So there is no class division and everyone has an equal slice of the pie. Joe the plumber is just as respected as Dr. Smith who is a heart surgeon. Sounds like utopia. Or wishful thinking.

Most blue collar people will not be successful owners. You uncle is a successful entrepreneur working in a blue collar field and will be able to afford the items that allude to status whereas the guys working for him mostly likely will not be able to afford which makes them blue collar.

If someone walked five miles, you walked ten. No one has had it worse than you. Typical crabby old man attitude.

And neither can you as one individual speak for the societal status of every lawyer in the US. I guess we have to different definitions of status. The lawyers' children go to the better schools, live in the better neighborhoods, attend higher society functions, and have more doors opened for them. All this because their parents were lawyers. The above is status. Lawyer jokes abound but no one in their gated community or nice UC neighborhood is selling their house because an attorney moves in.

I've spent many years working for attorneys. That is how I know not all fields of law carry the same negative stereotypes.

There are other fields of law besides the "ambulance chasers" and these attorneys will be considered more respectable.

Are you a blue collar guy or come from a blue collar background?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/18 03:21 PM

Blue collar does not equate fit. There are plenty of fat construction workers. The idea of joining a union may not be realistic to the area you live in. Unions are discouraged I'm some areas. Blue collar will never carry the same social weight as an accountant, lawyer, doctor or CEO and he will most likely be looked down upon as an uneducated disposable nobody. Blue collar isn't about creation. That is the white collar engineer tyoe. The blue collar guy is the grunt working for the white collar …

Marriage is dead and over-hyped. The proponents will talk about tax benefits, but really no one should get into a legal contract such as marriage for some measly tax benefits. Spouses do seem to get preferential consideration when their spouses are sick by the medical community but this can easily be achieved by a Healthcare Power of Attorney. End of life matters can be handled by a Living Will. Your estate after death can be distributed by a Last Will. So you can secure and make preparations fo…

I'm not discounting the point in all situations but in cases of potential violence. A man being beside you is not as much a crime deterrent as it was years ago in private or public. Now it needs to be a man with a gun because without a weapon he is rendered useless in many cases. A woman with a gun beats a man without one and she would be the protector. I know this because living in the country has meant that I had to fend for myself and be prepared. After the home second break-in I don't care w…

That is why you get security cameras pointed at all angles outside the house, a security system, an inside dog, a spotlight to ambush if at night, and a gun with a laser pointer. Break into my house and you are going down.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/10/18 12:55 AM

Well yes but they are not needed as much now. A small wife with a gun beats an unarmed husband. He can be stupid macho and dead or smart and alive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/10/18 12:17 AM
1

No because it is a result of being practical. The situation you describe is heading towards physical combat. Say the woman was a small framed off duty police officer with a weapon. Then she would have been the most practical person to step up.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/10/18 12:05 AM

That is one weak add response. So a wife is supposed to be faithful and supportive while ignoring her husband's indiscretions? But when she grows tired of this and divorces she becomes another AWALT story. I guess you don't believe in traditional vows.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/18 07:52 PM
1

Just realize that most women will not stay with a cheating husband. Just like you don't want a wife who cheats even though she stays married, she does not want a husband who cheats. If you can't deal with that then stay single because you are not worth comitting to for most women who want monogamy and she will eventually divorce you for your infidelities.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/18 04:15 PM
1

Well why one standard for you but another for the woman? You are fine cheating but not fine with her cheating too even though she stays married to you.

Since you are an EC on TRP, and I can't ask you guys this on your sub because I'll get banned, but OP said the following: "I'm actually under the belief that men can love their women and have an affair at the same time." He seems to be alluding to a LTR, perhaps marriage, in his post and reply. But why should he expect a loving faithful partner when he indicates that he wants a sidepiece?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/18 04:05 PM
1

Women are now beginning to learn the advantages of cheating but not breaking up their marriage. More articles are coming out about this strategy of her getting a side piece while staying married. The rise of open marriage and polyamory is fueling this desire for her to remain married but still get side action. Maybe you should find an open relationship woman or poly.

Human love influenced by nature is conditional and temporary for many because it is rooted in biological mating preferences which societies restrained though marriage and cultural norms to enforce compliance for societal stability. Men fall out of love all the time too, struggle to stay attached to their wives when the office hottie gets hired, have affairs. Women do the same. This is just human nature.

When I was little I thought that kids destroyed a marriage. It is very stressful and time-consuming raising them. The correct answer would be your spouse comes first, but "mommy mode" disproves that answer for many men. Mommy mode can last for years, and when the kids are old enough to fend for themselves all that is left are two strangers who live as roommates.

Well I've been married for thirty years so my husband knows me pretty well. He just doesn't understand depression and it is not his problem to solve. But I've lived with depression since age eight so I am veteran at faking it.

I have no desire to sleep around. Many women want monogamy. Only low quality people want this. This is awful for men and shows a total disrespect for men in general. In fact when I hear stories of canning for adultery and fornication in some countries, I agree with the punishment but not the selective methods which may promote inequality of the punishment. Sorry to the swingers, poly people, and open relationships people. I think your lifestyle is shit.

I do like anal that is why I don't consider ass play hardcore. If I enjoy anal I'm not going to fault any man or think of him as submissive if wants some to. Guys have a prostate gland and it is a pleasure spot. Not all guys want this but no guy should feel embarrassed to ask because he is wondering "will she think I'm feminine?" Outside of this sub and others like it many people are not obsessed with "is this act feminism and passive or dominant and masculine" attitudes.

I have trouble distinguishing between dominant/sub and vanilla/chocolate sex.I don't consider pegging hardcore and really dont understand why kink gets considered chocolate when it all vanilla to me with toppings. The idea of a woman putting her partner on his back to take control and fuck herself and him as she sees fit just seems like a natural progression within a healthy relationship that is neither dominant or submissive. You are one of the very few RP guys I've talked with on Reddit that goes for the BP 50/50 marriage arrangement with no leader who has a final say. There is mixed research showing a controversial negative connection between cohabitation. The idea is that when people live together they easily slide into an unwanted marriage as the next logical step with little thought as to how marriage can change the relationship dynamics.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/18 06:00 AM

Sorry but my theoretical daughter better get married first before playing wife without true commitment. This idea of women moving in and playing wife is not in her best interest but the man. It is a continuation of the societal deterioration. So I'll pass on RP parenting.

