That is a myth that only occurs when taking excessive amounts. Im talking abut raising T to 120% - 150% not body building freaks who take it to 2000%

If you can't afford the gym or don't have time for it... get your fucking life together.

Deoends on priorities. As a uni student I could afford to go the gym fir 2 hours while being at a 500 calorie deficit. Now that I'm working full time ny body can't cope with the stress of having a mentally challenging job. Yet I still want to go the gym. I find a balance of progress vs sustainability.

Say what you want I'm just going to Steroids. In smaller doses I believe it's actually healthier for you. Hormone treatment is basically necessary for anyone over 40.

Yes I did improve, but I find it hard to maintain that mentality. Thered pill turned into the black pill for me. Extreme self improvement lead to marginal romantic improvement but no long lasting affect.

Mine already does. It is demeaning. It means she is professionally more succesful than I am and we both think that is pretty sad. I do believe I have a lot more potebtial than her, she is lazy but pretty so gets good jobs. I am extremely hard working and smart but only started my career 6 months ago. We'd bith be happier if I earnt more. Tbh it might end the relationship.

You can teach men not to rape but it's not what feminists would call ideal. Any society with systemic rape is one of barbarism. The savage only understands 1 thing and that's the pointy end of a stick. You want men who come from tribal / islamic backgrounds to stop raping then handing out pamphlets and posters wont help. They need to be punished severly. It's tricky to tame a savage without reverting to one yourself. Very harsh punishment, and advertised punishment is the only way to teach men w…

Im a ginger male. Being ginger is polarizing. With the average female it puts you at a disadvantage. Most girls won't date a ginger. However there are some girls it puts you at a huge advantage. My first gf only dated me because she was obsessed with ron weasley and ed sheeran. I was bullied severly in high school which has lead to a natural distrust of people. Overall I think I would be happier if I weren't ginger.

Quality of your sex life entirely depends on how good looking you are.

No not when you want. You ahd to reliably do it 2.5 times a week for 8 years straight. And obviously you wouldnt be consistent. So I'm assuming you've also gone through times of having 10 different girls in a single week. Also being that you're in your 50's Im sure you meant any girl you want over the age of 40.

Where RP breaks down for me is the work place. It's not conducive to act like a loose cannon. Its not right to just put yohr head down and make your boss a fuck ton of money. Hard balance.

On the other end of the spectrum, people who change jobs every 2 years earn 50% more than those who don't on average. Business is 80/20 rule. Be the top 20% at what you do (ideally top 1%)

My father married one of these girls Honestly it's a win-win. She got a tall, good looking rich white man. He got to enjoy a 30 year old (hes 58). He's a feminist though so for him the degree, angst, independence etc is a plus.

Not necessary. Just say "hey" (2 lines of back and forth basic chat) "you seem cool, lets meet up." "#?" 99% of your tinder sucess is based on whether or not she likes your photos. Most of the time if they say hey back they're interested in meeting up.

Yea I got money now, but no time. I see my career as a stepping stone to the end goal - revenue that isn't directly related to hours spent in the office. Shit I need it soon as well, 32.

This is bad advice. If you're bringing a girl home she's already decided to sleep with you. If your bringing a girl home again, shes already sleeping with you. If you do this to a gf, you mo longer have a gf.

I've dated models but the truth is you don't need to be a 9 to be a model. A 7 can get a few modelling gigs. Its subjective too - some people would say my gf is a 9, others would say she's a 6. Some go "wow how did you get that" and others go "why?". I just don't believe it for a secind when a guy says "pulled an HB9 to tonight".

I was already underweight and went from 70kg to 85kg (im 6'4"). Most of it was on my legs and I have stretch marks now from the growth. I technically did Aikido but honestly the dojo is that unique you cant really compare it - teachers branch off and make their own schools. Wasnt soft like most of them. Boxing and thai boxing are really good!!! Why didnt I go back? I guess im just being lazy right now - just started a new job and getting used to it, moved far away etc etc Ill get back into it.

All good questions. Here are some of the things that i wonder: What made you get into it? A friend introduced it to me. What made you stay? I found it incredibly challenging if not awe-inspiring. The students where extremely fit and tough, taking a lot of physical pain. I didn't know it was possible. Why did you find the community to be good? TRP turned on a switch that made me go into overdrive. I wasnt depressed I was basically in animal survival mode. Raw eggs on rice, training 12 hours a week, studying 80 hours a week. My down time was probably 2 weekends at my oarents at 19 hours of YouTube videos in an entire year. Put on 20kg of muscle naturally, fucked more then I ever had and topped my class at uni. Wasn't worth it though.

Some men are definitely beta inclined. You aren't suffering from chronic-beta though, you just don't have abundance mentality. Theres nothing wrong with being a natural beta though. My alpha friend is a lot more charismatic and better with the ladies, but he wouldn't be able to get the job I have. Not all alphas are successful, most end up in prison. My brother is the biggest beta in the world but he's healthy, happy and just got a job offer for 230k at 22.

