter. I suggest people read and follow. The biggest motivation for people to start taking action is that the day you take action is the day you start being happy. Getting a win in Fortnite is fun, but it never beat the satisfaction and happiness I felt when I finally got lean or when I saw hard work paying off. That happiness will feed further goals and it will become self sustaining, bu…

I really need some help with being less of an ass. “Don’t be too much of an asshole” really speaks to me because after a roller coaster of events I’ve never been able to stop. How would you guys advice recognizing comfort tests? I’ve built up enough wit to handle them but I need help seeing them because all I can be is mean.

I’ll edit my first sentence out to just keep the message up and get the insult out. I’m glad you admitted to your “mistake”.

Adding a disclaimer: If you ever think about using Anabolic-androgenic steroids at least do your research on what you're putting into your body and how to prevent ruining your fertility and mental health.

Although it's widely used, 90% of the time it's really not serious. I say it myself after something funny happens that I have no control over (like when I drop something and my friends make fun of me) but I can't imagine anyone taking the phrase seriously anymore.

People don't recommend 5x5 for the aesthetic change but so that people make the most out of their beginner period, they become familiar with the Gym equipment and etiquette and they build a gold strong foundation to transition into bodybuilding. It's pretty stupid advice to get a starter hooked on a $50 plan from a YouTuber who's been considered to blast anabolic steroids. Not that it makes his plans any less valid but these plans are not aimed at total noobs.

No offense but I'm going to give it to you the way I see it: You don't appear as someone with a high SMV, or even a moderate SMV at that. This is probably the reason you're not getting success. Drop the glasses, hit the gym and lose some fat and learn how to groom. This should help you become at least moderately hot. Also, for the love of God shave your head. You look like you desperately want to hold on to the hair you already have. It appears like an insecurity.

Wow /u/jnsu_ no need to be so salty. I didn't get to read your post because you removed it, but I would not argue that the original post was wrong. The comments in the thread seem to prove a very good point for my viewpoint of the world. Then again, this is /r/TheRedPill and each of us lives life with a different perspective, coming from different parts of the world and from different social backgrounds. If you think you're so painfully right and can prove it, good on you and keep living your li…

The title of the movie is misleading because it isn't directly talking about this subreddit. I beg to differ. "This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. It's nice to see casual short field reports but that doesn't mean they couldn't have been on the main sub if he stylized it a little more. AskTRP simply states the goal of the sub in the sidebar. Here we have Red Pill Discussion for personalized questions about specific situations, people, scenarios.

I wouldn't work through it because the DOMS is an important part of muscle recovery. As soon as you recover pick back up and after a week or two the muscle soreness will disappear because of your muscles getting used to it.
/r/askTRP16/09/16 09:56 AM
2

This. After 2-3 weeks you'll notice your soreness disappear because of your muscles getting used to the load you put on them. The first week(s) are always the worst of a new program because your muscles might not be used to the exercises. Either that or you don't eat enough calories for the body to recover and "remove" the lactic acid in the muscles.

Not true. I did PHUL from the start until two months ago and spend and hour to 1.5 hours a day in the Gym four times a week. With ICF I spend 2 hours per workout 4 times a week.

This is vague as fuck. She broke up with you because you looked at her profile through your sister's account? And then called her out for commenting a heart on a profile? Yes I think that's acceptable because I would be posting hearts too if they're my friends. Just because you're in a relationship doesn't mean you can't ever post a heart anywhere other than the profile of the person you're in a relationship with. I think it's time for you to read the sidebar and get a grip on yourself.

I use a Bullet Journal to write down: How many hours I slept that night and my overal feeling that day. Workout progression. I don't write down my numbers but I'll write down what I have improved on and what exercises I stalled on. I write down the numbers every 4 weeks with my weight to see my progress. How I spend my time and if I was happy with how I spend it. I'll draw a quick graph with what I spend doing and write down how I could've done it better. This is filled with time in the Gym, tim…

Endo, Ecto and Meso are real. You can't alter bone structure and genetics by diet and excercise. Edit: I'm not giving this dude an excuse not to lift or gain weight. I'm ectomorph and put on 60lbs of weight in 1,5 year.