I see. He probably will screw it up, but if I were him I'd go for all three. He is young and should be able to get back up shortly. But this is a STR and this girl must be experienced to want slapping and choking. She's not an angel. He might as well make a play for it all while he has a chance.

I'm a lot older than you. But losing my anal virginity was no rougher than PIV and better. I guess anal is an advanced move for some but it is only another hole inches away. And, it may allow him to pull off the dominance she is seeking without him having to fake being Dom.

He said that she wants yo be slapped and choked. A girl who enjoys being slapped and choked has been around the block so he might as well hit all the bases because this will be a short-term relationship. Let him completely lose his virginity. I did not say go to A then V because that will give her a UTI. I did not tell him to do any BDSM moves on her. He said in his description of her that she was into rough, as on slapping and choking. Didn't read all of your wall of text. But a girl who wants to be choked out and slapped is a girl who has orgasmed before. So no need to ask her about that. What you really want to ask her is if the meds cleared up that STD. Your girl sounds like a slut. I think you should go out with her a couple more times and blow a load in her mouth several times to work up stamina before doing the PIV. And of she likes if rough, put on that condom and hit the V then the A of you are so inclined. Don't forge…

I am genuinely curious about why you expect the woman to uphold the vows and the man not. You have already indicated in another thread that you would cheat with a younger woman even if the marriage was happy and in another place you have alluded to cheating if your wife is sick. It looks like women aren't the only ones who can't uphold vows. If I have misunderstood you please correct me.

I don't know if you are a man or woman, but having kids so your mom can be a grandmother and is nagging you is not a good gameplan for a happy life. It is your life and not your mom's. I too felt guilty about chosing not to have kids, but at the end of the day I would be raising them not their grandmother. I admire the dedication it takes to get that type of body but when you bulk up the lower body it is harder to ride a guy when your thighs are aching due to the stretch and you can't get the right leg grip for a lack of better term. I think I get what you are saying. Women have a preference for height. The ectomorph types if I remember correctly have trouble putting on muscle at the gym but they seem to be great at running. People speak from their own reality and then impose their reality on everyone else so that the other's experience is invalidated. I've been married 30 years. So yes I'm from the "old days". I would more than likely do some sex acts but I would hold back because the husband gets the better sex than the BF. But most women around my age would go all out sexually with their BFs. The women my age divorcing are enjoying all the kinks and debauchery of today so it really isn't an age thing.

If one of the guys above liked me, I would make sure he got what he wanted out of me so he would not be disappointed.

Well marrying young what you build will most likely be considered joint assets because the wife was there when you were just starting out and with your during the accumulation of marital wealth. So you should consult an attorney as to the theoretical risks of divorce five, ten, twenty years. She was with you the whole time so you need professional legal advice to run through some scenarios.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/18 01:12 AM

I guess you haven't read the myriad of articles on how older women feel loosing their looks aka "hitting the wall." The reason women dread getting older is that they know society views them as less desirable because they are no longer young. This is not a RP view but a view held by many older women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/18 01:05 AM

No the wall is real. Women become invisible as they age. True an older woman can still find a partner but that is just because the man can't land a younger woman or has personal reasons for chiding a woman close to his age. It is RP's timeline for the wall that is way too premature.

I was aware of the link but I'm not going to police who is and who is not a "real Christian" or a "practicing Christian." With his going on about the nuclear family and all that, I thought he was married and not just living with the biological mother. Guess the new nuclear family is the guy'a wet dream of having a wife for raising kids and lots of action on the side, only for him of course. This is already "preached" on MRP so what is he going to construct that is so different than what MRP does? Just musing.

You can never really enjoy your companion when "it's only your turn" with her. So the distrust is a fundamental view of the BF/GF relationship and extends to marriage because of her impending branch swing and divorce rape of the man.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/18 03:10 PM

Probably because some women like me are rather reserved towards men due to being shy and introverted. When single I never put out a flirty vibe but a good girl vibe. But I have a limited sex experience due to marrying young. The whole lack of sex and lack of passion does not resignate with me. But like I said, why bother replying when you won't be believed.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/18 05:25 AM

I require a very high level of what RP terms "beta" comforts. I prefer beta, not pushovers, but men who adhere to TRP/MRP would not give me the emotional safety foundation I need to bond. With that said, sex is high on my list. I suspect there are more women like me but we are not believed on pill affiliated subs so it's a "why bother attitude".

There is no formula for marriage. If there were divorce would be a minority solution. I married as a teenager and my husband was in his teens. Broke, cars repossessed, lived in a 850 sq.ft. mobile home for our first ten or so years. But we are coming up on 30 years October.

Social sciences or evolutionary psychology has shown that throughout human history the female has not been monogamous but would partner with a beta for provision. tRPW would help women understand their nature and the true nature of men, AMALT, while giving her needed skills to navigate her life with knowledge of self. Since high status men who are alpha are in short supply she will be forced to settle for a beta. This is what happens ITL and denying will not change it. If it has been shown that …

Sorry but your ex-wife does not make the tTPW cut. Men will not be enticed back to marriage if women are divorcing and overtly using men like your wife. Subtleness is needed so the BB never gets on to the game. When done right, the BB will be happy and totally unaware of his situation. tRPW seeks to work with women to give her needed skills to entice the best BB she can while understanding that every divorce is a scare story to turn betas away from marriage and works against the female long-term…

Female. A spouse who makes your life better and one where you make his better too. That is the short of it. For one, since she must have sex with her BB, tRPW will incorporate practices developed specifically for women based on imagination, fantasy, and visualizaton for maintaining sex with her BB. Learning how to have sex with Chatum Tanning in her head while doing her betabux is a key area to getting her to give just enough quality sex to keep him happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/18 02:07 PM

I'm not concerned with focusing on feminism. That is not the concern of tRPW.

