It shouldn't entirely. This guy is now the hot stuff for all the civil court lawyers. Won't even have to pay them, as they'll go for a %-cut in these kinds of cases. He'll get compensation from every party that wronged him. The girl might be able to claim bankruptcy, but the school most certainly won't.

Credit where credit is due: she actually put up her fists instead of being ready to grab [hair]. Even most boys go for stupid grapple fights or pull on shirts. Fistfights are far better viewing material.

The issue is that in smoking, no one meaningful wins. Even the smokers feel like shit and fundamentally agree it should be ended. In child support, 50% of the population benefits and of those 50%, 99% will not agree that it should be ended. So, right off the bat, the circumstances are vastly different and why I do not believe any substantial help will come from "society".

I know. That's what my question pertains to. The debt is owed to the people. But we're not getting it back. And we are most certainly not going to spill blood over forcing the government to give it back to us. So is it really debt anymore? Edit: notice that my question was never answered.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen11/05/19 06:46 PM

If "debt" cannot ever be repaid nor forced to be repaid, is it really called debt anymore?

So here is something that has been on my mind. That teenager is significantly more disposed to criminal activity, which in turn will affect my taxes when the state becomes their nanny/prosecutor. And that future teen isn't alone. There are hundreds of thousands (millions maybe?) of them. So what realistic solution is there exactly for the situation? I don't want to hear nazi suggestions like forced sterilization of every single woman. Edit: Realistic As in, no miracle feats. You know suddenly ca…

She's too influential once she gets rolling, but too distrusted by the American people to actually secure a presidency for the Democrats. Their only solution was to hide her and stop her from ever gaining momentum.

See my comment. Clearly someone or some group is paying for this individual's continued campaign. They probably don't care much about the loss, either because they're just that filthy rich and/or the campaign is that important to them.

This isn’t the first time Felarca has been ordered to pay court fees. Last January she was ordered to pay Berkeley College Republicans President Troy Worden $11,000 to cover his attorney’s fees. It’s unclear to me how a Middle School teacher has money to pay for all of these lawsuit judgments. Any bets on whose is funding her? Soros?

I wouldn't call it justice. The punishment should meet the crime, which in this case would have been experiencing the same torture the children would have...then multiplied by 3 (each time period per child).

So genuine question: what happens IF they fuck up something? What authority are you going to contact to get your due for their mistake. Even the top physicians in their field makes mistakes.

Instagram messages that indicated Pollis and Wilson discussed consensual sexual urination I know I'm going full-out discriminatory here, but seriously, anyone with that kind of fetish is messed up somehow. This would be a red flag in my book. What happened to the good old days of just dick-in-pussy being enough?
/r/PussyPassDenied22/03/19 01:14 PM

I have my suspicions [edit: about how the guy pulled this off] but I advise anyone who knows the answer to not write it here. Fiends of all sorts look up these kinds of stories and threads in order to learn from the mistakes of others.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/03/19 11:41 PM

Hey, I did some digging of this story in other sources. You'll like this. He also filed a complaint against former prosecutor Mary Kellett with the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar, which resulted in Kellett becoming the first Maine prosecutor in recent memory to be publicly sanctioned by the state over prosecutorial misconduct.

I was also hoping the wife would get a greater punishment. However, this does set a precedent and warning for all future testifiers that hell will come down upon them at the slightest hint of false testimony.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/03/19 10:42 PM

The part that made this a denied pussypass is that the nurse advised the wife to cry in order to look more impactful, appealing to female fragility / pussypass. Judge would have none of that shit. Nurse has to pay 1.77 million out of that 1.8. Judge John Woodcock wrote in his ruling that Gleason “extremely culpable” in Vladek’s wrongful conviction, having testified against him and advised his wife how to make the false allegations seem more reasonable.

She would have sued for all sorts of damage in civil court too. And depending on the state she may even win on such grounds. I dont think a single smacking would offset the amount of pleasure she would get from seeing a paycheck forced from your pocket.

Exactly. How a denied pussypass looks like, step by step: 1) woman does a bitchy move that, if a man did it, would land that man in a lot of trouble 2) woman uses her chromosome status as an excuse for the "bitch move" 3) the excuse is denied and that same kind of punishment befalls her as it would a man performing the aforementioned "bitch move"

Unfortunately, death penalty is more costly due to the paperwork and the multiple instances of appeals in such cases. If it was a straight sentencing, then straight to the needle, it would indeed be cheaper.

Well, damn. On one hand: an actual denied pussypass, since a male neonazi would've also received this. On the other hand, any Constitution-following American can attest why holocaust denial laws are an affront to A1.

Some of which include, but are not limited to: too small of a time period between the prenup and the wedding (determined subjectively by a judge) any obvious attempts to safeguard massive-value resources, such as property (yes, you read this correctly; and it certainly applies to Canadian common law). any indication that the prenup was signed under duress (many lawyers have begun to record the entire meeting on the date of the signing and beforehand to stop this) any failure to disclose a financ…

Because genuine believers of any philosophy or viewpoint will hold that viewpoint irrespective of what "fellow" followers do or say. What I'm getting at is that perhaps some of your slip into occassional whiteknighting can be attributed to following red-pill principles out of some pleasure out of feeling like part of an in-group. Sure "brothers standing shoulder-to-shoulder" can be a great feeling, but it should only be the icing on the cake...never the fundamental reason for being redpill (ex. …

Oh, I think I got your point. Namely, that your friend believes that the "negative" things said on here are not reflective of the greater reality. Well, all you have to do to refute him is look up divorce statistics, for example. You'll find that most women initiate the divorce process and most alimony is awarded to women. The statistics speak for themselves.
