1	What's with the whole "no-porn" and so on Well we completely agree on everything I’ve said apart from how much nutrients and energy go into semen (which is demonstrably high). 4	What's with the whole "no-porn" and so on I'd imagine that the advice is more generally for all guys. All men can benefit from not watching porn full stop. In terms of masturbating, that's completely natural when not using porn at all and just using your imagination.