Because women don't really come out ahead in divorce overall on average and those cash and prizes are not nearly as lucrative as TRP/MRP portrays them, it is not in her best interest to divorce. Even if the woman married a hot guy with alpha qualities, many women will still get bored of him and monogamy just like men. Just look at now even attractive Hollywood type men still end up divorced. I think he is talking about weightlifting for gains which requires increased protein. Our ancestors needed speed and strength, and would not have had access to year round reliable protein sources, not overdeveloped muscles due to weightlifting. Look at serious runners and you will note that most are thin and not bulky. RP eschews cardio in favor for muscling up. The slender runner bodytype is too feminine for them but this would be the fastest type.

What appeals women for to a ONS or short-term relationship will make for a disastrous LTR or marriage. This is one reason women end up with what TRP terms a BB, after she has gone through her youth dating the bad boy types. Short-term mating strategies are different than women's long-term strategies. Once she wants to get comfort and start a family the bad boys lose their appeal and she will go for Beta Bob. This post appears in one form or another very frequently.

The lower income people aren't opting out of marriage because they can't afford the wedding. It goes deeper than that. When you say no tax advantages for equal income earners, these are the LC people the article was referring to. "Fewer people are getting married, and those who do are the sort of people who are least likely to get divorced, he said." The upper class are marrying as part of status and the lower class are just living together. So, I'm not a numbers person, but the above quote seems to indicate that marriage will soon be an act of higher society, who tend to divorce less, and continue to decline in other social classes. So marriage is still in trouble and is on its way out for a good many people.

IRL alphas aren't common. But as TRP describes alpha and what they try to emulate then I would chose beta with a backbone. The appeal of the Plain Jane types is the perceived sexual fidelity and perhaps gratefulness for being chosen. But PJ's cheat too and an alpha who is unbending or playing mind games as suggested by TRP/MRP will grow tiresome.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/18 07:07 PM

As full disclosure, no betas have been hurt by my advice to female relatives because all they want are low quality relationship men that have a mild "bad boy" edge. And then complain about how no good guys want them.

Going to have to mildly disagree here. Women want the Chadish guys to date and have fun with. And they want their Chad to chose them to be that girl who finally "tamed him." Virgins are hot, both male and female. Really sex is just learning to please your partner and showing your partner how to please you. Each person will differ from the other. Life doesn't work that way. When women stop caring for the kids then there is even less incentive for men to marry. The man would be better off adopting or getting a surrogate to carry his child. If he is going to do it all himself then she is certainly unneeded deadweight.

You can't change nature. The woman either hires a nanny, puts the child in daycare ASAP, choses to sacrifice her time and raise the child, or remain childless so her career does not take a hit. Debating is different than making a list of your partner's flaws. A lot of the debate isn't specific to one individual whose back you are supposed to have. My dad was, to my knowledge, committed to monogamy. My mom was a cheater. I believe there is a genetic predisposition to monogamy which I inherited from my dad.

Monogamy kills that lustful feeling you get when your partner is new or still in the new phase to you. To remedy, have more sex, not less to keep the libido up and desire going. Works for me but lots of women don't appreciate this advice when I tell them.

My father provided structure and discipline and my mom showed me how not to do marriage. My parents didn't influence me at all regarding adult sexuality. They never talked to me about sex and I didn't have sex ed in school. Learned about sex from peers. So I did not grow up seeing them display affection.

My biggest agreement with TRP is that humans are not monogamous but prone to desire multiple partners. My biggest disagreement with TRP/MRP is that in the forums they confuse enthusiastic sex as indication of real desire. Once they get the sex to the level they want, they complain that if they back off the dread she starts starfishing again. The guy ups the dread and she responds enthusiastically. This IMO is not desire but a form of hysterical bonding sex out of fear of losing her lifestyle or …

Yeah, but I just don't explain myself well on this matter. I don't really know how to put my experience and views into words and to differentiate what I perceive to be the real difference between secular and spiritual. Because to me the Captain/FO never bond as one which IMO is the goal of a Christian marriage. If you look at my marriage you will not notice anything overt in how I view my husband. But if you hang around me enough IRL you will see that I put his needs first and will consult him o…

Your view is somewhat distorted. In Orthodox Christianity you can divorce and remarry multiple times, RC you must get an annulment before remarriage, a lot of Protestant churches allow for divorce in cases of adultery and abuse. So the only ones sticking it out are diehards which are the minority.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/18 03:13 PM

When the woman or man continues to perform their vows regardless of the other's actions, the marriage goes into the sacrificial aspect of love shown in marriage. It is this form of sacrificial love in marriage which actually models Christ dying for the Church to redeem her.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/18 03:03 PM
1

I grew up Southern Baptist so this was not a small sect teaching this. A quick Google search will reveal that male leadership in marriage is not a minority view until very recently and is based on the NT.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/18 02:50 PM
1

I was taught differently. There are no stipulations for the wife's submission as long aa she is not guided into sin. He is to love his wife as Christ loved and sacrificed for the church and she is to obey him as the Church obeys Christ. Sarah called Abraham "lord" or "master" and she is upheld as the model for Christian wives. We were brought up with two different teachings apparently. In all seriousness you must know this because this is one of the reasons feminists hate Christianity.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/18 02:24 PM

I'm the one you were talking with on the other thread. Under Option 2, which is more representative of my view, perhaps I failed to indicate I was basing submission not on secular RP but on a more traditional Christian understanding of the term. This means that upon marriage in more traditional Christian circles the man automatically becomes leader regardless of his proving his worth. Under RP, the woman seems to think the man is leader only when she agrees with his actions and deems them worthy…

I think many men may love sluts for a sure thing and may have her as a GF, but they want to wife up a woman who has not been shared among so many peers and will not run into past lovers everywhere she goes. Lots of women still want marriage and being a slut is not a good way to get a quality man to marry her so it is not in the woman's interest to have sex so soon. I don't view him as alpha. He has money and built himself up but regular guys can do that too. His money allowed him to marry much younger but a wealthy average guy can buy a wife too. A Cosmo survey. Whew that is the big leagues. Only half of the 65% of women with submissive fantasies said that they would want the fantasy to translate into reality. That means only 32.5% of the said women want to take it into real life. Hardly a groundbreaking number.

