the underlying biological rules of nature have not changed for thousands of years though. that should be your focus. Concepts over techniques.

Yes, the objective is to get a lot of sex with minimum commitment but that can also be obtained with one woman. You have to think about why TRP preaches spinning plates so heavily...it's to achieve a mentality that there is an abundance of woman available to you everyday and everywhere you go. Think about the time investment of juggling 10 woman in comparison to 1 or 2? What could you do with all that extra time in your life? This is what your friend was trying to convey to you but was using his…

Listen, in my opinion your friend is both right and wrong ( making you also both correct and wrong). Plate spinning is superficial, the end goal is simply sex. The objective is to obtain an abundance mentality but the key word in that sentence is mentality. You don't have to spin 100 different plates to obtain a mentality like that, this is something that a lot of TRP readers miss. Abundance is realized not necessarily obtained. In contrast, your friend is also wrong. Your time should no be your…

I agree with everything you have said. We work out but what's the point? The guy who actually fights is stronger and more useful. We can take 1000 women, make millions...but for what? What you are venturing into is now philosophy and to be more specific "purpose & function". The redpill sub reddit is not a place for the study or discussion philosophy, it's for praxology. With that, you won't get the discussion you are looking for. I'm not discouraging the discussion i'm just letting you know a l…

No you don't have to go to parties. Listen, you're 15 and I am guessing kind of new around the site so I'll give you a little cheat code for when browsing around this sub reddit. It will help you cut through a lot of the B.S that's been here/advice given as of late. Instead of reading a rule or advice and taking it as gospel, ask yourself why it is being suggested. Ask yourself for the reasoning behind the suggestion. So, for example: instead of taking as fact that "Going to parties makes you Al…

Start taking more initiative. Don't wait for people to tell you what to do. Just do it. Don't wait for people to include you on the big tasks...include yourself. If, when you include yourself, people try to put you back into your old place ( which they will), a firm " thanks but I got it " will do the trick. Don't wait for approval from others as a leader, just show up being a leader and people will fall into place.

Why monk mode in the summer? It's not a quick fix to your problems, you should go monk mode now. I think you're scared or don't know of your potential due to how people have treated you and currently are treating you - basically no confidence. All the more reason to go into monk mode asap.

You can move schools, start fresh in the current mind state that you're in but what if it happens again? You can also stay and try to rebuild your reputation...perhaps improve yourself? This might take some serious unapologetic resolve in yourself. I see an opportunity for growth here. The environment is not hindering your improvement, you are.

No, they don't even want a LTR with you. You're good on the eyes to them but you're not creating sexual attraction. Kind of like a puppy. Smv is related but doesn't necessarily dictate sexual attraction. You act too feminine aka as a beta and they want you to act more masculine.

Look into a culture you're interested in. Then, look for the popular dances they do. Ex: Spanish people (specifically Dominican) love to Bachata.

You're still missing the point though. It's not about the black guy making the white guy cuck. It's the fact that the white guy is cuck. He has a mental problem for finding getting cucked a turn on. If it was a white guy cucking another white guy, one of them is still the cuck regardless of race.
/r/askTRP22/02/17 10:53 AM

Wrong. White people may be the scapegoat for a lot of issues going on in Western society, sure. But masculinity has nothing to do with what race you are. Op is speaking about the degeneration of masculinity, not a race war. Stay on topic.

One thing that I think plays a huge factor in determining whether something is creepy or taken as just a joke is that person's perceived abundance mentality. Perceived from the Woman's perspective. If a Beta, who would fall in love with the first girl who was receptive to that gesture and not just that but focus their sexual energy and general attention on this one girl then yeah, that would be creepy. They would begin to go out of their way to get more reactions out of the girl in any capacity.…

The way you tell people about the red pill is to not tell them at all but be an example of it. Also when you get into conversations about anything redpill related, instead of saying "read the redpill" you ask questions about their actions, let them ponder their results and come to conclusions. Rinse repeat. The dumb ones will realize their actions are leading them to a deadend... the smart ones will start looking for answers a.k.a you.

So you have a different girl sucking your dick every day? I certainly don't and I'm hot as fuck. 99% sure that was an exaggeration to express the point of abundance mentality.

