Love exists outside of romantic relationships and can blossom in friendships, family relationships, and can arise from a feeling of belonging and connectedness (in an environment, activity, purpose, or group of people). I liked this post. It's a good, balanced perspective and I respect that you've learnt and grown from your exposure to TRP without becoming overly focused on it, or as you say - making it a hobby in and of itself.

Good post. I would also extend the giving of compliments to men as well, or anybody really because it will simply make you happier and more comfortable around strangers of both sexes

Starting new hobbies and doing things that serve you sounds great and is something I would definitely encourage. I would, however, contest the point that NoFap does not serve you. I feel it has helped me massively with my sex drive which means I get more girls, and I free up 20 minutes of my time every day. NoFap is a useful endeavour. The point about being interesting all the time, to everyone, and not just specifically turning it on around women rang true for me. As well as taking the pressure of performance anxiety off, it will increase your SMV
