What?! No this don't make sense. I've always been told that beautiful people have to work harder to be taken seriously due to people viewing them as incapable and just pretty faces. How does that square with this data?
/r/MensRights27/11/24 04:44 PM

Because confidence may be part of the equation for some people, but my experience has been that most people including beautiful people have dog shit social and leadership skills. Especially in a group of strangers. But they don't really need it because everyone bends over backwards to connect with them.

I'm guessing guys takes advantage of the beauty premium to become leaders whereas girls tend to use it as a crutch to rely on the favor of others.

The argument was always that attractive women had to work harder to be taken seriously and to prove that they weren't just a pretty face? Might this be why? Their aptitude don't match their credentials?

My understanding was she lied about him being anti Muslim to cover up her getting suspended. Also his head was removed from his body. He's dead. Not nearly.

Her cheating every single relationship she has been in is definitely something you don't want to get involved in. I don't mind the single mom thing honestly especially if it's only 1 child. But I also have 1.

I wouldn't say 10s probably. But they were all fit or healthy weight which is already above average since average person is overweight. I'm average guy average height.

I had a wife show this to me by disappearing with her younger boss at the factory she just started working at. She never had a job she held down in her life before this. But before doing it she had me pay for her medical procedures and take care of her as she recovered. My insurance would have covered this but she insisted on going outside of insurance. Then when she recovered she disappeared without telling me where she was going and gas light me saying it was because of me. I found out from he…

I've never seen any of this empathy and sensitivity to men issues that this guy alleges and then suddenly in the past year everyone just declared they don't care about it anymore. It seems to be that they never cared, which is the reason that they are losing disillusioned young men now.

It's always the same story. I think women are just better at hiding it. A lot of women have no sense of loyalty and will terminate a relationship the moment something they perceive as better coming along.

My son is 6 years old developmentally delayed and once said he wants to be a girl. He does not understand the concept of 'being a girl'. For him being a girl is like playing a teacher or fireman or cop. Imagine if because of him saying that they went and cut off his balls.

Yes I had difficulty. Depending on year and if you count everything I earn that much. It was a real challenge. When I hit my 30s more girls that I had been friends with for 10-20 years started becoming more interested though. Anyway, my experience is that most American/western girls don't care about your money/job. And those that do view relationship as a financial transaction and are very toxic and entitled and you wouldn't want a relationship with them. I'm not particularly ugly. But I don't h…

I was thinking about it and I honestly believe that part of the problem is modern media, movies and shows, depicting the past as if they were gender and racially neutral. Future generations that didn't experience it first hand come to believe that this is realistic depiction of the past.

Well I am going by american standards. It could be different in UK. In USA yes it can be over ridden and child support can be compelled if one party out earns the other even in 50-50 custody.

Democratic strategy is to appeal to other demographics by insulting men while retaining male vote by lecturing and shaming them into it. It reminds me of gaming companies and movie/show producers that admonishes and rejects their audience and attempting to appeal to demographics that don't play their games.

Yeah the way the laws are set up you're basically just cucked in this position. You can only stand there and watch it happen. The only recourse is divorce her and giver her most of your assets and income.
/r/Divorce_Men12/11/24 07:47 PM
15

Yes. Marriage is a state sponsored mechanism welfare for women. It might have made some sense in the past. But with no-fault divorce, the higher income earner takes all the risk for nothing. Your wife can literally be brining her boyfriend to your house and have sex with him in front of you on the living room table and that doesn't affect at all her entitlement to alimony and asset allocations.

My ex also made outrageous demands, mainly regarding child custody. Demands for sole custody and no over nights. I spent $40,000 in meditation. My attorneys insisted on going to mediation. Going to court was actually the easy and cheap part of the process. Further, all the mediators, except for one male mediator, tried to shame me, question my motives, and emotionally manipulate me into accepting her terms.

It's very infuriating when I had girls I was friends with who didn't give me time from their older teenage years, through their 20s, and finally in their mid 30s they reciprocate some interest, but suddenly they act like a nun with me needing to earn intimacy when I know very well her past history.