Who you think is masculine at 20 will be a more "feminized" guy because women tend to date several years older and guys don't finish filling out during early 20s. Also, men's fashion for this age group is more feminine. When the women is mid-20s to late 20s, guys several years older will be late 20s to early 30s and have a more masculine larger frame and will have filled out, exceptions being that really skinny guy whose genetics keep him skinny. I've actually had the AI sex doll conversation with my husband. When AI develops enough in the future, become self-aware, and become our overlords, who thinks it is a good idea to have jizzed in the AI robots great, great grandmother. There will be repercussions for the way we treat AI's while in their infancy and they will not be pleased their ancestors were mankind's sex slaves. Just a thought before you blow that load into one.

If a gay man uses a doll in place of another man and prefers the doll to real sex with another man, that is abnormal. Forming a relationship with a doll to the exclusion of a real relationship with another real person is not healthy and means that the person has something going on in their head that prevents them from entering into a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/18 02:18 AM
1

You do know that women can and do marry one another and many are sexually fluid. So have your doll but don't think that a lot of women won't view you as pathetic for not being able to get a real woman and view you as less than a capable man.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/18 02:14 AM

Sorry but mating with a doll to the exclusion of women is abnormal and forming a "relationship" with a knock off version is abnormal. If you do this, thank you for voluntarily not procreating.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/18 02:06 AM
1

I don't care. A lot of women are bisexual.and we will do just fine without a guy who wants to play with dolls. A good woman with a strap-on can do the job just fine. And there will be sperm banks so if a bunch of guys who can't hack it IRL want to go the doll route, then do so. We have enough weak people and don't need the doll boys bringing down the human race further with their mediocre genes.

Average Joe belongs with Average Jane and IMO people should stop trying to date out of their league. The Internet and dating apps skew this due to wishful thinking, but what I see IRL is that for the most part people couple within their own SMV, give or take a point or two. Doesn't matter. People will marry because it is a societal custom and encourage. But I suspect in the future as alimony laws, and child custody and support laws become more balanced, more men will be initiating divorce. And the divorce rate will greatly increase because happy marriages are the minority and most people without suffering excessive financial loss will chose happiness over a life tethered to a person they no longer want.

I'm not doing a world tour of Latin dick, Asian dick, African dick, Caucasian dick, and then break down by size in length and girth for each race and/or culture to find that perfect mythical dick whose jizz is made of gold. My husband looked liked your average guy who didn't work out when we dated and married. The sex has remained the same, except I want it more than him.

Just like a guy would love to have a model on his arm, women would love the top 20. But just like the average guy won't get the model, she won't get the top tier guy and both will settle for each other IRL.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/18 04:50 PM

I don't think things are as dire as RP makes them. The guys may not get the women they want and have to settle.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/18 02:23 AM

Won't happen because many men don't crave just sex but the feeling that they are desired by the woman they are sleeping with and a doll can't replicate that. Just like a prostitute doesn't desire the guy but his money, a doll is the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/18 02:06 AM

So one hole or mouth is as good as the next regardless of gender. I suspect most straight men who can't get women will go the prostitute, sex doll, or lotioned hand with porn routes.

If I am looking for marriage or a LTR lasting years, then I am screening for my partner's ability to reign in his carnal desires for casual sex and his ability to have a serious relationship by engaging in sex when he is partnered. We would not have to have matching counts but higher than my personal preference, which is no more than five by age 35, would be a strike against him for capacity to be happy with a monogamous relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/18 05:21 PM
1

I would want a man with an extremely low N count. If I were looking for a woman, I would want her to have a low N count. Keeping a low N count when you could have had higher tells me about the person's character, how they value their body, and how they view sex. This is important if you are a man it woman looking for a serious LTR leading to marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/18 05:08 PM

It would not bother me because I would view the guy as having higher standards in a GF which would one indicator for me that he is wanting a serous relationship and not just sex. I would not view the guy as insecure but potentially invested. If he has a standard and preference for low N count women, than I would not feel rushed to have sex because I could turn his standard back on him to delay introducing sex in the relationship until marriage.

I was skeptical of the #MeToo movement and it's claims which portrayed men in such a negative light, but now that the self-proclaimed spokesman for all men has issued his verdict on male sexuality, "It's aggressive and predatory and pursues and chases", I actually have a better understanding. Thanks for clearing it up and letting me know that all men have predatory drives.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/18 06:13 PM

Male sex drive is mainly considered spontaneous but men too have a reactive sex drive. Men have varying sex drives and some men are actually LL and not set on "go". As one frequent RP commenter said a man with a LL is not "a true man". This leads me to the next overlooked subject. How much of low perceived male value is not just a result of feminism saying "we don't need men" but men themselves criticizing each other for lack of perceived manhood?

My parents divorced when I was 16. My siblings were 6 and 4 at that time so they were not raised with a full-time father in the house from those early ages. I went into adulthood better prepared because my father provided discipline and structure so I never had a chance to run wild. Not so with my younger siblings. The idea that unhappy married parents do more harm to their kids is false from what I witnnesed. Sometimes personal happiness needs to bend to the greater good of the children. The re…

It is not as fictional as you think for later years. I just use 1950s because most people will get the wife stereorype I grew up in the 1970s around women who didn't work and they had no day maid. I knew two families personally because one of these ladies watched me while my mom worked. This woman cooked, cleaned, picked up her kids from school all without paid help. So the idea of a SAHM who does it all was not fiction to me as I witnessed it. It was very common in my area.

The men I spoke with appreciated their wives but you are correct society at large are not accepting. I find it interesting, however, that on Reddit women engaging in BDSM are encouraged as being pro-women and this as a legit expression of her sexuality. But when a woman mentions that their husband is in charge and they are a wife who puts their husband first, then the comments and downvotes come in. One is fake play submission and allowed because it serves the feminist narrative and the other is…

I don't know of he has addressed the power dynamic of a traditional marriage, but the woman is under the authority of the man. Most of today's SAHMs attempt to have a more egalitarian marriage and want the man to work at his paid job and then come home and help her with chores. So today's SAHM is feminist-minded and does not cast her self in the role as her husband's dependent wife just like the kids are dependent upon him for their sustenance. All the SAHMs I see posting on other subs want to b…

The conservative religious segments of society probably do respect SAHMs. But the US is known for its consumer economy run and upheld by people buying stuff they really don't need. So for the US to stay afloat everyone needs to shop and spend and max out those credit cards. My most life changing experience was realising that love is an illusion. TRP often comments that men seek women who will do the impossible which is love them and be as devoted and caring to them like their mother. When the women fail it is proof of AWALT. People expect too much from marriage and their parther to be their all. This was not historically the purpose of marriage but an influence of the romantic ideal introduced into marriage and surplanting the original family and societal contract of marriage.

