In a very real sense, women should do this. Men adapt their behavior to get sex from women. So, when young men see bad boys, thugs, and tinder trash getting laid, they adapt to be more like them. I mean it is technically correct though, as young men are influenced a lot by female approval, the most powerful form of which is horizontal. By mostly fucking Chad and Tyrone these women establish those two as "role models" or aspirations. So if women didn't fuck a lot of hot but unstable and otherwise useless guys they would actually change the world or society. For her own situation she could actually improve her life by choosing the right guy/guys, too.

But many won't, and I doubt that's what the creator of this "inspirational" quote had in mind.