I know what you're saying. Look up "ilovemeechie" on YouTube. That's basically how everybody dances to current hip hop (heavy music). Bachata and Salsa have specific steps that you do with a partner ( sometimes on your own)...a lot of the current hip hop is basically you just freestyling to whatever the "trend" is right now. Look up "ilovemeechie" once again. You'll see what I'm talking about. Edit: Basic techno dancing is just jumping up and down "fist pumping" but if you want to get further in…

Ask yourself this: Would you be saying "Yes" because you think you can genuinely help out her friends and her with her studying? Or would you be saying yes because you secretly still want and are covertly hoping for a chance with this girl? On the other hand, would you be saying "No" because you want to covertly get back at this girl for not giving you a chance a few months ago? "No" because you are trying to protect your emotions? Do you understand why prostitution is frowned upon? It is not simply the transaction of money for sex. Otherwise, dating a girl and buying her gifts, food, vacations would also be frowned upon by society in general and any transaction for that matter. It is because of the amount of people a prostitute runs through. Hundreds. That leaves the women open to exposure to various STD's weird sexual experiences/ situations and weird people in general. This is the same for men. A lot of men think that t…

The way to approach is to not use eye contact as an invitation to approach. Just approach regardless. I look at an IOI as more of confirmation of attraction rather than an invitation. So, just stop them if in passing if you find her interesting enough.

I always thought mens goal is to fuck as many girls as you can. I'm absolutely happy with having a new girl each couple of weeks. A man's goal is for him to do whatever he wants to do. It is what best suits his needs for his own life. Not what anybody else thinks. It could be monogamy and it could be polygamy, everybody is different. Yet comments on TRP are filled with slut shaming, about how it is bad that women are riding a cock carousel. How it is hard to find a loyal woman for a long relatio…

The thing is, I feel all men were originally born this way. Think about when you were a kid? "Swallowing the pill" is not so much a verb that you "decide" to do. The reason why you are having conflicting thoughts on this is because you do not have enough life experience to see that this is actually the way the world works and has worked for thousands of years. This goes along with your thoughts on spinning plates. Spinning is not something you do as a result of swallowing the pill, it is preached in TRP as a way to develop a mentality of sexual abundance. I would even argue that if you …

I have actually been thinking of implementing this idea over the past few weeks so it's ironic that you're bringing this up. A confirmation to my thoughts so to say. I do answer people's questions a lot, I guess as a way of qualification? But not answering them, just staring blankly and as you said, reframing would give me upper hand in an interaction like this. Thinking back to the situation that would have been the best thing to do.

The hardest thing I found was consistency which correlates with discipline. Diet is pretty easy just eat clean, real food ( a lot). Get your cardio in, lift heavy etc but working on a swing shift interferes with that schedule heavily. If you don't have a car, it gets even trickier. But as the old axiom goes "if there's a will, there's a way."

My father always taught me to be very wary of everyone and everything claiming to be the truth. Your father was intelligent. Don't take it as truth right away, that's fine. Go out and test it though. Watch and observe. Is the reality of your world in alignment with the things being taught by these online strangers? Or not. Let her talk, it may be true, in which case don't invest much into this one, there is no situation where you point out her shit, she feels bad, and your life gets better in any way. There is no "may be true", it is true. OP said she occasionally jokes about it, which if it were me would be annoying to occasionally hear. The suggestion is a method to cut the occasional crap, not make her feel bad or help OP's life get better. The trick to these things is to learn when to keep your ideas inside th…

The only way it would come across as beta is if you call her out from an angle of supplication. Eg: "Honey, the fact that you making these jokes worries me and makes me feel you are actually being serious. " Translation: I'm scared you are going to leave me for another man and I want reassurance that you won't. What you want to do is convey that you see through her "jokes" and will not put up with her shenanigans in as little words as possible. It's your way or the high way. You are the prize.

First of all, you have oneitis for this girl. Develop some sort of abundance. Secondly, it's not about attracting this "One HB9" it's about being an attractive male in general. Feminine women are attracted to masculine men, that is the nature of the world. So the solution to your question is learning what makes a man a man; what makes a man attractive to their polar opposite which is a woman. On a grand over-view perspective it is usually along the lines of having confidence and having a purpose…

The thing about "jokes" that make them funny id the element of truth to them. So, in your case, your girl DOES want to try these things but is camouflaging them as a joke for plausible deniability. Call her out. "I know you're serious." Leave it at that. Ignore her hamster because it will be spinning at 100 mph at this point in an attempt to retract her statements. Stick to your gut. X suffers from self acceptance. Despite all his flaws he is perfectly content with who is as an individual. A side effect of this mental condition is assuming that other people will also accept him for who he is. Was he wrong? You don't suffer from self acceptance. Or maybe you do but superficially. Society likes to tell us what is ideally accepted by the general consensus but disregards our own acceptance of ourselves. You have bought into this. So, the question is why don't you accept yourself…

Do what you genuinely feel at that moment but make sure it is authentic. It is not about complementing as a way to break the ice or have an in with whatever girl you see, it should be about you needlessly expressing your truth in that moment. If you think she is beautiful then tell her that. If her shoes are interesting then tell her. Just stay away from using lines or complimenting just got the sake of doing it to initiate conversation.