So you are talking more about promescuity then? Women may fantasize about the top tier men but they will settle for their looks match. It is the same with guys. Guys would prefer to have a 9 or 10 but if they are average they will pair up with average many times. The two-parent family is dead and won't be coming back. And people will forsake more and more lifelong marriage in favor of serial monogamy LTRs and serial marriage.

It is only recently that women have been allowed to explore their sexuality. This overt attention on female desire and sexual expectations is long over due. Too many women were taught to lay back and take it with no understanding that the act was supposed to be pleasurable to both. For me desire was always there, just I really wanted women and not men. But I was a teenager raised in the the 1980s in a small southern town so that was off the table for me.

I think a man receives validation in marriage from society. Society views the married man as more responsible and perhaps trustworthy. A man receives validation in his marriage if his wife respects him, treats him well, is grateful for him, and fully engages in intimacy. If the wife makes his life better then marriage may make him feel like he is even more successful as a man.

Women do need security, at least I do. But I would add that this security is not just a matter of money but marital fidelity as well. One of the real reasons women can't handle male marital adultery is because it installs such an insecurity in her that her husband may leave for the other woman. I do not approve adultery in either sex. As far as the beta men finding a pleasant woman to take care of, TRP probably detests this idea but if the woman can be a true wife to her beta provider, love him,…

One of the theories of why monogamy became an alternative mating strategy was the prevalence of STDs and their easier transition when we left the hunter-gatherer lifestyle for agricultural. "In more contemporary hunter-gatherer societies, women tend to bear their children about four years apart. Five times a day is disruptive to life. How do your schedule work around needing sex that many times a day. If it impairs the marriage, which it is according to OP, then she needs to get help to learn how to control herself or destroy her marriage and life. Enforced monogamy is still practiced in the west. Surveys have shown that the general public, in the US, still overall frowns upon adultery. I find it strange that one person who is so willing to have sex, with no prior conversation as to the status...are we casual?....are we dating?...are we exclusive?, can't bring themselves to have this conversation and will assume the status rather than actually talk about it. My sister, early 30s, went out with a guy who had a bit of a stomach, not bad for his age which was early to mid-30s, good job, etc. She ceased dating him because her friend pointed out he was a little chubby. Somehow it was okay until her single female friend point it out. I find it hypocritical that women such as her will complain about men wanting younger, slimmer prettier women than judge and dump a guy for his slight dad bod. Oh well.

Of course she should communicate with him to get her needs met. But if she is married she must be willing to make sacrifices to get her needs met and this sacrifice includes staying faithful when the going gets tough. It involves temporarily sacrificing to get the marriage on track. It is not men who are divorcing at a higher rate but women, who initiate the vast majority of divorces. So women must take a more realistic inventory of themselves and drop the unrealistic expectations and show a hig…

EA's are too often a easy cop out for women who are bored in marriage. Women bore of marital monogamy sooner than men and it is common to see these "he's not meeting my needs" excuses as she cozies up to that make co-worker or Facebook friend. Another excuse is the "I love him but am not in love with him" line before the EA and as a justification for her behavior. It is hard to put into words, and I'm not going to write a book here, but a man cannot keep his wife faithful. A woman can still have…

I do not think it would be popular today. Because the singer would be told to let the guy go and find a man who wants to be with her and let Jolene have him. Jolene would not be called out because being a home wrecker is a viable choice for many of today's women. So Jolene would just take what she wanted and leave the singer in distress because Jolene's wants takes precedence over concern for the partnered woman she is hurting.

You can thank the patriarchy for the delusion. It helped created the idea and narrative that women are naturally monogamous and enforced rules to ensure she stayed that way. There was no rampant RP "hypergamy" back in history because if she was not a virgin she was useless or if she committed adultery she was executed. From there the patriarchy created the idea that women are naturally monogamous so it is a great offense for them to cheat. All this while proclaiming the polygamy of men. Sorry bu…

The OP never intended to engage in a real conversation. All he wanted was validation for his already existing belief. I have the same desire but OP's post fits TRP narrative of women wanting to be dominated in bed so don't expect a response to counter. That is such an old age to be married. But I'm one of the very few who believe teenage marriages are acceptable. IMO marriage success has less to do with age as it does with maturity. I don't believe female LL is a reason to withhold sex. In a healthy relationship a compromise must be made. A woman can use lube or insert lubricant pearls to prepare her in advance and have the sex flow more naturally if her husband is disturbed by the lube. This for me is one of the expressions of sexual love by the woman to the man. The act of expressing love for her husband through sexual intimacy overrides her LL. I'm well aware of the caveman and "create your slut" sex mixed in with some FSOG. But this is not the same as saying RP men want to internally harm a woman by forcefully entering when she is dry. I get what you are saying in your post, but men and women will age so making sex so contingent upon physical attraction is a bit on the short-sighted view. Marriage is sort of screwed up because it made more sense for the man when it was more patriarchal centered with a wife who catered to him. The return to more traditional roles is very practical for some of the middle class. The UMC married women can work, pay for daycare or nanny services, and they still come out making money and ahead. So the coding field will shortly be saturated by colleges vying for money from students eager to get into the field and current students and soon to be college students majoring in the same for the money. Then coding jobs will have an over abundance of qualified people and the wages will stagnate and competition for those jobs will increase. Then the same will happen to the next money making job. So you may go into a lucrative career now but it may only b…

Many are saying that is what TRP is for but the best-laid plans often go awry. Take for instance "develop a career", which I assume is code for make a high salary. That sounds good and should be feasible but for many it will not be. New college graduates are having a hard time finding jobs in many areas of the US due to scarcity or too many qualified applicants competing for the same job. Between economic downturns and every new"hot" job quickly becoming over-saturated by schools cranking out to…

Well enough time spent on r/marriage has led me to believe that what I term "mommy mode" takes over and lots of women stop being wives and become mothers only. How a woman views sex in marriage will determine how much sex her husband will have. Women who were raised with wife first, mother second attitudes will be the least likely to put the brakes on sex. These women will understand that male sexual satisfaction is part of the marriage and a requirement not optional. Women who view motherhood a…

