Got an unflattering shirtless pic at the beach while I was bloated. Results: getting at least 3-4 matches a day compared to 3-4 a week. Shirtless pics do work.

There are a few studies on this topic but the issue is that they're decades old. I wouldn't trust them. There's no recent studies so its hard to find conclusive data.

I'm asking more for logistics rather than the stigma around the word. Call it anything but if you're in a city where people are more closed off, such as Vancouver, it can be hard to approach them. As I said I'm optimistic about talking to women like that, but his examples coupled with what I read on my city's sub, is what's kinda holding me back

What kinda question is this bruh 😭 You should be in good shape regardless. But working out solely won't be enough. There's more factors to your looks. Body fat imo being the most important, followed by skincare, hair, wardrobe, hygiene. If you're below ~13% bodyfat, you'll be noticeable difference in your face.

Yes concerts are the worst place. But meeting someone who has the same music taste + is hot, would be insane. Also, there's some quiet time before the concert starts and some after the concert ends.
