Talk to yourself a lot, let your mind thoughts flow and doesn't matter if they appear weird, the fact you let your mind speaks is a great stress relief.

I find taking on long term projects like home improvement, car restoration, writing a book, etc are the way to go. I am naturally happy regardless, but it helps escape all the irritating bs out in the world these days.
It is called getting into the "flow state".

I find happiness in planning out hobby builds. The research, finding what parts work with what, getting the cost down then hunting for deals. I LS swapped my mustang then turbocharged it, stand-alone fuel management etc. it was so much fun building it and I did all the work my self.

Me: spend weeks planning out a build, never build it. HAHA. I have 2 AR builds half done, not from lack of trying, Covid/election really fucked those up.
Also an LS in a mustang what a fucking chad.
What year/body style is the stang? I grew up with my dad building fastbacks.
