Firstly, I love that women are active in this subreddit now. As for your question, I'm going to start by saying this is really so much easier for girls than guys (assuming you're attracted to confidence). You can pretty much go up to a guy and say Hi, be instantly more attractive for doing so and then he'll be more than happy to take the lead in the conversation, but for guys that are a little less confident, this stuff should help :). Girls typically try to indicate their interest to guys by in…

o_O Now I feel like I'm typing into a mirror. Even the hatred of the word beta... I'm exactly the same, and I've found that the reality of the situation is that very few people in the world have the ability to have truly interesting, stimulating conversation. Not many people think to this extent. It can be a curse sometimes as well. Most of my friends can't give me the kind of conversation I wish I could have all the time, but I have people who can, and when I need to talk something through thos…

Now that is interesting. So the girls are very engaged, and I'm assuming they feel you are engaged too or they would probably be offended, but you feel bored with the conversation? Do you feel like you're having the same conversation over and over with different people who are giving the same answers? That you're talking about entirely inconsequential and irrelevant things? This is a problem I had for a very long time, and overcoming it was a big help to me. I've never been an anti-social or awk…

In that case, to be blunt, there are two parts to an interesting conversation, a topic and interesting commentary. If the topics are free-flowing, maybe you ought to work on having more interesting things to say. The same could of course be said of your conversational partners. Essentially, if you have plenty to talk about but are still bored, either you or your conversational partner (or maybe both) may not have much to say that is interesting. If you think this might be the case then I recomme…

I don't agree with this, eye contact shouldn't be confrontational (i.e. a staredown) unless you want to appear confrontational. You should just be comfortable looking into someones eyes, still blinking, looking away every now and again (7/8 seconds if you need a time but it's better to go by feeling, you don't want to look away at a key part of a conversation just because the 'times up'). A slight smile on your face is also a plus, and when you smile you make other people feel more friendly.

I used to think that, but a lot of opportunities come from uniniterested girls, particularly ones with boyfriends. If they are attracted to you but in a relationship they will either a) cheat (I don't go for girls with boyfriends, but I've seen it happen a hundred times over) or b) introduce you to their friends. Hot girls usually have hot friends (and of course, the token HB2) and you've now been pre-approved by their friend, you couldn't be more in if you tried.

Ah, that guy haha. His videos make me laugh, he says some good stuff but when he starts coming out with the pop psychology, like asking 'Was your dad around when you were a kid?' out of nowhere, I can't really take him seriously. Also, I wouldn't have a problem with mods being involved with advertising/content/editing/hosting, if I'm doing it for this community I don't have any of my own goals to further so I have no problem with any of that. Like I said, I could do with the input. The main reas…

If you really like her and want to have an actual relationship with her, then keep going on dates, act exactly the same as you did on your previous dates, kino, escalation, etc. Keep trying to kiss close, not doing so might make her think you've lost interest and are friend zoning her. Think of this divorce thing as LMR, except that it's a really good and genuine excuse so it's gonna take a while to break down. Essentially you just have to make her more attractive to you than her justification n…

'Hey, I saw your artwork and I thought it was really cool' smile 'Do you want to get a coffee? I'd love to pick your brain on the techniques you used.' There's nothing hotter to me than a girl with the confidence to go for what she wants. If he's a little shy you may have to lead the conversation a bit and ask questions to keep him active in it (at first at least), but if he's good at what he does he's likely intelligent and will have plenty to say on that and lots of other subjects. Make sure t…

Why would they keep walking? If someone came up and talked to you, even if you found them massively unattractive, would you just ignore them? Of course you wouldn't, you're not an asshole! And neither are the majority of other people, so just go and say hey, it'll work wonders :)

Great post, it's so very true. So many guys come in here asking about how to do one specific thing, and while that is a very valid thing to do, it is only of use once you do the basics. You have to make yourself attractive to women by being confident, well dressed, etc. Once you've done that then you can progress onto the finer points to get you through the ins and outs of the female brain. Thanks for posting! :)

I think the best way is to look for your shared experiences that you enjoyed. For example, if you have a place you used to go together, 'your song' or movie or whatever, bringing up those good memories with you will paint you in a great light and puts you deep in the comfort zone. From there you just have to escalate. Good luck man! :)

You should've said you'd call her mid/late-week to shore up the details, if there's a big gap between setting a date and going on it that's generally a good way to reduce the awkwardness. As for a venue, google is your friend. Just search for interesting things to do in the city. If that doesn't work, imagine where you'd take her if she lived next door to you, I'm sure there's an equivalent where she lives, take her there! Again, google is your friend. Don't do something typical like a dinner da…