There is no connection on the girls end. You might have good "game" but these are still humans you are interacting with that require a human connection. At a party, the vibe is usually "on" e.g : "I'm here to pick up chicks ". Which if you do then good job but people can usually pick this up. The problem with that is the next time you contact them they think " oh, this is the "on" guy. He was interesting (moreso entertaining) but I don't feel a connection other than that. Personally, I find it hard to flirt with women when a ton of girls that I've gotten really attached to end up having completely different spiritual mindsets. It's quite disappointing. Thanks for reading! Hey dude, right here I think you are speaking about two different parts of an interaction. Mainly the beginning and the end. If your problem is that YOU don't stay attracted to girls because if their mindset, that's fine just go find ones where they share the same mindset ( church etc). If your …

Although you don't owe her anything and because you don't want anything from her, who cares if you tell her or not? It would have no affect on you either way. If it were me and I'm the one who initiated the break up I wouldn't have a problem telling her. If she's headed down the wrong path and there's a way to help her then I don't see the problem with that. Just be congruent with who you are. If you think you telling her might benefit her life then do it. If you couldn't be bothered then ignore…

I'll respond here since this is at the top. Required Edit: I think a lot of you missed the entire point of me posting this. This is NOT about the girl. This is not even about mate guarding. This was about being a man and standing up for your morals and for yourself. Take the girl out of the equation and read this again. A lot of you are saying I increased his SMV by confronting him about it but no, not at all. If anything, his SMV decreased in comparison to mine because he backed down from me (l…

Whatever you think your reasons were doesn't matter. Your actions - the only thing that counts to a woman - were you mate-guarding. Talking to the guy not to talk to your woman. Why? You're insecure? That means you're not alpha. Done. Wrong. This was not about what counts to a woman. This was about what counts between men. Which, inherently is EXTREMELY different. Aaaand ... what do you do? You go talk to Frank. Do you give Frank a chance? Do you get his side of the story? No. Guilty as charged.…

Letting other guys know you don't want them flirting with your girl means you're afraid of competition. It's not about respect or having boundaries. If you have abundance, you know you're the shit and that if your chick leaves you, she's just being irrational. And you'll find a replacement in no time. I would agree with this if and only if it were a random person. I'm not letting "other guys" know. This was someone who I knew and have had conversations with (he offered me a job, twice). He knew …

The thing that I feel people get misconstrued when it comes to the idea of abundance mentality is they think results = abundance mentality. It's really opportunity = abundance mentality. It's not about how many girls you can spin right now that keeps you from being outcome dependant. Otherwise, if it were, you would always be on a continuous search to maintain your abundance mentality. And when they all go away you are back to scarcity. It's about how many opportunities that are available to you…

She would have said that. Women put specific labels on guys they aren't attracted to (bestfriend, brother, creep) and ones that they are. There usually is no in between if you are in her life.

Any other advice along these lines on what to say? I usually go pretty direct when I approach someone ex: "hey, you're gorgeous. I'm Train33." In African culture I was surprised to learn that priority is given to physically larger women. The bigger she is physically, the more 'attractive' she is. There is good reason for this. A lot of African countries suffer from starvation. Being extremely skinny exemplifies that you are either poor or sick. On the other hand, if you are larger it exemplifies the opposite that you have money and you eat well. In North American countries, we have obtained more of a "balance" although we still have in…

Did you not read the article? He is showing that attraction has a lot to do with factors that we can change ourselves and is not just tricks and techniques. Thus women must rely on honest signaling to make her selection of a mate. Features of honest signaling? Muscles, height, facial and overall bone structure, skin health and vocal tonality (to a large degree), how other people treat you. We are just as much apart of the animal kingdom any other species. Any healthy lifestyle change when it comes to losing weight I would say starts with the diet. Calories in vs calories out. If your friend was serious, he could look at alternative sources of food that are less calorific and because he works or is always moving throughout the day, that would assist is losing additional weight. Getting ripped and making gains would come second. Lose the excess weight through diet/ cardio (or everyday activities) then work on building muscle.

I agree with this to an extent. The following is a personal example: Let's say you work 48+ hours a week, 6-7 days a week. Mix in lifting, personal development of your choice and other various activities to ensure your well being for the years to come. Awesome work! There will only be a few people who you come across in your life that will be genuinely happy for the success that you achieve. Those people will understand the work it takes and will feel no contempt or jealousy towards you. Reminding her you like her will not increase her attraction for. In fact, it will do the complete opposite. Respect her decision and use this as an opportunity on what not to do next time so you don't find yourself in this situation again. If you want to actually attract her I suggest pulling back, work on yourself a bit, self reflect and change your mind state.
/r/seduction09/12/15 09:21 PM

The way you move on is you talk to other girls and decrease the amount of time you give to her. The reason why you think it seems inappropriate to not answer calls, not sit next to her and not hang out as much is because that is not what a good "friend" does. No, you're coming from the wrong mindset dude. It's not about selling yourself, it's about accepting yourself and letting whatever happen, happen. Some people will be attracted to you and others won't. You don't have to "sell" yourself.
