I think you're a bit off in your interpretation of Red pill thinking. A lot of followers would say that women in those countries are more honest and straightforward about their monetary aims, which makes things easier (at least as their logic goes). The women's aim is to get money/passport/visa, the men's aim is to have sex with women while providing a minimum/none of it.
