Ah. The double edge sword of TRP. It's kind of ironic, because so many guys devote so much time to get good at TRP principles (myself included), but once you climb to the top of that mountain, you realize that the shiny trophy you were chasing was just a small $18 piece of plastic covered in cheap gold paint. I'm in a similar boat as you right now. I'd feel so much more compelled to spend the time/energy on women if AWALT wasn't a thing... Now you have perspective and choice you can use it to be far more constructive. Before you were angry and lost and subbed in thrill to replace your basic needs. You become detached and trapped in the stage because you fear losing your competency.... Now without thrill you have an existential crisis. Be constructive and philosophical with it. Don't destroy, leap to the next level and find happiness for real.

You may pull back from women but when you engage them again no you won't be a simp but you will do so with more authenticity, enlightenment and as a man you need to feel useful so by expanding your range at least with some of them, maybe being more empathetic, you will be needed in deeper ways. This could help heal any childhood wounds from parenting, etc. But you will grow a new shell so to speak, you're fragile right now but you'll return to strength.

Source: I'm a natural and really smart. And I only pursue women from strength. They're one part of the world. The best thing about them is between their legs, and let's be honest, you only get to see that for short durations of time. You need more balance but first break the chain. Any addiction you need to cease for perspective even just a little bit. I don't know what regrets you have but you need to resolve them and heed the above advice. You've got to make life about more. Because this is not who you really are. You need a break, better balance and to really just get over your feelings of shame and loss by building something new. It may be familiar but whatever it is it needs to be different or you'll just stay in your rut.

You're grieving too I bet for the vision of who you thought you'd be or how things would be. So now you're angry and sad, soon you will come to accept it, then you can move forward realizing it's not all so bad, that you still have time and options and a new day/change/way. You'll have a healthier ego to boot, and maybe you won't pass up great chances at more with better quality of women when it happens. One side of you has been really immature and you've been holding back. From here on out you will be able to align with greater clarity and sense of purpose. Be constructive. The realization sucks. But it's only up from here.

You can't get back your jizz from these hoes but you can learn to more healthierly revere yourself and them for what they are. But you need to do other things in the meantime. Revere life. Women will soon be eating you alive. You won't be happy/you're not happy because you live for them and their snatch. You're a slave to it in some regards.

There's no other way to stop being weak, mate. You need to grow your inner child and find more mature girls, etc. You'll also get better treatment. But ffs don't turn into a white knight. It is what it is, get new terms of engagement.