It is definitely less common, but damn do I wish it wasn't. I also wish cordless phones would fuck off so that when you're talking to someone on the phone you know they aren't watching 6 youtube videos, eating dinner and participating in the TV show 'Gladiators', and I'm 20! I am kind of old fashioned though. Girls do chat on the phone, a lot (in my experience at least) but it's only after they've gotten to know you better and feel close to you, which generally leads to a relationship. You can s…

Some of these are okay-ish, some are pretty terrible. For example 'I just met your twin' is horrible. What are they meant to say to that? 'Oh, cool.'? They know you haven't met their actual twin, so all you're saying is that you saw someone that kinda looks like them today. Big whoop. To be honest this has probably been overused by so many awkward guys who don't know what they're doing you'd probably just get ignored for it. In my opinion, your best bet is to just be straight up, say 'Hey, hows …

This reminds me of the time my friend walked around town in a crocodile costume, girls loved it and I was just stood there trying to figure out why all these hot girls were interested in my goofy ass friend in a crocodile costume haha. Looking back I understand perfectly, walking around town in a crocodile costume for no reason is the epitome (interesting, I always thought that was spelt with a y...) of not giving a fuck, and girls love guys who don't give a fuck. Could you expand on what happened previously? Maybe I could help ease your worries? I would have no problems with mods having control over content, in fact I would appreciate (and could probably do with) the input. I'd rather be clear on how you mods view it before putting time into it, there's a big difference between making one on my own and one for/as part of the community, so I would take very different approaches. I would like to do one specifically for this community, but I will probably g…

Honestly, it's super simple man. When you're talking to her, don't build up to it, don't wait for the 'right' moment, just say it! You're sat there, you're talking, just say 'You know, you have really nice eyes.' and smile! Even better, when you make her laugh, that's a great time to tell her she has a nice smile, cause you've just seen it :) Good luck!

This, girls that age get attached very easily, but she's young and she will undoubtedly find someone else, she's just feeling a little lonely right now. Tell her how you feel, and how much you enjoyed your time with her but it's just not in the cards. She'll be fine.

The amount of awkwardness in silence is based on one main factor, comfort. If someone is truly comfortable with you and vice versa, there's no such thing as an awkward silence. Think of your oldest friend, your mum, your dad, can you not just sit there in total silence, for hours if you wanted to and not feel the slightest bit awkward? Now imagine some random dude you've just been introduced to, you now have to spend an hour sat next to him on the train. You've been introduced, so you start talk…

Interesting, I think we may be talking about different types of shirts though. Most shirts I wouldn't dream of wearing a t-shirt underneath, I was just referring to a specific type of shirt I have a few of, it doesn't really have a name. This is true, but I still don't like the 'uniform' mindset they portray, for people who don't know better it's just a bad path to go down, and they do very little to correct people who do. You can learn some stuff there, but I think there are better places to learn it.

There really is nothing wrong with just spewing whatever the hell is on your mind to get things started. Conversation threading - DiCarlo Escalation Ladder Those will help with both individually, but to do both at the same time I think your best bet will to be to turn the conversation to sex. I remember a friend of mine came out with 'You know, I think a girls favourite sex position says a lot about her personality, don't you think?'. Personally not a big fan of MFA, they tend to tell people to stick to this one uniform, they even refer to it on a regular basis, but I think fashion should be far more personal than that. If you look through styles and find something you really like you'll feel much more comfortable and confident in that than anything you're told to wear just because it's fashionable. Being comfortable and confident in yourself is much more attractive than any amount of fashion advice induced outfits.

Interesting, I'm away from home so I don't have much of a wardrobe with me but I'll look in the mirror when I get home and see what I think. I wear shirts like that on a regular basis, sometimes buttons open, sometimes half closed and I think it looks great.

The use of the word alpha is not used in the way you think. I really hate the use of the word because it causes confusion like this. When people use alpha in reference to pickup they mean being confident, no more no less. No acting like a dick, no bullshit Jersey Shore mentality, it's more of a James Bond mentality of complete confidence in yourself. While the way you described acting with more/less attractive partners may have been the way it worked for you in real life, but that's not the way …

This is just my personal opinion and others may disagree but I don't think cold dances are a great way of getting girls. If you are going to do them, for it to work really well you have to be super direct and physical straight away. You have to be so charismatic and confident that you sweep her off her feet (metaphorically) and she's instantly attracted to you. I'm not gonna lie to you, it also helps a bucket load to be good looking in these scenarios. While I do think that any guy can get girls…

