The dream is over. It sucks, but it’s over and you need to realize and accept that she doesn’t love you. You’re not her priority. According to my attorneys she has rights to my property because I put her on the title. She knew she did as soon as I put her on the title with the promise of putting me on hers, which she never did. . I’m stuck. The courts have been informed of her wrongdoings. In a perfect world that’s correct. I’m finding that divorce litigation is not a perfect world, far from it. I might do that if I can, the problem is that she’s asking for two to three times what she’s entitled too which makes it very difficult to finance. So, in the meantime I’m getting buried in attorneys fees. It’s a awful but effective tactic to steal what you want in a divorce.

I put her on my home with the understanding she was going to reciprocate, she didn’t. She rented out her house and cleverly did not use community funds to pay for any of the expenses. I was told that if she loses her job there is a good chance that I would have to pay significant amounts of alimony due to a change in circumstances. That’s why I haven’t made it public. The courts know what she’s done if it goes to trial and once the divorce is over the parties affected by her unscrupulous behavior will more than likely go after her.

Thank you so much! I will pass this on to my attorney. He has mentioned that there is a glimmer of hope in because there are some holes in the transmutation of my property. He doesn’t know if would be enough and the judge would have to decide which is a 50:50 proposition.

Thanks. She planned it way from the beginning. It’s part of the whole control and manipulation trip that she thrives on. I fell right into the trap. She’s not going to get alimony anyhow. The marriage was under four years and the earnings are similar.However, I turned her in to the courts, they know it, but as no fault divorce state it doesn’t change the fact I put her on my property.
