Cops are trained to always remove the man from the situation I've had this issue myself (being removed from the situation, not arrested), so I know more than most 9 times out of 10, the cops will do as they're trained, and make sure the man is no longer a potential danger

There are lots of factors If a woman attacks a man, and lies and says that it was in self defense, her odds of getting away with it aren't that great. But if she damages herself first, hard enough to leave cuts and bruises then attacks the man, her odds of getting away with it increase substantially But again, there are lots of factors It really depends on the situation. I'd say it's not something that you need to really worry about happening to you, but it is a problem nonetheless