I still have no idea what you mean by rolling off :S He was talking about 'hand throws', which to be honest isn't something I think is a great idea. Not doubting that he's a good PUA, but I find sometimes the guys who are really good tend to keep pushing the boundaries of the details that they pick up on and react to, which I just don't think is necessary to think about (unless you're finding picking up girls ridiculously easy and you're bored). The difference with what OP did was that he didn't shout 'Oi sexy, give me a lift!', he was making a friendly joke and he wouldn't have been bothered if she'd just carried on her way. Firstly, the way you played it off was good, so don't worry about that. As for your clothes, Is it that you always wear the same clothes or always wear the same style? I'd say it's a good idea to have at least 3 different styles available to you. One casual, one smart casual, one smart. Bearing in mind you can wear smart casual to a casual type event and smart to a casual or smart casual type event. Personally, I have my casual look which is boot cut jeans, a t-shirt, a hoody and some boots. The…

When you say a while, if you mean like 5 minutes, she probably just got bored, was waiting for you to do something else or make a move and gave up. Even if it's less time it was probably still the same reason, the exception being if you cold approached her on the dance floor, in which case maybe she just wanted to dance and nothing else. Read the DiCarlo Escalation Ladder [Link]. That will give you a pretty thorough grounding. If you're dancing with a girl who you've been talking to previously, a good starting point is with your hands on her hips, holding her close but not tight. I usually have my hips about a foot, if not less, from hers and my head a little closer (although this is because I'm usually looking down at her, if she was the same height/taller than me my head would be level with the rest of my body). Once you've go…

Sounds like you handled it pretty damn well then, good job! The same goes for 'thug' guys as it does for psycho girls, it's another bad look for the club. I guess I should point out that this doesn't apply to shitty clubs, but anywhere which has a reputation to protect will protect it as best they can, as in the club scene that's all they have. If word gets out that there's people going nuts in there and shit's kicking off they are going to feel it in their pockets, and that's the last place the…

Your problem seems to be with the noise, this is something I struggle with too. The smoking section is probably the easiest way to deal with it. Go talk to a girl in the smoking section and generate enough attraction that you can go in and just dance with her. Once you're dancing it's easy to escalate enough to go for a kiss, just slowly increase the sexuality of your touching until a) she feels uncomfortable in which case you back off immediately, or b) she's obviously into you, at which point …

The girl was being a bitch, forget her. I probably wouldn't have kept dancing with her though, if that's what you meant. I would've turned my back/turned to my friends and carried on enjoying myself. If she continued being a bitch to the extent she pissed me off I'd probably inform the bouncer that she's really drunk and pushing people around. Most people think bouncers will never kick hot girls out, but psycho bitches is not a good look for a club to have and they know it.

There are some girls who know exactly how gorgeous they are, and this probably isn't the best tactic to take with them, but nearly all girls are insecure about there looks to a certain extent, and most of them don't think they're anywhere near as gorgeous as they really are, and I'd say those ar…

I'd also hate myself, making the getting laid more irrelevant. This subreddit is about improving yourself so that you are an attractive person, so that you feel better about yourself and so that you attract more women, not manipulate them. You'll notice the people who are the best at this are very respectful of women, you won't get very far by being a creep, just a long list of regrets and girls (and probably guys as well) that hate you.

It's also important to mean what you're saying. Don't tell her you're going to a club and she should come along, and then when she says she's busy you just stay at home. If you have her on facebook, go out, have a good time, take pictures an…

That's fair enough. I find that campus uni's aren't as fun going out wise, you only end up meeting students from your uni which can suck. City based universities tend to have 2, maybe even 3 universities worth of students going to the same places. How do you stall once you get the number? Do they flake or do you just not know what to do from there?
/r/seduction24/03/12 01:24 PM

Oh right, in that case I can help haha. I find uni is much more suited to you just hooking up with someone one night and moving from there. For example, at a house party or hooking up with a friend of a friend on a night out. It's honestly easy as shit. The downside is girls tend to get reallllllllllly drunk, which I'm not a big fan of. However, you always have the option of just going out, and if you go out you just act the same as anyone not in university would, it doesn't make much difference…

I'd like to help, but first I'm wondering, what's it like being a student in America? It kind of seems like high school with more freedom till you hit 21? How mature are the girls compared to high school? What kind of stuff do you do rather than going to a club? I'm a student in England and I've been going to clubs since I was like 17, so the idea of you being in university and kind of being stuck at home is odd to me. Our high schools aren't much different to yours but obviously, with the drink…

Conversation threading (search the subreddit), DiCarlo Escalation Ladder (google it) and read stuff you feel is relevant to you from the sidebar. Posts like these are pretty much completely solved by just reading the sidebar, and the sidebar is laid out much better than I, or anyone else, would be able to post it for you. If you have a question on a more specific area then we'll be able to help you much better.