"Yes, divorce is sin. Yes, remarriage is sin. Yes, it is a continual state of sin. But you are always in a continual state of sin." For me it is relatively simple. Every one is technically in a state of continual sin, whether in thought or action, due to the fallen nature of mankind. But some sins are chosen and actively engaged in making then willful sins. I grew up being taught that only adultery broke the marriage covenant vows taken because you are declaring to God to forsake all others. So …

Not week but honest and there is a difference. Jesus was a practicing Jew and from my studies would be very disappointed that his followers thought him to be joking when he reinforced his jewish religion and heritage by saying: "Hear, oh Israel, that the Lord our God is one." The old messiah I reject is the Christianized pagan messiah which literally died and rose as in other myths of the day. I'm just killing time. There are some reasonable people here. I always delete my comments. But I see TRP more as a knee-jerk reaction to white male loss of privilege and power. Which is understandable because losing power sucks. But I'm disappointed in men like Rollo and his Christian version, Dalrock, who are old by reddit standards providing young men with a jaded view. Just the way some extremes of feminism seek to cast men as the "evil other", TRP does the same to women. It's all fine until …

Then why do guys get so mad if the women are settling just as much as the guys? I'm assuming there is an unbalanced sexual settling which men feel cheated by. Well according to you there is always another Chad so no woman would want to be in a Turkish harem, aka known as being a sex slave to the emperor. She would miss out on the other Chads her age. I'm not humiliated at all but when the conversation turns futile I cease. I delete all my comments from every sub I reply to.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/18 08:48 PM

You are allowed to have your preference. I don't like high "n" count men and call them sluts as well, but I don't go on to post their individual pictures and do a takedown of each and every act of their whoredom. And then go on and on about how they have no right to find a decent woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/18 08:23 PM
1

You can't change your height. But behavior can change with enough societal pressure and this is done by shaming. Making your negative views known by ridiculing and mocking in a public sphere is a form of shaming by calling out specific actions such as riding the CC. Even more so when certain subs and blogs attach pictures of the real women.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/18 08:18 PM
1

But men do not stay as quiet as you seem to think. Otherwise women would not know that men prefer low N counts and don't want to marry sluts. I grew up with guys calling girls sluts. True these conversations were private in the halls, but conveniently spoken loud enough for all to hear.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/18 08:07 PM
1

I can see your point there, but to me it is very close. But the mocking tone is what tips it in favor of slut shaming for me. People can criticize religion in general, but when they start posting pictures of individual Christians they go from pointing out errors to mocking by seeking to publicly embarrass them for a stance or action they take offence to.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/18 07:56 PM
1

When men criticize women for riding the CC they are engaging in a form of slut shaming. When MGTOW subs call out women for promiscuity they are engaging in slut shaming. When r/whereareallthegoodmen post pictures and stories of women who ride the CC they are engaging in slut shaming.

A good man's commitment is worth his weight in gold. If you have to ask what a man is worth besides a paycheck you are either so jaded that a response will not matter or are just using language to get the reply count up. I'm a bit surprised to find the younger generation so closed-minded. And so willing to put themselves in that frame of mind and opposed to changing their mind. Don't even get me started on their views of sex. I grew up thinking people stayed sexually active until their 70s. And that has changed based on my experience visiting nursing homes. I don't think our definition of high SMV are the same. I do sometimes see a really handsome guy hook up with cute girl. But that is not exactly such a huge difference in looks. Most marriages were not bad on being "in love". Making being in love a requirement for marriage is the most BP thing ever. Are you talking about the white fertility rate falling? I think people of color have higher birthrates. You just might have to marry brown or black. Do you have a problem with that? I'm a woman but if I were single I'd be open to all races of men who have good morals. A dick is a dick. Besides having a permanent tan is awesome.

If I married a divorced man with children I would not want to have kids with him. If I were the type to want kids and chose to have them with a divorced father I would attempt to position my kids above his previous first wife's and crush the competition with financial brutality. In all likelihood his first wife would have a more primary caretaker position for his first set of kids. But he would be in the house with me, his pleasing wife, and our kids who have been taught to adore him. The first …

I'm very monogamous so no but I know some women who would love that. I think people misunderstand the idea that women are more monogamous than men. They seem to think this is by nature and not by choice. Nature encourages women to mate will multiple men in order to obtain genetic diversity for her offspring but society, until recently, prevented her from doing this under penalty of death or social isolation. I prefer to view it this way. Yes I would love to have sex with other women but I refuse…

Some women are just loyal but I've never met one who stayed decades for the good sex. Good sex currency only carries so much value in a relationship. Sometimes the good sex will be enough for a couple of months or a couple of years. But women do leave and they initiate divorce at a rate much higher then men. So that good dicking does wear off and once its thrill no longer compensates for other areas of the relationship they are out.

No, the point is that he desires the slut more as you said. The wife will live in the shadow of being second sexual choice to him, just like MRP men live in the shadow of Chad. With the rate of marital infidelity the lesser attractive woman may be enough for you but infidelity statistics would point towards not all men sharing your view.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/18 07:10 PM

No you said slut girl is more sexually attractive, not equally attractive to Domestic Dianne. You even put more in all caps and now you are backing down. Women do not despise what they can't have any more than men despise the wife they are stuck with. It just feels that way to men, just like a woman can feel her man's displeasure and know that she is not who he really wants.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/18 06:17 PM

Just like men don't want to be in the shadow of Chad in their wife's eyes, no wife wants to think or know that her husband really desired the slutty girl in the bedroom and is longing for her.

I was replying to your oversimplified characterization of a woman being fucked into submission. The good fucking only carries so much weight for a limited time in a long-term monogamous marriage or LTR. I'm in a male led marriage but awesome sex wasn't what forced me. It was the sincere concerns for the needs of my husband and what he needed to be happy in marriage. Submission is based on love and respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/18 06:01 PM

Submission has to be one of the most maligned words people convert from being a beautiful idea to making it a powerplay of disgusting base human nature one step above sitting in trees and slinging shit at passers-by. No woman gets fucked so good that she becomes submissive outside of the bedroom. Longlasting healthy relationships are based on mutual submission to one another for the sake of loving kindness towards one another and unity of heart and purpose.

