Dont think, just do. When you feel yourself overanalyzing the situation tell yourself to cut it out and go with the flow. "Lie to yourself" and say she's with me because she likes me and wants to be with me. Keep thinking that way and eventually you'll believe it yourself

Everyone's different but I can tell you a bit about me. I hate talking about myself so when I open with women I like to drive the conversation towards getting to know her and her interests. I try to keep my verbal conversations to 30% and body language 70%. I'll talk with my eyes and hands (escalation) and have her do most of the verbal talking. Nothing wrong with talking and adding on to what she says but ask follow up questions so she can talk more. Women like guys who are good listeners mores…

My advice would be to focus on uni or whatever institution you're currently in. Then afterwards send her an email and then try and touch base there. There's usually rules against teachers dating students and you don't want to put her in a awkward position.

You have to like yourself before you can expect anyone to like you. You shouldn't live with the mentality that you have to be good with girls, whatever that means. Dude don't be like that. Yes an element of luck is factored in but that's the nature of (online) dating and algorithms. He ended up meeting the nice lady and had some game apparently. OP says he never had a date/ formal experience before so that is quite the leap to make. Kudos OP and to everyone else it's a matter of putting yourselves out there.

Blind dates are always awkward, there's no hiding from that. Just accept it and try to find some common ground How do I make the first conversation, or meet up with her without it being completely awkward? As I was reading this I assumed you two would meet at a bar. You can ask her "Hey how do you know <mutual friend>?" and take it from there.