Wow, how did you find that kind of free time? Props to you for sticking at it so rigorously for that long, if you stick at anything like that you're bound to get good at it!

You sound quite similar to myself but further along. I've never had problems socially, but I'm in the process of improving myself with women and becoming more of the 'life of the party'. How long did it take you to get from where you decided to start improving yourself to somewhere you were happy with yourself? (Never an end to self improvement, but a point where you though, yeah, this is great!). Did you get any coaching? I also sent you a PM regarding your rates :)

I wouldn't advise doing a heavy session at the gym before going out. I'm usually dead by the end of it and just want to go to bed. Doing an early morning session is great, because you have the rest of the day sat at your desk/in your car/etc to recuperate, can take a nap when you get home if it's really necessary and have plenty of energy to go out at night along with the testosterone boost throughout the day making you feel great. As for getting yourself pumped up, I posted on a similar topic a…

Yeah, I saw your website when I was watching the videos yesterday. I'm kind of interested, more out of curiosity than necessity, but I'm also a student, and unsurprisingly food comes before dating advice I'm not desperate for. I'll be sure to recommend you if I know someone who's interested though, you're the first coach I've seen who projects intelligence as well as confidence (not calling other coaches stupid by any means, just that they don't project intelligence), and I think that's extremel…

Haha, that made me laugh. We've all been there, though you weren't being a chump, you just weren't thinking while talking to her. I can't say this will help for sure, but try this. When you're in conversation, look at each thing said and done as a thread. For example, if you're talking about how she loves making cakes you have several available threads to pull on (therefore continuing the conversation). You could ask how she got into making cakes, what kind of cakes she can make (these are the o…

I'd go over, say hi, she doesn't have to stand up for you to shake her hand, so shake it. If you get into a real conversation, sit down. You'll look fine standing through your introducing yourself and any chit chat you might have, but you'll odd standing if you're having a genuine conversation. Also, if there are no seats just crouch down on the balls of your feet or sit on the arm of her/an adjacent seat.

I look forward to the new episodes :) Post the links up on seddit when they come out, I'm sure others would be interested to watch. Out of curiosity, how did you go about assembling your team for the videos? Are they friends of yours or did you actively recruit people? It's true that many people don't have friends to push them along, I was/am one of them. The problem with dating coaches seems to be their price plans though, they seem to either provide full on 7 day residential courses or 12 hour…

I'd probably just act as though she sent the exact same text, minus the 'and I would love to be friends'. Act exactly as you would otherwise, if she's not forthcoming, be her friend (unless you don't want to be her friend). Hot girls have hot friends, hot girls are great social proof, being friends with them is the next best thing to having sex with them.

Always remember, actions speak louder than words. As a general rule of life, whatever someone says, if their actions are not congruent, what they are saying is irrelevant. If she's saying 'I don't want a boyfriend', but is dating you, having sex, hanging out, doing everything that she would do with a boyfriend, it's irrelevant what she says. That being said, if she her actions are congruent with her speech, and she makes it clear that she doesn't want to be involved with you romantically, then b…

What I take from a text like that, given the context, is that she wants an FWB situation. It would be odd for her to make out with you if she literally wanted to be just friends. I'd say go and meet her and act like you would if it was a date, enjoy yourself, there won't be any distinction in whether you're acting as friends or if you're dating until later in the date, unless she makes it very blatant during the date that she has no romantic interest in you, in which case back off and decide if …

You! I like your website, the social rules thing. It's really well directed, enough that I watched all the episodes in a row last night. Good work :) However, I find that simply stating that outcome independence as a target isn't very useful. Saying 'Be outcome independent!' is just like saying 'Dont' have AA!'. People who have AA (me included, I still have it some times) are usually aware that they're not being rational, it's an irrational part of their brain that overpowers everything else. Th…

Confidence When you think confidence, don't think Jersey Shore, think James Bond. Confidence is doing what you want, when you want to do it, without caring what anyone else thinks. Unfortunately some people think it means doing stupid shit, all the time, because it makes people notice you. Being confident is just going over and saying 'Hey, I'm tallbus1, I thought you looked really cute/beautiful/pretty/etc and I wanted to come talk to you.' Getting girls interested Most girls will be interested…

This is true, but I'd hope it goes without saying by now that you should never push a girl to do something she doesn't want to do. (Not directed at you, just saying generally).

