4	The bar is incredibly low out there for those who put in a little effort and planning Funny, I wrench as well and my saving goal is also 2k/month and I easily achieve this while still buying guns, motorcycles, eating out ect. I always try and encourage other men into trades, very few take it though. No PC bullshit, no corporate BS. The freedom having a specialized skill gives you is amazing. 2	Dieting and exercising Im going the opposite direction, I needed to gain weight. I didnt eat enough. But what worked for me was to start simple. Committed to doing one meal. For me I started with lunch because it was easiest to plan and bring it to work. Then I started eating breakfast which was originally just multiple cups of coffee. Then I built from there.
