Thanks man, Yeah I do agree that YouTube is a resource of information I've been having this fear of missing out (FOMO ) lol if I don't login . I feel the same way, if I'm not getting my dopamine from gaming I'm getting it from YouTube. Didn't know information could be a drug, as for games it's a false sense of achievement. Our brain thinks that we are achieving our goals in real life fulfilling it's achievement quota and thus making us less likely to be motivated in the real thing where we need to achieve.