I'm a little confused. Everything you listed is great but all of it would be totally unnecessary if you just got 1 management position? You're constructng the perfect resume - but again all of it is undone by a single good interview. If I wear you I would do an MBA or a masters in business management, something like that - then just start applying for engineering manager jobs. Management is where the money is. In some ways it is incompatible. TRP is all about recognising your value and trying to maximise it. TRP revolves around a value 'market' where higher value performs better. Communism assumes everyone is of equal value. That being said TRP is not incompatible with humanatarianism. It's not that TRP rejects communism it's just that when you understand TRP you realise communism is not something that could even manifest. The worst thing is that a lot of women posion their children against their own dads because of their selfish bitter hatred. That ruin the relationship the father has with the kids, but they also deny their children a relationship with their own father, and give them a twisted perception of men. I hate how society assumes any mother is a good mother, where as most just throw an iphone in their kids face and hope they raise themselves.

This comes up every single time. The point is that men have been lied to, and women too for that matter. We're brought up on the idea of monogamy like humans are fucking penguins or something. From an objective point of view your appearance makes you undesirable both professionaly and personally. Many stigmas surround fat people. Weak-willed, lazy, unhygienic. I personally don't understand hoe you feel entitled to trest people any kind of way in your current state. You appearance does matter. Losing weight is one of the easiest goals to achieve, which is why overweight people are looked down on.

RP good actually makes a difference in people's lives. You provide value through leadership and inspiration. The thoery relies on 2 assumed rules. Men will date lower than their smv. Women will not. If you add those 2 together it's impossible not to get an 80/20 rule. Bonus rule. If a man and women have equal smv, the women has the power. Aka a 10/10 male still has to game a 10/10 female. A 7/10 women is desired by 90% of men. A 7/10 male is desired by the bottom 60% of women.

It's nit straight cut like 80/20 but it is extremely close. A top 10% guy has access to 90% of women. A top 20% guy has access to 80% women. Etc down the line. If a guy is an 8/10 he has access to any girl who is an 8 or lower. Makes sense right? 8's get with 8's and 5's get with 5's. Here lies the problem though. Unlike women, a 9/10 male will happily dip down to a 7/10 girl and even a 6/10 every now and then. These uglier girls would much rather get used and abused by a 9 than settle down with…

I agree with you that hormones do not create the gender. There's also the XY chromosome and genetalia, bone strucure, growth rates, brain wiring and I'm sure even more things I'm not considering that come along with your "birth sex". So on one hand you agree that genders (male/female) are different, yet also think that gender roles are forced onto us, however why can't gender roles be a result of those underlying differences? Also while I respect that behaving feminine makes mtf transexuals bett…

Hormones don't make you good at math - that would be to do with the brain. Transexual mtf where still born as men and have the XY chromosome. I'm just laying the ground work that if we can determine hormones can change behaviour, is it insane to think genetics do as well? (IQ kind of proves it does but anyway)

Just be super vague with everything. You don't need to tell anyone about yur life, the less the better. Also never hurts to indulge a bit in story telling. When I was first transitioning and had no plates I'd do stuff like: Get a call from my gym asking about an appointment Girl at uni :Who was that? Me: Just some girl from the gym. I didn't lie... but in her mind she's going "damn is he fucking her?!??!!?!?"

You can but not super directly. It's best to ask early as possible and pretend to be super sex-positive. Like a girl will start talking about ex's and sexual partners to seem edgy / make you jelous then just play along "Oh yea I'm a bit of a slut myself, but like I don't understand why people care, you should be able to sleep with whoeve you want." they will just splurt that info out.

Incels and FA's don't understand a single thing about women (due to never even speaking to one). Yes women absolutely can be lonely. Women are far more emotional than men and also far more social. A women can be in a relationship and still feel lonely - I can sit at home by myself working all day and be 100% fine, my Girlfriend will sit at home for 4 hours alone and start to get depressed.

We agree on the Theory but there is 1 major difference. /r9k/ understands they have extremely low value, so low that they see no point in trying to improve it. Having understood the "rules" they accept their fate of being unwanted and unloved. TRP understands that they have low to moderate value when they join - but understand that they have the potential to be high value and use this information to become more attractive.

Less than 20% of communication is verbal. Body Language, Context, Tone, Eye contact (or eye movement) positioning etc. All these things can't be taught on this website - you just gotta know it or learn it.

Beta-trait. Alpha males don't need to mate guard because their access to mates is essentially endless. Alpha's are more likely to "value-guard" which is basically defending his status among the group. A beta male will guard 1 girl, an alpha male will guard his status, and therefore most of the women in the group.