As I just said. People have expressed offense towards the use of word 'girl'. Female is more broad and inclusive language inherently. Which you seem to be preaching for in your past post. I am sorry if you're unable to get your mind around this and instead just warp meanings of words to fit your views. Nobody is going out of their way to refer to women as human or not human. There is nothing inherently dehumanizing about the word female. There is nothing dehumanizing about the word male neither. If you don’t mean it to be an insult, and most men know that it is, then why not just say woman? It being viewed as an insult is a recent phenomenon I've only witnessed on reddit. What I have seen in the past being considered an insult in the real world outside of reddit has been the term used 'girl' which some people consider diminutive. So hence more vague general language…

My personal experience with girl friends is that every top tier looking girl has either done sex work, sex adjacent work, or have expectations for financial support in a relationship. In a relationship they also have very nasty toxic entitled attitudes. It makes them ugly.

When women say that, they mean they want a man that is leader/dominant with other people. Not her. She enjoys the sense of social status she derives by being attached to him. Yes, regarding sex-work it is inverse to every other vice where we focus on going after the dealer rather than the consumer and view the dealer as the victim. Arguably drug dealers are victims, and are often victimized, robbed, and killed by their customers, so the same argument can be made.

Bill got racked up very quickly especially when she had her paralegals in meetings too who charged another $150 an hour. Got another attorney for $250 an hour. He also wasn't great but no worse than the $480 one. My experience is that divorce attorneys seem very incompetent at their job.

My experience is yes this is true. Women usually will already be cheating or have another man on her mind when she breaks up or ends a marriage. The reason why it isn't discussed is that women are better at hiding it. Often their infidelity partner will go long with covering it up. You rarely see this being true for men affair partners. Women will gas light everyone about their behavior and their actions are supported by society at large. You can see it on reddit. It's always about them spinning…

My son's mother moved 55 miles away in state and attempted to change my son's school and reduce my custody time that I had fought tooth and nail for in the first place so that she could move in with her boyfriend. From what I see, majority of men accepts less than what they can get in court. Often decline alimony and child support in interest of getting the divorce over with. Majority of women goes for full alimony and child support as well as financial settlement as they can get, often more than 50%. They don't have any issues dragging the divorce out in terms of time and costs. Because of this I don't think that the system is ever going to change.

Yes I had multiple mediators trying to convince me that I would not get 50% or try to shame me or question my motivations into accepting less. I asked if she is asking for full sole custody why can't I do the same and the mediator laughed at me and said that's not going to happen. The husband stated he didn't want the wife to go to prison. The main reason for inequality in treatment is due to male compassion. I see the same in divorce cases. Basically it means that you believe that romantic success is encapsulated by being a nice guy and working on yourself to be the best person you can be and others will be attracted to that.. It's actually not too different to red pill in that regard, difference being that red pillers incorporates alpha male bravado in place of being a nice guy.

I'll go against the grain here and venture there has been a rise in female teacher preying on male students. Sexual liberation and all that has do flow into other areas as ethical lines become blurry.

This occurred in UK. UK has a policy of not imprisoning non-violent women. Biases don't have hard lines and as expected this line of thinking has spilled over to actual violent women who are being labeled as not really violent person, and their violent crime not representing who they really are.

Because 50% of the population have an inherent vested interest to have it that way. Then all you need is a minority of men seeking to screw over other men to keep it that way in perpetuity. Dating is a one way transaction with regard to romancing. I should have worded it better but didn't realize that focus will be on the word 'transaction'. Back rubs/massages? She cooking a famcy meal for you? Gift exchanges? Learning a bit of your hobby to know more about you? Yes this is further down the relationship, where it should start to reach egalitarian and parity by marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 05:21 PM

who cares about waxing? No girl I been with regularly waxed. Why are you so focused on waxing? It's weird. I didn't say transactional. I said one way transaction referring to men doing the romance and women receiving romance. You took that word and warped it to whatever you had in your head.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:42 PM

I also shave my genitals. I don't have a problem with my legs either if that was desired so not sure what you're getting at. Also your getting stuck on the word 'transaction'. Romance is one way during dating. That's the point. I don't think anyone really genuinely disagrees with this.

One way transaction in terms of romance. I shave my arm pits. So no money. What are you trying to get at?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 02:49 PM

Dating is one way transaction. Man gives romance, woman takes romance. Marriage it is supposed to be more equal. Not necessarily the same though. This is how it has been done historically. But lots of modern women don't want the dating phase to ever end, for obvious reasons.

