Anti-domestic violence advocates and divorce lawyers strongly opposed.Nope, it's a very overt acknowledgment that the current system allows for bogged-down family courts through which the lawyers can charge more hours for worse results. | /r/MensRights | 10/01/14 04:13 AM |
| 2 | What can be done about divorce/child support system?Failure to pay child support is a civil violation, although there's jail time attached. This means you won't be extradited from your new country to face the system. The most they could do is embargo any remaining assets in the previous country and sell them off. | /r/MensRights | 08/01/14 11:05 PM |

| 2 | The 'Men Going Their Own Way' MystiqueRegardless of any secondary effects, we also come to the statutory provisions that themselves prohibit any gender discrimination in terms of pricing. Women routinely use more healthcare resources, in part due to their greater concern over their health and due to maternity care. Since insurance companies will no longer be allowed to discriminate on prices, part of this disparity will either shift to men, while women's prices lower slightly; or men's prices are raised to the same point. | /r/MensRights | 22/12/13 02:06 PM |

The child's legally entitled to child support, therefore, it cannot be revoked/removed/refunded, even though it might be the object of fraud or mismanagement.