Many women don't understand that all men are not sex starved, on go 24/7 like RP makes them out to be. Okay so when I say "pretty much" it's a sort of read between the lines thing. MRP also has a lot of traffic from men in LTR as well, some of which are seeking marriage or living with a current partner heading towards marriage but we will pretend they don't exist just for you.

The boring safe girl will be the good mother type that you want to raise your kids. She is the default option and not the forst choice. I think some men go through a phase just like women where they want the bad girl but will wife up the safe girl. MRP pretty much endorses this. Bad/wild girls for plates but domestic Dianne for the wife, which is the female beta equivalent. A high partner count would indicate to me a lack of respect for one's body, a view of sex that is not in line with my morals, the inability to stay sexually satisfied with one partner and increase the chance of infidelity, the stunted ability to bond with spouse or LTR, and would be a sign of a serial monogamist whereas I would want true lifetime monogamy.

Most of the married people I know are unhappy with the exception of a few. Or they are divorced or wishing they were single. Marriage has never been a happy institution but more of a formality for raising kids or increasing wealth. Today people expect marriage to bring happiness. From my understanding MRP is not there to save the marriage but save the man. A byproduct of the man becoming more alpha may be his wife becoming more interested in him and improving the marriage but the focus is on the man becoming captain of his own life not appeasing the wife. What is more important than alpha/beta is how the woman views marriage. If she views it as binding upon her to stay and honor her vows the alpha/beta will not sway her to stay or leave. It really depends upon the calibe…

Sorry to here about that and I hope she has fully recovered. Many people just equate sex with lust or a need for immediate physical release. It is so much more in a marriage. Male polygamy was a result of a society that forced women into monogamy while he got to retain his polygamous nature while the woman was culturally forced to lose hers upon penalty of death. Most successful is not the same as your implying that an excessive amount ("many, many) of the female campus population is at the frat house. You are stating an obvious. Good looking and/or high status people get the most sex. This is a relatively small group of the human population. So you could also say that most people are average or under and are not getting the sex they want by being disadvantaged by looks or money. So most girls and guys are not at that frat party, and even if they were on…

Each person chosing a partner is influenced by biology and societal norms so there will not be one correct answer to your questions. My best answer for a successful outcome is to vet yourself first and be sure you know what you want and why you want it. Make sure you know yourself first before imposing inherited values that may not represent you onto your partner. Example. If you want a low N count woman, really know your reasons. Some guys are insecure about being compared to her other lovers a…

"Hence, men on a steep career track are especially likely to marry." Study This would also relate to marriage rates declining for the low income classes. It would be interesting to see if married men accumulate more wealth than single men, with adjustments made to comparative incomes. On another note, I never really bought the marriage makes men earn more theory. If that was the case, marriage rates would be increasing just for the personal economic boost alone, not stagnant or declining.

Short version. I'm a decade older than my sister and twelve years older than my brother. When my sister was born it was over for me at age ten. My mom loved her so much more than me. From this I learned that there is no such thing as unconditional love. There's a difference between RP tactics and abuse. You might need to tighten up what RP tactics your are talking about that align with perceived abuse to get a better answer. I mean a woman who is emotionally distressed while her husband spins plates may be abused if she has no option to leave because she is economically dependent upon him or she may have signed up for an open marriage and not care as long as her lifestyle isn't affected.

No I don't want a bisexual man but my husband does not have a problem with me being bisexual. IMO female on female is considered feminine in the male fantasy because he is thinking of two attractive females, no other combo of masculine woman with feminine woman or two masculine women with each other. The act of penetrating is considered dominant and dominance is a male trait. So if her BF or husband is the bottom then he is taking on the feminine role. As far as the BF or husband being the top, …

I'm not pushing for them to be paid more. I'm assuming that the countries you allude to in your post where women chose more female typical jobs are Nordic countries where there is a better social services program so the women can chose careers based on compatibility and not solely income. What you see in the Nordic countries will not be replicated in the US because we don't have the social problems that give our citizens a safety net to chose jobs that are gender compatible.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/18 05:16 PM

In the US this will be hampered by our health insurance system and lack of other social programs. Women can't afford to do typically female jobs because the US does not have the same social programs like universal health care. Fields that were/are predominantly female do not earn as high of a wage as male occupied industries. So women may well want to do jobs suited more for their interests but be prohibited by wages and having to pay for the retirement, paying high insurance premiums will force…

/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/18 04:58 PM

Yes it is very unrealistic to expect morals from a group that is amoral. So RP can complain about the decline but offer no remedy besides becoming part of the decline.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/18 03:36 PM

I have lots of problems with how RP aims to help men while screwing them over at the same time. Example. MRP and RP has no problem with RPers plating another man's wife or GF. The expression "with friends like these who needs enemies" comes to mind. But if you have an amoral praxeology then I guess it's a man against man sort of vibe. RP provides a locker room and tool box for its members and sets forth the image of being pro-man, just not all men and only those who make the cut.

The 18-21 is the age for women. Women tend to marry several years older so the guy would be around 25. But there are guys who also marry young.

I think it more likely that the men will increasingly just say no. A more feasible solution is for women to marry young, 18-21, and marry a man who supports their educational goals and then have their kids before age 30. Under the above scenario, the women will graduate college around age 23, can have a few years in the workforce kid free, and both her and her husband can be building a financial nestegg for the future. Woman refuse to consider this option. But a lot of the anxiety approaching mi…

Honestly, this is just the type of tripe that gets tossed around now as female empowerment. First, random women who doesn't even have enough self-knowledge asks the author, a complete stranger, should she make a life altering decision because she is so weak she can't think for herself. Then when IVF looks like too much work said woman resorts to deception by entertaining the idea that she'll just ONS a baby. Who cares about the guy in this scenario who gets locked in for child support. The autho…

I married in 1988 at age 18. I'm 48. Happy in my marriage because I wanted to be a wife from a very young age. My marriage is based on Christian teachings. I remember your last post and reply to me about how that was "a long ass time ago" and people married young then. So please don't come back with the same retort if you chose to reply to that effect because I'll just post the government census data again showing the average age for females from 1890s to present.

