It shouldn't entirely. This guy is now the hot stuff for all the civil court lawyers. Won't even have to pay them, as they'll go for a %-cut in these kinds of cases. The issue is that in smoking, no one meaningful wins. Even the smokers feel like shit and fundamentally agree it should be ended. In child support, 50% of the population benefits and of those 50%, 99% will not agree that it should be ended. So, right off the bat, the circumstances are vastly different and why I do not believe any substantial help will come from "society".

So here is something that has been on my mind. That teenager is significantly more disposed to criminal activity, which in turn will affect my taxes when the state becomes their nanny/prosecutor. This isn’t the first time Felarca has been ordered to pay court fees. Last January she was ordered to pay Berkeley College Republicans President Troy Worden $11,000 to cover his attorney’s fees.