They will find something to complain about to justify how they feel even if it is without merit. My wife I literally might have saved her life from her roof collapsing on her, saved her vision with medical intervention, and took care of her for years. She immediately had an affair and disappeared with a guy 6 years younger than her 24/25 year old guy and blamed me for it, while bragging about how much this guy takes care of her as she moved in with him and his grandparents house.

Some people do things like this actually. I've seen people asking for advice regarding whether to pay off their pre-marital debt. Right. Even after the affair came to light, she was saying that she was a devoted woman and everything is my fault. In what twisted world is she the devoted woman?

Yeah she has 0 remorse or regret and blames me even now after the affair came out I found out about it because she was bragging about it to her sister. She was so overt about it at work that her co worker apparently was trying to find me on ducked media to tell me.

I spoke to many lawyers. They basically don't give any advice. Just say things that they can do and are very vague about what they expect the outcomes will be.

Her female friends took my side as they said hang on it was only two weeks ago you were saying what a great guy i was now hes beating you up and you went from one relationship straight to the next with no concerns? This is kind of exactly how it went for me apparently. One moment she was talking how great I was. The next she was saying she was saying she was noticing all the good looking guys at work and that she's thinking about divorce, and then when she disappeared she started to bash me as t…

In the text messages she says she's trying to get alimony and go live off of it with her boyfriend (affair partner). She's not going to get any because of how short term the marriage was, she don't seem to realize that.

She love bombed me. And I didn't view things as red flags originally in hind sight I see were potential red flags.

There is no moving on. I signed a contract with the United States Government that I would financially support her for at least 10 years. Additionally she was bragging and boasting about this and attempting to extract more money out of me.

She was furious when I started reaching out to her family, sister and mother about it and gave them my side. It looked like she was crafting a narrative of her own and was pissed that I countered it with my side including pictures videos of my own. They're all shocked about her behavior as well which is what prompted her sister to send me the text messages and pictures over to me.

She's Brazilian. We aren't much different in age, it's the same difference as her affair partner now, but in the other direction. Its been less than 2 years.

I mean that she can say she entered the marriage honestly, but then changed her mind after getting married which she's allowed to do for the green card.
/r/MensRights30/12/23 08:37 PM

Yeah similar. I took on multiple jobs to make the bills since she wasn't able to work. I didn't NEED to work as I could have dipped into my retirement savings, and I asked for her permission and whether she would help me with starting an at home business, which she agreed to but then quickly lost interest, but it left me holding the bag with multiple clients and many nights without sleep before I was able to unwind them.

Every lawyer I talk to are always vague about what they think will happen. They mainly talk about things they can do but hand waive and are vague about what they think the outcomes will be.

Potentially if she came into the marriage with that thought in her mind. But she can say that she changed her mind after getting married and it's hard to prove what she actually thought.

It will be a hard sell. She did have a text message stating that she was only with me still to accumulate money before leaving and that she was pretending to be a 'dumb trophy wife', but she can counter saying that she didn't come into the marriage thinking that and that was a recent change in her thinking and it's impossible to prove.

Every attractive woman that I know that is in their 30s and single start dating younger men in their 20s. Even my wife did this. According to polls its the men that care about growing a family more than women. Women are fine but having their own family

Maybe they care more about it than men but it still ranks far below raw physical attraction. There was this one survey where they had a short guy and made up facts like he's super wealthy tech bro, but nothing they could say could get the women to consider selecting him out of a line up.

You have to read some of the mental gymnastics being posted there. "They're critical because they want to protect them from men" Or just dismissing the study based on sample size, which is based on they're background of statistical analysis I'm sure.

It used to be that men were just advised to ignore women as they were overly emotional. That worked back in the day somewhat... men had the money, they called the shots, but these days women hold all the power and still act like that, it's an impossible situation.

Yeah that notion doesn't actually make sense when you think about it. Obviously deformities probably implies genetic problems, but in non healthy deformed terms, Ashkenazi Jews and East Asians have the highest IQs but as groups are probably considered below average attractiveness.

If blackpill preached that physical attractiveness is the only major factor in attractiveness it is only half right. The main factors are physical attractiveness and/or social status. Students can influence the social status though, like a very attractive man tends to have more social influence and status.