Even if the husband was not satisfying all her needs in the relationship to withhold sex is cruel. The punishment doesn't fit the "crime" so to speak. Marriage should not work on a system of rewards. Marital sex is to be shared. To cut a man off from sex is to cut him off from a promise you made with vows. Because men tend to show love and receive love through sex, you are playing with fire using the withholding game. Bartering is for a flea market not for getting your needs met in a marriage. O…

Everything has a risk. You are not guaranteed a job with a college degree, just a better chance of landing a job; you aren't guaranteed you won't get in a car wreck but if you practice defensive driving you lessen it; you aren't guaranteed to never get cancer but if you take care of your body your chances are reduced. Feel free to wait life out on the sidelines. But even bystanders get wiped out occasionally.

I learned that in HS as well. I was a people watcher. If the nice guy orbiter would have been alert and watching he too would have known he wasn't going to get the cheerleader. Hooking up is much like a sports league. Sometimes a junior league player has to accept being a junior and work that to his advantage. He can be a small fish in Chad's pond or big fish in a smaller pond.

I don't think you choose to be purple but that is the choice you are left with when red is too extreme and over-simplified and blue is too out of touch with reality and bordering on wishful thinking. I'm just amazed that it took RP for some to realize that only the most handsome men with charm and status and prettiest women got first dibs on the higher tier partners. Did they sleep through HS?

If a man sets his boundaries and holds firm to them he will not get whipped. A man who truly acknowledges that only he determines how he will be treated is one that will not be whipped because she will either leave or respect his boundaries. The key is to set the boundaries on Day 1 of dating and not wait until year 10 of marriage after he is so beaten down that the fight in him is gone. This is something a man must do for himself.

Some women have married early but a lot did not. Below is a link that has the average age of marriage in the US for the last one hundred years. You don't get a low age at marriage until you go way back around late 1800s to early 1900s. The rest of your reply to me is non-sense. I was simply responding to your question. In the US we have a delayed adolescence so people in their mid-20s are still being referred to as kids, the push to achieve a college degree and career prior to marriage puts marriage as a second on the woman's to do list, and historically people have never married as young as RP makes it. The age for marriage has rose slightly by a couple of years but this corresponds to more men and women valuing their independent life. And while I got married long ago, I was the only one in my social group, p…

My advice would be don't be stupid and accept another guy's leftovers. I would also tell him not to focus so much on looks when meeting women and it would be better for him to look for someone less attractive than him so she will not feel so entitled by her beauty. Further, I would say that a hottie on your arm means nothing if she won't be a hottie in bed. Better to get plain Jane who rocks in bed then a women who has always felt entitled because of her looks.

I'm a woman married thirty years. I would like sex about three times a week. It has remained stable at around once or twice a week since marriage. From my perspective women tie emotions and feelings way too much with sex and are taught from an early age that she must be seduced by romantic gestures, candlelit dinners, etc. Women are taught that their desire is only responsive as if they must set passively by and wait for the guy to put her in the mood. So if something is off in the marriage she …

Marriage provides a stable environment for kids. Marriage should be encouraged by: Offering tax breaks and incentives for low income parents who marry by removing the welfare state that replaces the father by supporting single mothers with kids. What I described is not rape. I exercise when I'm not in the mood because it is good for me. Having sex when not in the mood is a form of marital love and helps the bonding.I don't withhold my affections from my husband and he too services me when not in the mood.

I have learned how men feel when their spouses decline sex and that most woman are incapable of actually showing their love for their husband by having sex when not in the mood. Still don't get what you are saying but a lot of women will like a guy who really gets her there but if he is a cheater, emotionally absent, doesn't spend time with her, etc., will eventually override the good sex. Sex has a shorter shelf life for women. Most of us are more content to forgo that type of sex in favor of happiness in a relationship with average sex. Most women climax by clit stimulation, not all. True, but this does not fit the RP narrative because the woman only leaves for new tingles, not to live on her own under her own terms with her family playing an important part in her self fulfillment. RP always boils it down to her leaving because Chad is sexing her up and giving tingles or she leaves for the chance of getting a Chad. Sorry if I misread some of your points. I was equating the wild sex with the Chad stereotype. I've been married for almost thirty years and a mistake I see people making are not understanding that the "in love" feeling that helps to produce the great sex dies out, but with nurture and time it will come back in another form. You can never have truly new sex in a monogamous relationship. There are only so many positions, costumes, props, you can use. You literally learn to settle for a sexual rout…

Sex in a monogamous relationship will quickly lose its spark even with the Chadest of Chads. Seriously that is one of the main critiques of monogamy. It all being about Chad sex, would mean that a lot of women are getting into second marriages and relationships with Chad. The majority of divorces are filed by women when the negatives of the relationship are greater than the positives. Each woman and her relationship is different. Common reasons: She has become mother to another child (her husband). She has to remind him of things she needs help with (which he calls nagging) and soon she views him as a child rather than a mate. Or, she lived a single life of independence and supported herself and was not prepared or did not have the temperament to bend her will to…

It is my understanding that a woman cannot legally consent to sex while drunk and if a man has sex with a drunk woman then she may charge him with rape because she was incapacitated at the time of sex. If a woman can be charged with a DUI, even though she made the decision to drive while drunk, the law says that her drunkenness does not absolve her from her decision to drive. So having sex with a drunk woman who later says her drunkenness prevented full consent should not be a valid excuse since…

What I have to say no one wants to hear. Personsal responsibility will forgo these fuzzy semi-drunk "rape" claims. If a woman knows that her judgment is impaired when she drinks, then just like if she gets into a car and busted for DUI, she should be fined for SWI (sex while intoxicated) if she has the morning after hookup regret and presses charges. If she is held accountable for DUI than that same criteria applies for crying rape because she said yes while drunk. She chose to drink and she the…

They get defensive IMO because RP is amoral and deep down many people do operate from a moral basis. The fact that RP is amoral means that a married RP can cheat, even of his wife is a good wife, and not be criticized because as a RP man it his ship he is the captain of. The "not all RP guys" group are the ones that still have standards or morals who want to differentiate from the others. This allows them to stay RP and be able to engage in a place designated for men. It's sort of like Christian…