He didn't say he interprets it to mean I'm having sex with you, he just said that that's usually what ends up happening when a girl says 'I'm not having sex with you', and he's right. If they weren't gonna have sex with you they probably wouldn't be talking about having sex with you, even if it's in a negative context.

...Unstabable? Please don't say that. Just laugh it off, because it was obviously sarcastic and reassure her that her friend will be fine, in fact she'll be better than fine because she's with you.

I find these websites far more useful than MFA. MFA seems to have some kind of 'uniform' which I don't really like. Everyone has their own style, they just need to find nice clothes that fit into that. Personally I'm not a big fan of the stuff MFA advises people to wear, not because it looks bad but because it's not the way I want to look, and that's the most important thing. You can look extremely fashionable for the sake of fashion, but if it's not the way you want to look it's not going to lo…

For me, it's definitely true. I stopped for a week and a half and I felt so much more confident. I had more energy, I was more productive, I was more talkative. The one downside was I was horny, all the time, and sometimes you've just got to take the pressure off so that you can think about something else, so I eventually gave in to temptation, but I've started the prohibition again now, and it feels good. Maybe having a once or twice a week limit would be a good idea, I might try that.

I want to hug you. The misuse of this word bugs me to no end. Alpha != Jersey Shore attitude. Alpha = James Bond. You can still be loud and be alpha, but you aren't alpha because you're loud.

The way I view it is this. If she is a gold digger, you do NOT want her around. On that basis, you simply talk to her about it. Mention how you've been paying for everything and you think she should have some responsibility in that area, although you do understand that you earn more and you don't expect her to pay for everything. (The way you phrase this should be that in which your ideal woman would be happy with it, i.e. if your ideal woman would pay for half of everything, ask her to pay for …

I'll preface this by saying I'm a bit of a UX geek. Bad UX, even if it isn't bad design bugs me, so I'm not hating on your designer, just saying stuff I think would help your (or any) website. It's not my job either, I'm a Law student, these are just personal observations. The website looks good, but you should make these key points more obvious. Now that I've looked again I can see the 'What you get' link, but things that crucial should be very obvious. This goes just the same for the pricing p…

I'd just like to say this is a great idea. If you've expanded to the UK by the time I'm out of university and have a job I will definitely be looking into subscribing. You should create a blog or something though, something to show people you know enough about fashion for them to trust you with their clothing choices (obviously they can return the stuff but they're investing time in finding out if you're worth it or not). Even just a list of past clothes that have been sent out or something alon…

Interesting....still not convinced the positives out weight the benefits though. Seen too many people that get fucked up on hard drugs, I've never met someone I consider to be level headed that is regularly taking drugs. Not to say that they don't exist, but until I meet one I doubt I'll try it.

It really does, I was doing nofap but unfortunately gave in to temptation...shit's hard sometimes. From the week and a half I did do though I noticed a massive libido spike and I was much more comfortable just talking to anyone. Testosterone is the best drug in the world.

I started doing this, unfortunately I gave in to temptation yesterday, but I'm gonna try and go for 30 days this time and post my results. In the week and a half I did it I felt a large difference, my libido spiked massively and I felt much more confident and sociable. I was at no point 'not in the mood to go out/talk to people'. It was amazing. Unfortunately if you don't get any sex it can also drive you insane with horniness (if that's a word).

When she asked you to go get a drink with her your colleague was probably thinking 'Why is this guy still stood here talking to me and not getting a drink with her?' You should've just said 'Yeah I'd love to get a drink', told your colleague you'd talk to him later and get his number/email/whatever. Nobody's going to be offended because you didn't have a full out conversation with you, especially if it's a guy. He'll be happy for your more than anything, either that or jealous. Yeah, I see where you're coming from. You were kind of going in the right direction, in the sense that you want to take the lead, but you did that well by initiating conversation in the library and inviting her out on a date (which see seemed quite enthusiastic about before that message). You should always be careful to not talk down to anyone unless it's 100% clear you're joking, nobody likes being talked down to. It wouldn't have been awkward to go and get different food at all. 'I'm gonna go grab some mexican, do you want some?' 'No, I'm gonna get Italian' 'Okay, I'll go grab some mexican and I'll see you in a minute'. Sorted. You could've easily got away with this by saying 'Do you want to grab your food and meet me, or shall we meet up first?', but the way you phrased it was quite derogatory, the kind of thing you'd say to someone who works for you, not someone you're meeting for a date.