Why the hate for shorts? Chino shorts and denim shorts work great on a pair of casual shoes like Adidas Superstars. Wear a simple white shirt on it or wear a button up that isn't too strongly colored and it will work fine. Also for casual shoes the last brand I recommend is Vans. It's a Skateboard brand, wear Adidas or Nike Air Force 1 if you're into sneakers.

I've shot some colleagues but none of them stand out. I always made sure I got paid one way or another. When you go for a shoot or if they approach you about it escalate escalate escalate. Say lingerie shoots are free but normal ones are paid and always be sure to tell her what to do. Tell her how and where to stand, how to look et cetera. As for gear, look for a Canon Rebel t50i also known as a 700D. For portraits a kit lens (18-55mm) will do but if you want to go the extra mile get the 50mm ST…

First of all do not mistake the price of gear. A $300 DLSR won't get you anywhere without a lens, tripod, SD Card with a fitting write speed to the FPS of your camera and editing / grading software. I started DLSR photography for my own amusement and after half a year girls and female colleagues started picking up on it. Don't think you'll be shooting National Geographic stuff in a year though. I had a huge head start by having a background in Compositing and Color Grading for film. It's an easy…

I'm 19 years old and found the pill after a heavy break-up at late 17 / early 18. You don't have to spin plates or make six figures to be Red Pill. Just be aware of what TRP tells and teaches you. Focus on finishing school and getting through college. Build a large social circle, lift, read, do things that improve your overall quality of life. Spinning plates can always come at your mid-20s.

I've found this to work better for men that have a very defined face (Pointy chin, strong jawline etc). Men with more rounded faces are often better suited with / go for shorter hair.

Thanks for the correction. This post was asked a few weeks ago and my comment was what I vaguely remembered from it. I agree that not all MRA's stopped playing the game, but that a portion of them don't.
/r/askTRP26/01/16 08:50 PM
1

TRP and MRA can align because they share the same view; they just have a different approach. Both groups know that women own the SMP game and that there is no way to win the game fair and square. The difference between MRA and TRP is that the MRA refuses to play the game where as TRP plays the game with a trick up their sleeves: We are "one step ahead" and know how women think.

Don't shit where you eat can also be applied to the Gym. You even say it yourself, "The Gym is the holy temple of TRP where you increase your SMV." Why shit in your holy temple?

Look up 5x5 Ice Cream Fitness and other programs. It's one of the most popular strength programs that also lets you pack a nice amount of muscle.

I'm not bending to the wishes of anyone, I'm fairly new myself and I thought TRP was about self-improvement and that sexual strategy was part of it, but it's the other way around. My bad.
/r/askTRP04/01/16 07:49 PM
2

TRP Doesn't pursue sex, we pursue self-improvement. We're not about fucking women, we're cheating in their SMP game, sex is just a pro that comes with the cheating. Sex is not the goal, it is one of many results self-improvement brings.

From someone who's gone through the same phase after never going out: You do not need alcohol or drugs to meet new people, but it is undeniably the easiest way. You're not missing out if you take the time to meet new people outside of the weekend.

Well it's not that I don't enjoy speaking or having myself be heard, the real problem lays in my head where I feel like I speak slowly but in reality I don't. I'm not necessarily anxiety speaking in front of a large audience, I just naturally speak really fucking fast even when I'm having a very regular and comfortable discussion.
/r/askTRP10/12/15 09:48 AM
1

Pronunciation means the pronouncing of words, which I do fine. Articulation is a clear way of speaking. I can pronounce words fine, just not clear because I speak too fast. You could call it a bit of both but I'd say articulation is my biggest problem.

I've had the same idea. My family never turned hostile when I decided I wanted to gain weight and an active lifestyle and they often compliment me on it.

Problem is, I can hear myself fine. In my brain I speak normally and slowly, just like others. Whenever I hear myself speak I can understand myself even if I speak stupidly fast.
